CONFERENCE ORGANIZER'S REPORT
VLADIMIR LERMONTOV:
"NUCLEAR PHILOSOPHY, ETHICS and YOGA -
AS A SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF THE FUTURE PLUS"
Dear colleagues, experts, thinkers and creators from different countries and traditions,
We have gathered on this platform not to argue about the speed of progress, but to ask a question about its purpose: why are we accelerating? What do we want to preserve and what do we want to prevent? In an era of unprecedented technological opportunities, it is especially important to agree on boundaries that cannot be crossed: about the person as the highest value, about truth as a measure of efficiency, about justice as a criterion for innovation.
We see two polar development scenarios. One leads to a widening gap: technology increases the power of algorithms and corporations, people become a resource, and ethics become an option. The other is what we call "nuclear ethics": here, technology serves to retain the human, not replace it. It is this second way that we propose as an alternative.
In our dialogue with modernity, we turn to thoughts that highlight this fork in the road. Thiel (and more broadly, technocratic discourse) often relies on the fact that progress itself will solve problems, and ethics can be "sewn" into code or delegated to systems. Jaspers, thinking about the "axial time", was looking not just for a technological breakthrough, but for a spiritual shift — a moment when a person consciously sets higher goals for himself and realizes his limits. We take an important lesson from this dialogueâàæíîå: you can't wait for technology to create values; you need to consciously build the ethical framework in which technology works. socionauki.ru
Our scenario is a response to the challenge of time. He does not deny the technological breakthrough, but raises the question: what is it for? Does not accelerated progress replace the ability of humanity to reflect? We choose a path where the strength is in the density of intention, not in the volume of pressure; where what the system considers "impractical" today (conscience, slow creation, dialogue of traditions), tomorrow becomes the only support that can hold the whole.
We offer a view that combines ancient intuitions with the challenges of the twenty-first century. It is based on two time-tested formulas:
• "The weak overcomes the strong "(Lao Tzu): water, being the softest, sharpens the stone; a sprout breaks through the asphalt; silence stops the noise. This is not a call to passivity, but a statement of the strategy of sustainability: a force that does not destroy, but holds and connects.
• "The stone rejected by the builders becomes the main focus": what the system considers inconvenient, "unprofitable", "outdated" today (conscience, compassion, slow creation), tomorrow turns out to be the only support that can hold the whole.
In our "nuclear philosophy", these images merge into one principle: the ethical core is both water and stone. It is flexible to hear the world, and firm to hold it.
________________________________________
Why is this relevant for the global discourse on the future
1. Crisis measures. Technology is ahead of ethics: we can do a lot, but we don't always have to. "Nuclear ethics" offers a criterion: any action is evaluated by whether it preserves a person as a bearer of truth and freedom or erases it.
2. Crisis of trust. In a world where information becomes a weapon and meaning becomes a commodity, you need a foothold that doesn't depend on market conditions. "Aham: You are the Truth" is a personal responsibility that cannot be delegated to algorithms.
3. Crisis of solidarity. The future is not built alone. "A little man with a big heart" - not a metaphor for weakness, but a formula for social sustainability: millions of quiet truth choices create a field that changes big processes.
4. Crisis of the human image. The main catastrophic damage to technological projects is the disappearance of man, created in the image and likeness of God, as truth and spiritual life. We say that if a person disappears as a bearer of truth, the meaning of progress also disappears.

Our principles for designing the future
• Ethics as a supporting structure. Technology without a core of truth becomes a destructive force. We suggest embedding ethical protocols in the design of any system: from AI to the urban environment.
• Dharmapolitics as a management model. Power does not serve the ego, but the whole. Leadership is measured by the ability to connect and hold, not overwhelm and accelerate. Every decision is tested for truth and the common good.
• Practice Aham as a personal discipline. This is not an escape from the world, but the ability to be flexible in forms and inflexible in principles: not to fight the world, but to hold it.
• Synthesis of traditions and innovations. "Civilization of the Dawn" is not a return to the past or an escape from the present, but a synthesis of ethics, art, culture, creativity and technology. It is an investment in a future where man remains the measure of all things.

