Survival in a Technogenic Environment, Healing, Awareness, Mental Constructs, Experience

How can one survive in a technogenic world? This is a practical guide from someone who perceives the subtle plane.

In this article, we will discuss health, longevity, clarity of consciousness, awareness, mental constructs, personal experience, and the ecological footprint we leave behind.

Some of the ideas presented here have appeared separately in my previous articles. This time, I wanted to bring them together into a single, coherent work for my readers.

I would like to clarify from the outset that I am not a physician. I am simply someone who has walked through many stages of personal transformation. Through years of experimentation, observation, and experience, I have healed various illnesses, restored my energetic field to a significantly higher state, and helped others achieve similar results.

Everything described below reflects my personal experience tested in practice. Perhaps some of these observations will prove valuable to you as well.

;

Water and Its pH

From our very first biology lessons at school, we all learned a simple truth: the human body—as well as virtually every other biological life form—is composed primarily of water.

We know this fact, yet in everyday life we often ignore its significance.

The principle is remarkably simple.

A healthy body contains clean, high-quality water inside its cells—water with an alkaline pH. This is often referred to as living water.

For a body recovering from illness, alkaline water provides the fundamental environment required for healing. Every organ and every physiological process depends upon it.

Many of the recommendations presented later in this article can be introduced gradually over time.

Water is different.

This is the one area where I believe people should act immediately by replacing ordinary acidic water with alkaline living water.

For optimal health, the body should primarily receive alkaline water.

In reality, however, most people consume large quantities of acidic—or “dead”—water.

In small amounts, acidic water has disinfecting properties.

In excessive amounts, however, it contributes to the acidification of the body.

It is important to understand one fundamental principle:

Disease struggles to survive in an alkaline environment.

Parasites cannot thrive there.

Even cancerous processes find it far more difficult to develop.

Acidic conditions, on the other hand, create an entirely different internal environment.

Tumors grow more easily.

Cellular physiology becomes disrupted.

Cardiovascular disease develops more readily.

Blood clots become more likely.

Life expectancy gradually declines.

To produce alkaline water with a pH above 8—ideally between 8.6 and 9.5—you will need a water ionizer.

Even the simplest devices usually generate two types of water:
• acidic water,
• alkaline water.

More advanced models can also produce silver water or hydrogen-rich water. While these devices certainly have additional benefits, I personally chose a simple ionizer that produces only two types of water: living (alkaline) water and dead (acidic) water.

Acidic water has many practical uses, especially for disinfecting surfaces.

Alkaline water, however, can become part of your daily routine, nourishing your body and supplying your cells with the alkaline environment they require.

A person with a developed level of awareness eventually realizes that cleansing the body is not only an external process—it must also occur internally.

This is one reason why fasting can become such a powerful tool.

When practiced wisely, fasting prevents the body’s internal systems from becoming overwhelmed by the burden of living in a technogenic environment.

During dry fasting, the body performs an extraordinary process.

Using damaged tissues as raw material, it synthesizes exceptionally pure metabolic water from within itself.

This internally generated water is among the purest forms of water available to the body and plays an important role in tissue regeneration.

If a person has never practiced internal cleansing and, for example, drinks several cups of coffee every day, they gradually create a persistently acidic internal environment.

Coffee is one of the strongest acid-forming beverages.

The skin eventually reflects these internal processes.

Its appearance changes.

It loses vitality.

Premature aging becomes visible.

Sometimes you meet someone you haven’t seen for a year and think,

“They’ve aged so much…”

The body had already been telling that story long before it became visible.

A stable alkaline internal environment can be created through lifestyle.

This includes:
• drinking alkaline water regularly,
• practicing internal cleansing,
• reducing foods that promote acidification.

Red Meat and the Body’s Internal Immune Response

The situation is almost paradoxical.

Imagine a fighter stepping into the ring and repeatedly striking himself, then wondering why he keeps accumulating injuries.

This is remarkably similar to what happens when we continually consume foods that acidify the body.

Later, when illness develops as a natural consequence of those choices, we often consider it perfectly normal simply because “everyone lives this way.”

Red meat is one of the strongest acid-forming foods.

More importantly, from my observations, it functions as a foreign protein that the body’s cells never fully recognize as their own.

It has long been observed—not by me alone—that eating red meat produces a significant leukocyte response, comparable in many respects to the body’s reaction when confronting viruses or infectious agents.

Initially, a person notices almost nothing.

Perhaps only:
• heaviness in the stomach,
• drowsiness,
• a reduced desire to remain active.

