Колодец желаний

Один мой знакомый живёт на берегу моря. У него большой дом с участком, есть водопровод. Но в связи с большим садом он решил выкопать на участке колодец желаний. Чисто для полива.
Копать пришлось долго, порода была каменистая, долбили отбойным молотком с компрессором и много вынимали на гора в отвал. Потом бетонные кольца опускали.
Установили в колодец шланг с насосом. И тут пришёл представитель администрации поселения с чётким указанием поставить счётчик на воду!
Хотели, чтобы его колодец их желания исполнял!
Но товарищ рогом упёрся, а в гневе он был ужасен:
- Ни за что! Есть счётчики на водопроводе! Может ещё на солнечный свет счётчики поставить заставите?
Администрация глубоко задумалась…


Well of desires

One of my acquaintances lives by the sea. He has a big house with a plot, there is a water supply. But due to the large garden, he decided to dig a well of desires on the site. For watering only.

We had to dig for a long time, the rock was rocky, they were chiseled with a jackhammer with a compressor and a lot was taken out to the mountain in the dump. Then the concrete rings  were lowered.

A hose with a pump was installed in the well. And then a representative of the settlement administration came with a clear instruction to put a water meter!

They wanted his well to fulfill their wishes!

But the comrade leaned on the horn, and in anger he was terrible:

- No thing! There are counters on the water supply! Maybe you can also make me install counters for sunlight?