Practical suggestions for international cooperation
We invite you to work together in the following areas:
• Pilot ethical protocols for technology— development of international standards, where efficiency is measured not only by the economy, but also by the preservation of human dignity.
• Slow design sitesare laboratories where solutions are born in dialogue, not in a race for speed; where "inconvenient" questions are not cut off, but become points of growth.
• Educational modules on nuclear ethicsare programs for young people where the philosophy of the future is taught as a practice of responsibility, rather than as a set of theories.
• The World Day of Spiritual Unityis a global assemblage point of collective will: not a ritual for ritual's sake, but a way to create a field where the quiet intent of millions becomes the real force of history.
________________________________________
Contrasting technocratic scenarios
Where the future is built as a race for speed and dominance, we build like a garden: slowly, carefully, with respect for the soil. Where power is the destruction of the old, we see power in keeping the living: in preserving man as truth, in protecting the inner light from being replaced by technology.
Approaches that focus only on efficiency and scaling run the risk of losing the most valuable thing — the image and likeness of a person. We say that if a person disappears as a bearer of truth, the meaning of progress also disappears.

About the projects "Pravdaria" and "Civilization of Dawn"
• Pravdaria isan experimental model of life, where ethical principles determine the development of technology, culture and social environment. Here, truth becomes a measure of efficiency, and fairness becomes a criterion for innovation.
• "Civilization of Dawn"is a synthesis of ethics, philosophy, art, culture, creativity and technology, implemented as a real project with specific locations and budgets. This is not a utopia, but a strategy of sustainability, where what is rejected today (conscience, compassion, slow creation) becomes the cornerstone of tomorrow.

Call for an international symposium
We do not offer ready-made answers, we offer a common framework for dialogue: the future must be not only technological, but also ethical; not only fast, but also sustainable; not only effective, but also humane.
We invite you to:
• join the working group on the development of international ethical protocols;
• Join the Civilisations of Dawn pilot sites.
• participate in educational programs on nuclear ethics;
• support the initiative of the World Day of Spiritual Unity as an assemblage point of collective will.
Let the water of Lao Tzu and the cornerstone become symbols of a new strategy: the soft paves the way, the rejected holds the peace. Let each of your professional and human choices become the very rock on which the future rests.
Aham: "You are the Truth."

MANIFESTO: "NUCLEAR PHILOSOPHY: WATER AND STONE-ETHICS AS A PILLAR OF THE FUTURE"
We live in an age when strength is measured by the scale of destruction, and speed is measured by the cost of losing a person. Technology promises greatness, but erases the image and likeness of man as the ultimate truth. We see the catastrophe not in accidents, but in the disappearance of the inner Light, in the substitution of the living — effective, eternal — instant.
But there is another force — the one that does not break, but holds. The one that grows through the asphalt and becomes the foundation of the building.
We rely on two great time-tested formulas:
• "The weak overcomes the strong" - the wisdom of Lao Tzu: water, the softest, sharpens the stone; a sprout breaks through concrete; silence stops noise.
• "The stone rejected by the builders becomes the first priority": what the system considers superfluous, inconvenient, "unprofitable" turns out to be the only support that can hold the whole.
In our "nuclear philosophy", these images merge into one principle: the ethical core is both water and stone. It is flexible to hear the world, and firm to hold it.
________________________________________
What we claim
1. Ethics is not the decoration of progress, but its supporting structure.
Technology without a core of truth becomes a destructive force. We put ethics at the forefront: any decision, any project, any technology is tested for humanity and justice.
2. Strength is in the density of intent, not in the volume of pressure.
A small man with a big heart is not a metaphor for weakness, but a formula for resilience. His quiet choice of truth, his daily "telling the truth, doing the truth, praying for the truth" creates a field that changes big processes.
3. What is dismissed as "impractical" today will become the foundation of civilization tomorrow.
Conscience, compassion, slow creation, collective prayer and unity of traditions are not" retrogradism", but a strategic resource. They become the cornerstone of the "Civilization of Dawn".