Everything appears perfectly normal.

You ate meat.

Nothing happened.

Once.

Twice.

Ten times.

The human body is remarkably resilient and can tolerate enormous stress.

However, when the same food becomes part of one’s daily diet for years or even decades, the situation changes dramatically.

Only individuals blessed with exceptionally strong constitutions may consume red meat for long periods with relatively few visible consequences.

Most people cannot.

For the overwhelming majority, ten, fifteen, or twenty years of daily red meat consumption gradually contribute to cardiovascular disease, increased tumor formation, blood clotting disorders, and, in some cases, cancer.

For individuals already battling cancer, continued consumption of red meat may significantly reduce the body’s capacity for recovery.

There is always someone who responds:

“My great-grandfather lived to 120, ate meat every day, and remained healthy.”

Perhaps.

But several important factors should be considered.

First, people living in pristine natural environments benefit from conditions that modern urban life simply cannot provide.

Their air is clean.

Their water is pure.

Their food is not saturated with hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, and industrial additives.

Even under those circumstances, however, red meat remains the protein of another biological species and therefore still interacts with the body differently than its own tissues.

And finally, every rule has exceptions.

Most of us no longer live in mountain villages surrounded by untouched nature.

We live in technogenic cities.

We breathe polluted air.

We purchase industrially processed food.

We have lost access to mineral-rich springs, clean ecosystems, and the environmental conditions under which the human organism evolved.

Within such circumstances, modern medicine has largely become a system focused on treating symptoms rather than eliminating underlying causes.

Antibiotics suppress infections—but often weaken the immune system at the same time.

Repeated courses frequently become less effective as microorganisms adapt.

Red meat places additional strain on the body’s immune regulation.

Acidic water contributes to cellular acidification.

Together these factors gradually undermine long-term health.

Meanwhile, retirement ages continue to rise.

The unspoken message becomes:

“Keep working until your body gives out.”

;

As a result, society has gradually accepted another dangerous belief:

“Old age is naturally painful, weak, and unattractive.”

Healthy old age is viewed as an exception rather than the norm.

Names like Porfiry Ivanov or Paul Bragg are mentioned precisely because they seem extraordinary.

For everyone else, surviving beyond seventy is already considered an achievement.

Yet quality of life is rarely discussed.

How many elderly people do you personally know who remain healthy, energetic, mentally clear, and genuinely enjoy life?

Our social programming constantly reinforces invisible limitations.

Women are told they become “too old” after a certain age.

People over forty are subtly encouraged to believe that life’s greatest opportunities are already behind them.

These ideas function like energetic labels attached to a person’s identity.

Over time they become self-fulfilling programs.

Breaking free from them is difficult because the surrounding culture continuously reinforces the same assumptions.

The variety of foods that promote chronic acidification is astonishing.

At the same time, few healthcare systems actively encourage regular internal cleansing.

Such practices are often dismissed as “alternative medicine.”

Instead, the standard response consists of prescriptions, pharmaceuticals, and chemical interventions.

Taken together, these patterns gradually shorten not only individual lifespans but also the overall vitality of entire generations.

Such a system benefits from chronic illness.

But what about your own path?

What kind of life do you want to create?

;

So What Should We Eat?

If red meat presents these challenges, what should replace it?

Protein remains essential.

Plant protein alone is not suitable for everyone.

Based on many years of observing subtle energetic processes, I gradually replaced nearly all mammalian protein in my own diet with seafood.

From my perspective, proteins from non-mammalian species produce significantly less internal resistance within the body’s cells.

Some people choose an even more radical approach.

Vegetarianism.

Raw food nutrition.

For certain individuals, these lifestyles truly become a path toward remarkable health.

However, they are not universally appropriate.

Living in a technogenic civilization also makes it increasingly difficult to obtain genuinely clean, living food unless you cultivate it yourself in an environmentally healthy location.

Every organism is unique.

There is no universal nutritional formula.

I encourage people to keep what I call a journal of themselves.

Record your observations.

How did your body respond to a particular food?

Did your energy increase?

Did inflammation decrease?

Did your mind become clearer?

Listen to your body rather than following trends.

What heals one person may not heal another.

With patience, experimentation, and honest observation, it is entirely possible to discover the way of eating that truly supports your body rather than someone else’s.

Practical Dietary Recommendations for Healing

Based on years of observation and practical results, I can confidently recommend several lifestyle changes that have repeatedly demonstrated positive effects during recovery from various illnesses.

