my Indian Family Landlord
Dr Cheedalla Lakshmi Narayana?
born on 5th March 1940 in India, -
 he had  asked me, his private tenant in UK,
to wait he will collect money
to make a replacement
what is not easy for him to do.
he had his big family,
and he had helped to Indian people in India ,
lots lived by a poor lives here.
My Landlord used his profit from a renting make help to Indians in India.

So, I was waiting for 2013-2026 for near 13 years, for 12 years with extra.

I have my youngest 1 years old toddle granddaugter,
she started to walk on own, she visits me.
I asked my Landlord to make his promise from September 2013 year
as  I do worry about the safety of my granddaughter British toddler 1 years old, -   I worried if that cracked glass may collapsed make a damages.

It is not easy to live in Indian Landlord from India property in UK,
as Indian Ethnic souls linked to India and India styles,
make you to feel sometimes you live in India not in UK.

But I like humans of different races, religion, Ethnic Groups, languages, age, individuals, each is so unique.

I am myself a British Citizen Another Ethnic, from Latvia.
My 1st husband was  Latgale Latvian Ethnic, they are a white race blue eyes.

Genetic study 2026 result publication named Baltic tribe Latgale are rare ancient pure race tribes , they marked keep themselves not mixed while Latvia was under Sweden, Vikings, Polish, Lithuanians, German, American, British, Russian, Baltic mix.

The Great Granddad of my 1st husband was Caucasian man from Georgia but a rare individual as blue eye Caucasian, he came to Latvia and he admired  ny Baltic beauty of bright blue eyes blond young woman, so, he bought the estate, a land, a lake, a forest, an apple garden, a field for farming, buildings, make own people to work helping farming.

In 1991, USSR collapsed, his oldest daughter was my 1st mother-in-law, and my 1st husband was her just the own son.   Latvia offered to ex-owners to apply to take from the state what they owed till 1940.  It was the idea to start the process to return back, but so terrible complicated history of Russian Impair with 1917 Revolution and Stalin Regime 1937 and 1938 genocide in USSR  had  so strong memory of lots killed here,  the family decided not to return to the past 1940 and not to take they owed^ one day you are a rich - another day you may be a killed as a rich.    We had a fear and a disbelieves , a side effect from 1977-1929 Revolution.

My own related members of distance family were owners a property and  a land in Theodosia in Crimea till 1940.  They had been murdered here and their Godparents too, a shooting for to be a rich was activity.  Owners were killed and their owed property and belongs were taking.   Just one little girl was passed to my great-grandfather family to Siberia. 

Lot had a fear to owe anything, so, this make  a habits of lot  s to live by plans on 1 day^ today and now,

British people UK had not that our fears of our ancestors whom said to us as a survivors:    do not worry a lot about goods  or money, our ancestors worked hard  left nothing to us.

WE know how hard to survive here sometimes.

 so, when My Indian Ethnic Landlord said me to wait he needed to make savings to replace a door inside living room 1st prior a replacement, I waited from 2013 till9th March 2026: the door with a cracked glass was replacement.

It was fitted by a really good master job, no gaps, easy to move, a practircal.

2026-2023,    for over 12 years of a waiting time with regular monthly payment of a rent to some Indian family Landlord make a result.

A Roar Door in a Living Room of rented property in UK
from Indian family Landlord , I paid a rent regular monthly,
since September 2013 and after 12 years plus waiting time was replaced.


Mr Stuart Cheesmond re-used old door metal rusty bits and screws
to make his work not an expensive.

Mr Stuart Cheesmond said me not to worry about this as safter a painting,
all be covered and sorted .

Mr Stuart Cheesmond replaced a door one on his own.

The door is a new, probably,
with spots shades
with unpainted sides from a main front panels,
and a door make a terrible like a toxic smell, may a headage
making like a torture in UK.



I asked Mr Stuart Cheesmond when he plan to finish the great installation
with a rusty metal details as painting a door side.



I had Mr Stuart Cheesmond replayed his sms to me:

I am 64 yo to 65. I have a vision 1 eye, a pain in back, use a walking stick support.  I am low income, my private Tesco pension just  197 pounds per year,
make 15 pounds per month, with TV Licence to pay near 15 pounds.

I have not a step ladder to use to paint a top side of a new replacement door
with unpainted side, so, smelled.

The door is a property of Landlord, Dr Cheedella Lakshmi Narayana
and under Management of Agency and his daughter, worked GP in UK before,
a nice Indian Lady Maddy (Madhurti Cheedella).


Mr Stuart Cheesmond said me he did all as Maddy, Indian woman instructed him and paid.


So, to make  a replacement of a damaged cracked glass door stayed for 12 years of waiting time 2013-2026, to but a new door, but to use the exosting old rusty metal items on a new door as "not yet savings done for 12 years 2013-2026"
as Indian Ethnic Landlord style to Contractors to follow this .


This means like a push me away^ unwanted! You are not Indian Ethnic woman to be accepted be a private tenant here!"


What can I do?  If any hate you or disliked or unwanted as just to leave?


I tried to ask Mr Stuart Cheesmond for him to use a new just bought not rustic my own items, he refused looking he is not a correct man to listen any accept his own decision as a contractor.  so, if Maddy said to him to do something - he do this,

while now I ruining his reputation here as I must make a reference he re-used old rusty metal items of old door to a new door, *making a savings.


He saved a money pricae, working to fit a door on one and one.

So, he could not properly fit a door, left a gap, a light seen.