4. The practice of Aham: "You are the Truth" is a personal responsibility for the common future.
Each person is a source of light. In the yoga of Great Unity, we learn not to fight the world, but to hold it: to be flexible in forms and inflexible in principles.
5. Dharmapolitics is governance, where every decision is tested for truth and the common good.
Power does not serve the ego, but the whole. Leadership is measured not by the speed of suppression, but by the ability to connect and retain.
________________________________________
How it works in practice
• Pravdaria is an experiment in reality. This is not a utopia, but a model of life where ethical principles determine the development of technology, culture and social environment. Here, truth becomes a measure of efficiency, and fairness becomes a criterion for innovation.
• A five-year path to sustainability. We build not for" big " victories, but for irreversible changes: education, ethical protocols for technology, pilot communities where a person remains the measure of all things.
• The World Day of Spiritual Unityis the assemblage point of the collective will. This is not a ritual for ritual's sake, but a way to create a field where the quiet intent of millions becomes the real force of history.

Our call
Join the construction of the "Civilization of Dawn — - a world where ethics is not an option, but a foundation; where a "small" person with a big heart becomes the support of the whole; where the water of Lao Tzu and the cornerstone together hold the future.
Tell the truth. Do the truth. Pray for the truth. And let each of your quiet steps become a rock that holds the world together.
Aham: "You are the Truth."

*************************
"Nuclear philosophy" is not an abstract theory, but an active ethical force that can be carried by a "small person with a big heart".
• "The ethical core is like the Sun in a multipolar system." This strong model shows that multipolarity is not equal to chaos and competition of all with all, but is based on a common moral center. The core does not suppress the planets, but keeps them in steady motion.
• "Reactor of light-truth and heat-prayer". Here, prayer is understood as an active internal action that produces the" energy " of trust and truth. This interpretation allows us to move away from passive petitioning to creative practice.
• "Little Man vs giants". The contrast between giant monsters and a small man with a big heart gives an understandable ethical conflict: strength is not in resources, but in the purity of intent. ________________________________________
Miracle of salvation: the collective practice of the Day of World Spiritual Unity (12-18 numbers) has created a field of protection. This confirmed the principle that ethical intent, synchronized in time, can influence critical events. Practice: prayer as a setting for the common good and holding the field of truth.
Nuclear philosophy is the ethical core of the future. A small person with a big heart is not weak, but extremely honest: he acts from the truth, and his act becomes a fulcrum for big changes. The four miracles are four proofs that the practice of collective prayer and unity can change the trajectory of history. We are building a multipolar world like a solar system: planet-civilizations move freely, but they are held together by a common core of Truth and Prayer.
A fair multipolar world is similar to the solar system: the planets-civilizations retain their uniqueness, but are connected by a common field of attraction — the ethical core. This core is not power or strength, but truth and warmth that we create through daily practice. A small man with a big heart is the main carrier of this core: he does not have the resources of giants, but there is something that they do not have — a sincere heart and a willingness to act on principle. Four miracles show how this practice already works: synchronized actions, collective prayer, and unity of intent create a field that can influence geopolitics. Our goal is to make this field stable and visible.
________________________________________
"We live in a multi-layered reality: economics and politics are only the top layer. There's also a layer of collective intent and ethics. "Nuclear philosophy" fixes this layer as an equal factor of history. Practice is the criterion of truth: faith without action is dead, truth without practice is fruitless. World Spiritual Unity Day is a way to synchronize millions of individual efforts. And the "little man with a big heart" is the one who makes these efforts real. From such simple but fair elections, the future in which you want to live is formed."
________________________________________
"Nuclear philosophy" is not a reference to nuclear physics or weapons, but a metaphor for an extremely concentrated, stable and powerful ethical core around which a future society of truth and justice can be built.
• The core as a point of unshakable principles. "Nuclear" here means "the most dense, the most important": extremely simple and unbreakable ethical foundations that do not blur under the pressure of circumstances. This is what remains when everything else fluctuates.