These include:
• eliminating protein from mammalian meat;
• reducing dairy products to a minimum (in some cases, replacing them with lactose-free alternatives);
• replacing simple carbohydrates with complex, slow-digesting carbohydrates;
• choosing grains that retain their natural bran layer—for example, brown rice instead of refined white rice;
• reducing foods made from refined flour;
• limiting products with a high gluten content, particularly refined wheat products;
• significantly reducing white sugar—or eliminating it altogether whenever possible;
• increasing the amount of natural dietary fiber through fruits and vegetables;
• drinking highly alkaline water;
• incorporating regular cleansing periods and fasting into one’s lifestyle.

None of these recommendations should be viewed as punishment or deprivation.

They are simply conditions that allow the body to restore its own natural balance.

Chemical Protein: A Message for Athletes

I do not approach this topic theoretically.

For many years I was actively involved in sports and personally used various nutritional supplements.

That experience eventually led me to reconsider many assumptions that are widely accepted in the fitness industry.

Anyone using chemical supplements—fat burners, L-carnitine, synthetic protein powders, or similar products—should clearly understand one important fact:

These substances are chemically foreign to the body’s original biological design.

At the beginning of supplementation, you often have no idea how your own organism will respond.

The body’s reaction is highly individual.

Foreign proteins and synthetic compounds may contribute to inflammation.

Certain organs may enlarge under chronic stress.

Tumors may develop.

Kidney stones may form.

But these processes rarely announce themselves immediately.

Usually, a person discovers them only after symptoms become severe enough to require medical attention.

Your body cannot speak in words.

Instead, it communicates through sensations.

Fatigue.

Discomfort.

Inflammation.

Pain.

It is essentially saying:

“Please stop putting this inside me.”

Many athletes successfully build impressive physiques while using sports supplements.

However, I have rarely seen those same substances preserve youthful skin, long-term vitality, or healthy aging.

Protein bars.

High-protein cookies.

Artificial protein desserts.

They all belong to the same category.

Each person ultimately decides for themselves.

My purpose is simply to encourage awareness of the potential risks.

The same principle applies to hormonal medications, particularly those intended for long-term use.

Although they may appear beneficial initially, they can produce entirely different consequences years later.

I know this not from books but from personal experience.

I have lived through those consequences myself.

I have no desire to repeat them.

The human body possesses an extraordinary capacity for self-regulation.

Our task is not to control every process artificially.

Our task is to stop interfering with its natural intelligence and instead create conditions in which health can emerge.

;

Parasites

Now let us turn to another subject that many people prefer not to think about.

Parasites.

This is an extremely serious issue and deserves far more attention than it usually receives.

If a person never undergoes antiparasitic cleansing, various parasites gradually establish themselves throughout the body.

There is little point describing every species here.

All of us interact daily with countless contaminated surfaces.

Door handles.

Food.

Other people.

Pets.

Exposure is unavoidable.

If you truly want to understand this subject, I strongly recommend watching the extensive lectures of Dr. Frolov.

His work offers detailed visual explanations of the internal world most people never imagine exists.

One naturally occurring substance deserves special mention.

Chitinmannose.

This compound is found in chanterelle mushrooms.

It possesses remarkable antiparasitic properties.

However, it is extremely sensitive to heat.

Temperatures above approximately 40°C (104°F) destroy its biological activity.

For this reason, anyone wishing to use chanterelle extracts should obtain them only from trustworthy manufacturers who carefully preserve the compound during production.

Dr. Frolov’s lectures also discuss pharmaceutical antiparasitic protocols.

Many people believe that traditional herbal mixtures—often known as “Russian Troichetka”—are sufficient.

In reality, they primarily affect parasites living within the intestines.

Parasites inhabiting the bloodstream and internal organs are considerably more resistant.

This does not mean herbal preparations are useless.

They certainly have value.

But truly comprehensive cleansing requires a much deeper approach.

A complete antiparasitic program generally lasts twenty-one days.

This duration corresponds to the biological life cycle of many parasites themselves, allowing the treatment to interrupt their reproductive cycle rather than eliminating only the adult organisms.

Antibiotics and Vaccines

I mentioned antibiotics briefly earlier, but this subject deserves a more detailed discussion.

When you visit a clinic with a bacterial infection, the standard treatment is usually straightforward:

An antibiotic is prescribed.

What is often left unexplored is the question of why the infection developed in the first place.

Could the underlying cause be something else?

