Modeling the Future State

Before beginning work on creating any project, one must check that, at that time, the planets are in conjunction with favorable stars. Then the Cosmos itself will assist you.
Today is June 29, 2016. It is 8 a.m. in Vladivostok and 1 a.m. in Moscow. For intellectual projects, Mercury is important. Just yesterday, when I decided to engage in this project, Mercury was in conjunction with the star Alheka. It must materialize well.

Today Venus will also be in conjunction with the star Sirius. It influences not only love and beauty, but also relationships between people, including financial ones. MODELING A NEW STATE
1. The State. What kind?

A new state may be different and have different borders.

2. The NEW FUTURE State.

It must not become yet another utopia. For this, its project must correspond to the Divine Plan.

3. MODELING begins with FORECASTING and PLANNING.

The future is built from what people want and what God, the Higher Powers, want.
There are two Paths for building a New State.

The first is a rigid totalitarian system, where the New State is imposed from above. We have already experienced this in the USSR. And today we see it in North Korea.

The second Path is the transformation of human consciousness. But voluntarily, many people do not want to develop. The majority, both in the USSR and now, dream of not working and having a lot of money. Or of earning money on the stock exchange, Forex, or winning in casinos and slot machines. Therefore, first it is necessary to destroy or take under control these speculative systems.

And how can human consciousness be changed so that people derive pleasure not only from making money, but also from useful labor for the good of society?

If you want to know what kind of New State people wish to live in, conduct a mass survey-essay among young people. By categories: spiritual, moral, cultural, scientific development, and material aspects: industry, agriculture, services, the economy, and defense.

Alternatively, one can simply take ready-made programs of various political parties and public organizations and movements. Almost everywhere, the goal is the creation of a society of universal prosperity, while spiritual development of consciousness is placed last.

The President’s initiative in his Decree, the priority of the spiritual over the material, is a revolutionary step in the development of the state. And no matter how utopian this idea may seem in our consumer society, it is realizable, because it corresponds to the Divine Plan.

To model one’s personal future or the future of a New State, one must first make a forecast and build a plan. So.

FORECASTING, PLANNING, AND MODELING THE FUTURE

If your plan does not correspond to the Divine Plan, you will not be able to realize it. It is not for nothing that people say: “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him about your plans.”

Therefore, it is desirable to learn clairvoyance and the ability to connect to the Akasha, the Cosmic or Galactic Internet, that is, the information field, and to read information from the future, to see the Divine Plan, and to build your own plan in accordance with it.

There are always several variants there. First, you imagine all possible variants, and even impossible ones. Then you calculate the probability of each variant. After that, you choose the best one and increase its probability to 60–99%. How? By changing the present. The future is a consequence of the present, the karmic present. And you also identify the worst variants in order to reduce their probability. It is not for nothing that people say: “If you know where you will fall, you lay down straw.”

Now we build a plan, constantly checking it against the Divine Plan, because everything changes. If something is not present in the Divine Plan, you will not be able to realize it.

Then we proceed to the detailed elaboration of the plan and its modeling. First, divine ideas must be clothed in mental form: in words, drawings, tables, programs, etc., in detail. Then one must create an astral form, filling it with desire and emotions. Without desire, nothing will work. And then one must periodically think about and reflect upon the project so that it materializes. Then it will attract money, energy, and people who will help implement the project, if, of course, interested people are found. The project must be published and a group or society created.

At the same time, one must not forget that there will be people who will try to hinder the realization of your ideas. But this is not a problem. They are Black teachers and examiners. They destroy everything that is not from God. But what exists in the Divine Plan, they will not be able to destroy.

The main problem lies in people, because everything must be done by human hands and feet. God only helps.
And if no one is interested in your project, then why is it needed at all?

MODELING A NEW STATE
1. THE STATE.

Let us look into the Divine Plan and into esoteric teachings that are given for initiates, written by clairvoyants and Initiates: H. P. Blavatsky, E. Roerich, A. Bailey, Omraam Aivanhov, and others.

A New World State will be created on the basis of the Union of Russia, India, and China. This idea was promoted by Yevgeny Primakov back in the 1990s. The Trinity of Spirit, Soul, and Body will be reflected in the Union of India, Russia, and China. Other states will join them.

This Plan is already being implemented through such organizations as the SCO, BRICS, the Eurasian Union, the Union State of Russia and Belarus, APEC, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to build a Plan for the New State of the Eurasian Union, and not only of the Russian Federation, and to create this project within the framework of BRICS, SCO, and the EAEU.

2. THE NEW STATE.

According to the Divine Plan, the New World State should appear before 2025. At that time, there will be a unique alignment of stars and planets. And in 2025, the Council of Shambhala will take place, at which the development of humanity for the next 100 years will be planned.