• Unity instead of dualism. The Principle of Great Unity ("Aham") overcomes the usual divisions:" I/the world"," spiritual/material","my own/someone else's". In "nuclear" logic, this means that ethics cannot be "for itself" and "for society" separately: it must be unified and internally consistent.
• Ethics as practice, not theory. Lermontov's "nuclear ethics — is a daily election:" tell the Truth, do the Truth, pray for the Truth." This turns philosophy into action, rather than a collection of beautiful ideas.
• Personal responsibility as the basis of security. If "You are the Truth", then each action either strengthens the general field of truth or destroys it. From here
Nuclear philosophy-practice does not simplify, but complicates the picture of reality— it adds another layer to the usual socio -political causality: spiritual energy. The connection between individual, collective practice and great historical turns is not a metaphor, but a working mechanism.
How"complication"works in " Aham yoga"
In this model, reality is multi-layered, and events at the" external " (geopolitical) level arise as a result of the intersection of several layers:
• Physical layer: political interests, economy, institutions, power blocks. This is what historians and political scientists record.
• Psychological layer: mass moods, fears, expectations, trust/distrust of leaders.
• Spiritual / ethical layer: collective intention, "field of truth", concentration on unity. This is where "nuclear ethics" works: extremely simple but unshakable principles become a source of strength.
The Four Miracles show exactly how these layers converge: the synchronous practice of millions of people creates a special field that changes the "probabilities" and makes possible events that would otherwise look unlikely or impossible.
________________________________________
What does "higher spiritual forces" mean in this system?
It is important that Lermontov's term "higher powers" does not necessarily mean personified gods. These are rather higher meanings and laws of realitythat are manifested through a person:
• "The truth is that You are the Truth": a person is not a passive recipient of a blessing, but an active bearer of the truth. Their ethical choices and practices change the quality of reality around them.
• "Tell the Truth, Do the Truth, Pray for the Truth": this is a Triad, three levers that simultaneously work on the personal, social and planetary levels.
• World Spiritual Unity Dayis a way to synchronize these efforts: On the 15th (and in the period 12-18), people around the world are consciously attuned to the same intention. For Lermontov, this is the "gathering of the core" of humanity: a single vector is formed from a set of individual centers.
________________________________________
• "We do not deny the political, economic and security reasons for the events. We add to them another equally real factor: the collective ethical will of humanity."
• "Nuclear philosophy is an optics that sees not only the visible levers of history, but also the invisible ones: intention, truth, unity. Only together do they give the full picture."
• "A miracle is not the abrogation of the laws of the world, but their manifestation at the point of maximum concentration of truth and unity."
________________________________________
• "Nuclear philosophy" is the optics of a multi-layered reality: we recognize the political, economic, and power causes of events, but add an equal layer to them-a collective ethical intent. Without this layer, the worldview is incomplete.
• Practice — the criterion of truth: "Faith without action, truth without practice is fruitless." InAham Yoga, the value is not in an abstract belief, but in measurable results: clarity of decisions, resilience in a crisis, the ability to negotiate and create.
• "Four Miracles — is not a metaphor, but a model of transformation: 1) overcoming dualism and a sense of unity; 2) ethics as a source of strength; 3) practice that gives real results; 4) transition from personal to social action and influence on large systems.
• World Spiritual Unity Day-Synchronization of intentions: On the 15th (and in the period 12-18), a collective attunement to unity forms a field that changes the probabilities of big events. This is the" gathering of the core " of humanity from millions of individual centers.
• The "little man with a big heart" is an atom of the "nuclear field": not a major player, but one who chooses truth and unity every day, thereby really influencing the course of history.
• Dharmapolitics as the institutionalization of truth: morality must become the foundation of institutions. The Pravdaria project is an attempt to fix the mechanism when ethics becomes the framework of society and international relations.
________________________________________
• Multilayered causality: in the Aham model, reality has physical, psychological, and ethico -spiritual layers. Events occur as the intersection of these layers, not as a result of just the first one.
• Ethics as the energy of action: "nuclear ethics" treats moral principles not as limitations, but as sources of power. "Telling the Truth, Doing the Truth, and Praying for the Truth" are three levers that work at the personal, social, and planetary levels.