In some cases, chronic parasitic infestations may weaken tissues or organs, creating conditions in which bacterial infections develop more easily.

Antibiotics suppress the bacterial infection itself if, at that moment, they are stronger than the microorganism.

But microorganisms adapt.

Over time they mutate.

Eventually, the same antibiotic becomes ineffective.

A stronger one is prescribed.

Then an even stronger one.

Meanwhile, the body quietly bears the consequences.

If it could speak, perhaps it would simply ask:

“Why are you doing this to me?”

;

Persistent coughing provides another example.

If a cough continues for months, the microorganisms responsible often do not reside within the lung tissue itself.

They live inside accumulated mucus.

Antibiotics may temporarily suppress bacterial activity.

The mucus, however, often remains.

With each subsequent illness, more mucus accumulates.

The environment becomes increasingly favorable for future infections.

Each new cold may therefore produce an even more severe cough.

In my observations, genuine cleansing of the lungs requires detoxification rather than repeated suppression of symptoms.

Several consecutive periods of dry fasting, separated by approximately one week, can gradually stimulate the body’s own cleansing processes.

As accumulated mucus is eliminated, respiratory function may improve significantly.

When the next seasonal respiratory infection arrives, recovery often becomes much easier because there is simply less accumulated material within the lungs.

;

If you are already experiencing an acute respiratory illness and suddenly decide that it is finally time to begin a cleansing program, I generally recommend waiting until recovery.

Detoxification and fasting require considerable physical and mental resources even under normal circumstances.

Attempting them during fever or active illness can make the process unnecessarily difficult.

There is another practical consideration.

Before beginning prolonged water fasting, many practitioners recommend completing an antiparasitic protocol first.

The reasoning offered is that if parasites remain active while food intake stops, they may compete more aggressively with the host organism for available nutrients.

Whether one accepts this explanation or not, careful preparation before any extended fasting protocol is generally wise.

;

Harmful Habits: Smoking, Alcohol, and Other Intoxicants

This subject is, in many ways, self-explanatory.

A clouded mind rarely leads to clear decisions.

At the same time, I see no value in condemning people whose choices differ from my own.

Each person walks an individual path.

Ultimately, we travel that path in the company of ourselves.

People, circumstances, achievements, and possessions are temporary scenery.

We enter this world alone.

We leave it alone.

Each person decides how fully they wish to experience the journey between those two moments.

Some people choose intensity over longevity.

They willingly test the limits of their bodies through stimulants, alcohol, or other substances.

That is their choice.

There is no need to become their judge.

Nor is it your responsibility to save humanity.

Awareness, health, and longevity are deeply personal decisions.

There is little value in trying to convert others to your worldview.

Someone else’s life may unfold very differently from your own.

As the Russian entertainer Prokhor Shalyapin once humorously remarked,

“Some people have only three Mondays left ahead of them.”

The phrase is lighthearted, but it carries a deeper truth.

Each person values time differently.

;

The Pressure of Society on Human Consciousness

Imagine a different world.

Imagine that from the very beginning of your life, you had heard words like these:

“You are a magnificent being of the Universe.

You are an immortal Spirit who came here to experience life with joy.

You are free to become whoever you choose.

There is no need to rush.

Everything will unfold at the proper time.

You are capable of living one hundred… three hundred… perhaps even five hundred years if you treat your body and your consciousness with wisdom.”

Such a worldview begins from a fundamentally different assumption.

You do not see yourself as a body that may or may not possess a soul.

Instead, you recognize yourself first as a Soul—a Spirit—that temporarily inhabits a body, a particular environment, and a specific human experience.

Society teaches something very different.

From birth onward, it gradually encloses the free soul within a framework of conditioning.

You are told:

Life is short.

Old age inevitably brings suffering.

You must fight for your place under the sun.

You belong to this religion.

Everyone else is mistaken.

The soul is fantasy.

Consciousness ends with death.

Study hard.

Obey the system.

Take out a mortgage.

Marry at the “right” age.

Have children on schedule.

Divorce if necessary.

Follow every expected life milestone.

Otherwise, society will judge you as unsuccessful.

Drive the fashionable car.

Own the newest phone.

Constantly improve yourself.

Become more productive.

Achieve more.

When the quiet voice of the soul gently asks,

“But how exactly should I change?”

Society often answers:

Forget who you truly are.

Become convenient.

Fit into the system.

Grow ill on schedule.

Die on schedule.

Do not inconvenience society by remaining healthy, clear-minded, and independent for too long.

And certainly do not speak about freedom.

