It's not ignorance that makes you a conspiracy nut, it's knowledge».
Methamonk
VLADIMIR VASILYEVICH KHLYNIN,
LEGATUS AETATIS Witness to an Epoch
(Suvorov Cadet. Musician. Storyteller. Jurist. Methamonk).
"It's not ignorance that makes you a conspiracy nut, it's knowledge."
A Notice to Readers and Informants.
The author of this and other works, Vladimir Vasilyevich Khlynin, is a thoroughly shell-shocked Suvorov cadet and a witness to an epoch. His philosophical reflections may not coincide in any way with the opinions of so-called historians and political scientists of all confessions and stripes. This is how he sees it.
They say that at night he converses with Marcus Aurelius, Leonardo da Vinci, and Pushkin.
My dear friends! Each of us plays a role in this life. Some labor for sustenance, others for inspiration, and still others — simply because they value public life and strive to make society better informed by sharing their thoughts, observations, and testimonies of reality. Perhaps I belong to the third kind. I hope that what I draw attention to in my brief sketches will not go unnoticed by you.
Who is a Methamonk?
A Methamonk is not a hermit, but one who has passed through solitude and returned transformed.
He is bound by no monastery charter, but is consecrated by an inner vow: to seek truth beyond doctrine, and meaning beyond profit.
He walks without a cassock, writes without an eye on the market, speaks without a pulpit — yet burns with a sacred fire.
In a world addicted to noise and fame, the Methamonk chooses silence and essence. He does not sell his name; he names the unnameable. He does not chase followers; he waits to be found by those who are ready.
He is not a brand. He is a flame.
On the Name Methamonk
Methamonk is a neologism I created from two ancient roots: metha — "beyond," "across," "through" — and monk — "solitary," "alone."
It has no commercial or digital connotation and no connection to the modern corporate use of "Meta" by Meta Platforms Inc. Its meaning is rooted in the classical tradition of spiritual transcendence and inner search.
This is not a pen name. It is a metaphysical name — the name of an identity born in silence, contemplation, and inner fire. An identity situated beyond materialism and ego.
I publish under this name not for fame or profit, but to find those who think, seek, and question. In an age of noise, the Methamonk walks quietly — but with intent.