Until 2025, the old world will collapse and the New World will be built. Radical changes will begin in the autumn of 2016 and in 2017. The USA will break apart in order to create a new state; the EU will be reformed and will join the Eurasian Union.

Why does V. V. Putin manage to implement some of his ideas so easily? Because he receives them from God and does everything according to the Divine Plan.

But why are some of his Decrees implemented poorly? Selfish and demonic people interfere. Here the problem lies in changing human consciousness. Old people are difficult to re-educate. All hope lies with the young.

And among the majority of the “frozen” ones, there are “Avatars,” indigo and crystal children. Souls from the Higher Worlds are now incarnating on Earth, such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, Rama, Krishna, and other Initiates and Avatars. There are now 144,000 of them, as foretold in the Bible. All of them incarnate in human bodies, and V. V. Putin is one of them.

Among the young, such avatars appear as Natalya Poklonskaya. And there are many of them. For now, they are young and work at the district and regional levels. But soon they will gain human experience and move to the federal level.

3. MODELING. THE IDEOLOGICAL PROGRAM OF THE NEW STATE

The future power of a unified humanity will combine the best ideas of democracy, communism, socialism, statehood, and the Spiritual Hierarchy.

IDEOLOGICAL PROGRAM OF THE NEW STATE

1. Ideas of Democracy:

Freedom of choice of religion and worldview

Freedom of choice of forms of property

Freedom of choice of place of residence

Freedom of choice of education and profession

2. Ideas of Communism:

Brotherhood of all peoples

Land — to the peasants

Enterprises — to the workers

Power — to the people

Priority of collective forms of ownership — communes and communities

3. Ideas of Socialism:

Free education

Free healthcare

Social support for mothers and children

The right to a decent pension

4. Ideas of Statehood:

Strong power of state laws

Strong defense

Protection of citizens anywhere on the planet

Protection of lawful property of any form

State investment in the economy

5. Ideas of the Spiritual Hierarchy:

Power should belong to selfless, just, decent, and wise leaders

Unity of God and all religions

Spiritual development of science, education, and culture

Establishment of correct human relations

Fair distribution of material resources

Development of human consciousness

Most of these ideas have been tested in different countries. Now all of this must be analyzed, synthesized, transformed, and a New Matrix of the New State must be created. The human matrix must be transformed into the Divine one. This constitutes the Transition from the Human Kingdom into the Kingdom of God.

One must exit the old matrix, the system, rise to God, and, returning as an Avatar, a conductor of Divine ideas, transform the Matrix.

Now this ideological program must be used to build the New State. A detailed plan must be developed for each point. But since the first four points are already being implemented in various countries, it is sufficient to take existing experience, rework it, and implement it in state laws and the construction of a new structure. This should be done by the State Duma, the government, and state institutions.

But the fifth point, the Ideas of the Spiritual Hierarchy, has not yet been fully implemented or tested in practice. This still lies ahead.

Power should belong to selfless, decent, just, and wise leaders.
Here it is necessary to improve the electoral system so that not only wealthy people can be elected. Programs of all parties should be used; they contain ideas from the people and for the people.

Unity of God, all religions, and spiritual teachings.
This is not unification, but synthesis, a peaceful coexistence of different views. This idea is a continuation of the freedom of choice of religion and worldview. Many want to make their teaching or religion state-official. This must not happen. But the state must have the Idea of a Unified God and Cosmic Mind, and acceptance of all worldviews.

Spiritual development of science, education, and culture is possible only through the development of consciousness. For this, people who are developing and capable of guiding others from above must work in the state and budgetary spheres, so that education, science, and culture can change in a spiritual direction. Such people simply need support, both material and moral.

Establishment of correct human relations in the family, in the state, and in collectives. This is the idea of Confucius. A program of correct relations in the state must be developed.

Fair distribution of material resources.
This should be handled by the New Financial System. And it is already being built.

Development of human consciousness.
This idea should be implemented through the systems of education, culture, and the media. In schools, higher mathematics should be studied only optionally or in specialized schools. But psychology, philosophy, religious studies, as well as all modern spiritual teachings, scientific astrology, and the esoteric philosophy of Blavatsky and the Roerichs must be mandatory. A person needs this far more than algebra and chemistry.

There should be more lessons in creativity, art, and the history of science. Authorial schools should be developed, such as Shchetinin’s school. For this, teachers and university educators must be trained, and new subjects of spiritual, psychological, and philosophical content must be introduced from above, without imposing a single worldview. Students must have a choice.

Then we will raise a free, spiritually developed, creative personality. And they themselves will build the New State.