;

As you can see, these represent two entirely different ways of living.

The obedient individual is easy to manage.

Predictable.

Comfortable for existing systems.

The conscious individual is far less convenient.

Ultimately, every person must decide which path to follow.

The pressure of society has always been immense.

Changing one’s worldview is difficult when nearly everyone around you reinforces the same assumptions.

Often, even friends become the first to object.

“What’s happened to you?”

“What have you been reading?”

“Come on—let’s go to the club after work.

You’ve had five cups of coffee already anyway.”

Awareness

We have now arrived at the final part of this article—the subject of awareness.

Today, we constantly hear the same message from every direction:

“Wake up.”

“Become more aware.”

“Humanity is awakening.”

“An era of transformation has begun.”

But very few people stop to explain what awakening actually means.

In my view, the change of eras is indeed taking place.

It reveals itself through many interconnected processes:
• changing frequencies;
• technological acceleration;
• climate shifts;
• political transformations;
• the introduction of digital currencies and other emerging systems of control.

As biological beings who both generate and respond to subtle energetic frequencies, human beings cannot remain unaffected by these changes.

We are living through them together.

We are not distant observers.

We are participants standing at the very center of this historical transition.

To awaken, in my understanding, means to begin seeing the true nature of things.

It means recognizing how collective thought-forms influence individuals, how powerful belief systems capture entire nations, and how invisible structures shape human perception.

Awareness begins after awakening.

It is the simple realization that accompanies every moment:

“I am here.”

“I am present.”

“I exist within this moment.”

For most people, consciousness continuously drifts.

Part of it remains trapped in memories of the past.

Another part rushes endlessly toward an imagined future.

Meanwhile, the only reality that truly exists—the present moment—passes unnoticed.

Many people reach old age only to realize:

“I never actually lived.

Life simply passed me by.”

To consciously recognize yourself, here and now, in each passing moment, is one of the essential foundations of genuine awareness.

;

Memory

As awareness deepens, another process often begins to unfold.

You gradually remember.

Not necessarily every detail.

Not necessarily every past incarnation.

But something far more important.

You begin to remember, at least in broad outlines, where you came from before arriving on Earth.

You begin to understand why you are here.

Your mission gradually becomes clearer.

This does not require perfect recollection of previous lives.

Many people experience only fragments.

Brief impressions.

Powerful symbolic memories.

Moments that existed before this incarnation.

Yet even fragmented memories can illuminate the larger path.

Today, countless people speak beautifully about awareness on social media.

Many sincerely inspire others.

Yet speaking about awakening and actually awakening are not always the same thing.

Still, many are moving in that direction.

And that, too, is valuable.

;

Mental Structures of Human and Non-Human Intelligence

Our thoughts represent an extraordinary form of energy.

Contrary to common assumptions, thought does not originate solely inside the physical brain.

Rather, it emerges within a broader informational field that extends beyond the limits of the skull.

Every human being is unique.

The writer Vadim Zeland described this uniqueness through the concept of the Fraile—the distinctive energetic pattern of each individual soul.

Just as no two snowflakes form identical crystalline structures, no two souls carry identical energetic signatures.

Each soul possesses its own unique pattern.

Its own Fraile.

The scientist Nikolai Levashov proposed that the human mind is capable of creating extraordinarily powerful mental constructs.

According to his work, these mental structures can influence:
• the health of individual cells;
• the events unfolding in one’s life;
• environmental processes;
• energetic protection.

Unfortunately, almost none of us were ever taught how to consciously develop these innate capacities.

Yet through practice, disciplined attention, and sustained inner work, remarkable results may become possible.

Mental constructs can become powerful instruments for creativity, healing, protection, and conscious interaction with reality.

Readers interested in this subject may wish to explore the works of Nikolai Levashov, where these concepts are discussed in much greater detail.

Our Ecological Footprint

Billions of people have walked this Earth before us.

They came.

They lived.

And eventually they departed into eternity.

The Earth itself is a living organism.

Like every living system, it requires restoration, balance, and periodic renewal.

Each of us possesses the ability to lessen the burden we place upon it.

We can reduce unnecessary consumption.

Limit plastics that remain in nature for centuries.

Choose products that create less pollution.

Live more consciously.

A soul that has begun to recognize its connection with the Universe eventually realizes that its ecological footprint also matters.

Because one day, when our journey here is complete, we too will leave this temporary home.

And perhaps, before departing, we will look back one final time.

May that final glance be accompanied not by shame—

but by gratitude.
