(the future Intergalactic Information Center)

1. Research into the informational fields of the human being, as well as of other living and non-living objects.

2. Development of devices (instruments) capable of registering various fields of humans and other beings.

3. Creation of devices (instruments) for telepathic communication between living objects (entities).

4. Study of the informational fields of cosmic objects and entities of the invisible world.

5. Development of devices enabling the translation of the fields of invisible entities into the visible optical range (making invisible living objects/entities visible).

6. Study and application of the abilities of people capable of telepathic contact and interaction with entities of the invisible world, as well as with field structures in other dimensions.

7. Establishment of a school for children and youth with extraordinary abilities, focused on the development of telepathic communication with beings of planetary and intergalactic levels.

8. Use of devices (instruments) and gifted individuals to create a Center of Intergalactic Communications (Galactic Internet).

9. It is proposed to establish such an institute on Russky Island, based at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and the International Information Center of FEFU.