This is not a properly proud job of to be a proud as a master,
this is an optional job "just to be done to say done"

if this would be my own employer-I would said:

- a neglect at a work
- an ignorance what a client asked said
- the new door had not a glass so MORE HEAVY WEIGHT on THE SOME BUT RUSTY metalic items keeping a new door.


a man whom respect himself, never do like this as a  Master .

These rusty metal items culd be exosting make a door collapsed.

This a favourite joke family life Indian Landlord . to smile be happy, or what?

They had not worried a things like this like a human life safety
while they worked on British NHS , British family Doctors UK.

I feel this a wrong installation not like a British standards UK
but a INDIAN STYLE OF INDIAN "AS THEY ARE A POOR LOW INCOME CASTS!"

I am renting a property in UK from Indian family Landlord since September 2013,
when I just sold my 3 bed roomed house , address was 36, Bentinck Close, Boughton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9HR, I lived 1998-2013,
I sold my property in UK in January 2013.

I was a divorced woman, British Citizen UK Another Ethnic,
a victim of domestic violence in UK, make me to divorce not to have any worse,
while I lived my 2nd husband  a lot. We had a huge financial trouble. he had  a loss of health , so I had not applied a financial settlement or pension part , make him to work make his health back. He was a lucky man to return a loss.

As that event, we had  a loss of income from 70K annual till 0 zero pounds as a huge financial shock and a stress.  I was a divorced woman in UK with this drop my income till 0 zero.   

I started to work in a warehouse, a season Christmas job, make 12 hours 15 minutes night shifts. I was not a driver of car while we owed 2 cars (my ex husband not me). I walked a long not easy way to my working place at a cold snow wet windy frozen slippery time on my own, no busses were to here, some back to home as early morning walk.

we worked 12 hours 15 minutes nights shifts, 4 in and 4 off  working pattern.

I like my job and I like colleges, a mix international team of night 12 hours shifts in warehouse: Polish, Latvians, Lithuanians, a little touches of  true-born-in Uk British.   Managers used Polish and English languages, we used common we knew, as Latvians from Latvia, we used Russian language of uSSR and Russian Impair, POlish people knew too, make easy training and co-operation and sharing task activities.  Each was a friendly, polite, nice, calm, make a pleasure to work. That was one of the best British company make a friendly atmosphere.

So, I came in not knowing any-they all helped trained me and supported me, the best UK people community.  we share some food items from  a home and homemade, sometimes, too.

The Season job finished make to have 10 hours per weak instead 4/4 on 12 hours pattern.  I never worked a season job in UK so  I confused not left to try another work as I was waiting / This was why I had  a loss of property:   Credit condition.  and my 2nd ex had a loss ability to work, a drop income dramatically,, lots bills and me one, confused.

I put the property for sale, asked 85,000 pounds. No one wanted.
Later I sold for 34,000 as under The future Court and the Action Sward , so, I  sold more cheaper of market.

AS a lots, you have  a lot money and you are a happy face.
I presented lots money from sale property to lots, trying make lots happy faces.

It was a mistake,  I needed to put all amount to buy a smaller bungalow instead 3 bed-roomed house.

So, I rented my 3 bed roomed house, and moved after for 1 bed-roomed property.

This was Indian Ethnic man property on offer advising in Internet.

When I lived in Boughton, the bus services started to run from about 10 am on Sunday.  or 12 am?

and I had a situation in needs of AE Hospital. I walked from Boughton to Mansfield, it was not a pedestrian comfortable route, not easy, so I picked to live in a town.

My father and 2nd husband were Builders.
My 1st husband built a home fitted furniture in small spaces flat properties.

Really, my DNA linked to  Kotkoozero  (The Cats Lake) closed to Ladoga area,
and the 1st Tax Boof of that village had a name:

Maddy (Madhurty Cheedells, she said me she worked on NHS as GP before and she said me she is a daughter my Landlord , Dr Cheedella Lakshmi Narayana, whom is dying, she managed property as a future Landlord.

I asked Mr Stuart Cheedella to use a new some metal detail I owed instead he used a rusty- he prefer not to buy a new: as Indian Landlord Maddy (Madhurty Cheedella) instructed him. Maddy worked as GP NHS on instruction.

I waited 12 years and 6 months.

This glass damage was described in the house
on the September 2013 start of the UK apartment rental.

On May 9, 2026, after 12 years and 6 months,
it was replaced
with a
new one: the door was bought new,
and the metal fasteners
were rearranged
from the old door. they're all rusty rusty.


There is a gap at the door: it will fit the door exactly
Stuart Cheesmond, born February 14th, 1978, 48 years old male,
couldn't.
Indian, born on March 5, 1940 in India, lived in the UK,
the owner of 20 apartments for rent,
so he was like a Landlord of housing
for 12 years and 6 months
saving up in England
so that the door with the cracked glass in the door could be changed.

To save money:
the rusty metal parts
were replaced with a new door.

I offered my new ones from myself.
They refused.

Well, no, not really.


Then Stuart Cheesmond texted me
to have to me the door painted
so to fish his work would be done, and he stated
that the owner of the house was responsible for his property.

And the door itself with the cracked glass was "as it is" offered for rent
"with the promise to replace it with a new one later"

Have you been waiting for the promised 3 years?

I waited 12 years and 6 months.

Are we all patient people?  Is our ethnic group like that?  Will we be patient?

а металлические скрепы
переставили
с старой двери. они все ржавые ржавые.


у двери щель: подогнат дверь точно

Обещанного 3 года ждут?

Мы терпеливые люди же все?  наш этнос такой?  Потерпим?
