 Remember Man, you are a multidimensional being,
 You are a manifestation of the Soul, Spirit, and Creator.
 Feel right now...
 You exist, you are alive, feel

 Tell yourself: "Manifest the Spirit within me!"  And feel how the Creator's
 energy flows and oozes out through your cells and pores.  The light is in you! 
 You are the light!  Become the light!

 Allowing yourself to cut off the past as if you could... It is no longer
 there.
 Cut off the past like an unnecessary tail right now
 And let this load remain under the name "past"

 There is only now. You are here, feel.
 Erase the remaining traces of the past in you like an eraser,
 leaving traces of light.
 You are the light.  Remember.  Feel how the Divine stream of light connects
 with your Spirit... Soul...
 You are the manifestation of the Creator...
 And when you felt it... How will you look at your loved one?
 The one who is standing next to you?

 He is the Spirit manifested
 You are the manifested Spirit
 Everything is Creation and Light

 We were divided once
 Decomposed into colors
 Red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple.
 And we got to know this world by living the feelings of success and failure,
 sexual attraction, passion and pleasure, wealth, will and lack of will, love
 and hate, good and evil,
 self-realization, nonsense and automatism of living.
 Vision and clouded consciousness in a train of thoughts.
 Faith in God and unbelief.
 Combining all colors into white light and enlightenment.

 Unite all chakras right now
 Into one glowing ball!
 Ask your Angels
 "Let them balance, unite and ground with Mother Earth!”
 Feel how the flow goes through your legs and how the body relaxed.
 Feel how your heart has connected to your head and the sky!
 Feel and be clear-minded!
 Let your body become healthy!
 Live with Spirit and love, feel the soul within you!  You are not alone.