• Synchronization of intentions as a social mechanism: The Day of World Spiritual Unity can be considered as a regular "social ritual" that reduces conflict and increases trust in society.
• Criticism of reductionism: to reduce history only to economics and politics is to ignore the factor of collective consciousness. Our goal is not to replace one model with another, but to expand it.
• Measurability of the effect: the results of practice are recorded through personal metrics (clarity, resilience, ability to act) and social indicators (reduction of conflicts, growth of cooperation).
________________________________________
• The world is more complex than it seems: in addition to money, power, and technology, there is another factor — our common intention. When millions of people simultaneously think in the same direction, it really changes the atmosphere in the world.
• You are not a spectator, but a participant: "a little man with a big heart" does not wait for changes, but every day makes a choice in favor of truth and unity. Such small choices make up a big story.
• Practice is more important than words: you don't need to be a "great guru" to influence the world. It is enough to do something simple and honest every day — and this already changes the world around you.
• One day a month can change a lot: World Spiritual Unity Day is a way to synchronize efforts. Imagine that this is the "common pulse" of humanity, which helps everyone to breathe in the same rhythm.
• Truth is not an abstraction, but a tool: when you speak and do the truth, you create a space of trust around you. From such spaces, a society grows where you want to live.
________________________________________
1. Core of meaning: "nuclear philosophy" captures the extremely simple but unshakable principles around which society gathers.
2. Ethics as strength: morality is not a weakness, but a source of influence and stability.
3. Practice as a criterion: the value of an idea is tested by the result, not by big words.
4. Unity as a method: overcoming the dualisms "friend/foe", "spiritual / material" gives a new perspective for resolving conflicts.
5. Synchronization as leverage: regular collective practices create a field that changes the probabilities of big events.
6. Institutionalization of Truth: Dharmapolitics and the Pravdaria project propose translating ethics into institutions and rules.
________________________________________
• "Miracle" as an ethical act, not magic. In the terminology of nuclear philosophy, a " miracle "is an event where personal ethics becomes so dense and clear that it breaks through the usual" noise " of circumstances and changes the trajectory of events. This is not about breaking the laws of nature, but about overcoming the inertia of indifference.
• The little man is a core carrier. It has no institutional power, but it has freedom from systemic compromises and the ability to act on the principle that "Faith without works is dead, truth without practice is fruitless." It is this principled attitude that becomes "nuclear" — it can trigger chain reactions of trust, solidarity, and honest decisions.
• Big heart as a scale mechanism. "Big heart" is not only about compassion, but also the ability to keep the personal and the general in focus at the same time: to see how your action affects others, and consciously choose responsibility for this effect.
• Geopolitics as a field of ethical elections. In your model, geopolitics ceases to be exclusively a game of elites and power structures: it becomes a set of ethical decisions at all levels. Then the actions of the " little man "are not" added " to big politics, but form its moral framework.
________________________________________
• From personal discipline to social sustainability. Yoga as a training of attention and responsibility makes a person a reliable link in any system. Reliable links create stable networks of trust — and this is the soft power that influences politics.
• Syncing intents. The Day of Universal Spiritual Unity and the" yoga of four miracles " work as a synchronization mechanism: when many people simultaneously act from the same principles, a collective effect occurs, which is noticeable at the level of large processes.
• Ethics as a technology of authenticity. In a world where trust is a scarce resource, consistent ethics is the strongest signal of truth. Such a signal can change the perception of events and form new coalitions, influence decisions and even international relations.
________________________________________
"Today's crises are a crisis of consciousness: we solve systemic problems with tools designed for local tasks. Dharmapolitics offer a different approach: it starts with an internal shift and extends to external governance.
Three pillars:
1. Nuclear Philosophy-scale: we are reconnecting with the fundamental spiritual truth of oneness.
2. Nuclear ethics is the norm: "tell the Truth, do the Truth, pray for the Truth." The Truth triad sets the criteria for legitimacy and trust.
3. Nuclear yoga and the practice of Aham-tool: a training of the mind that makes these norms feasible in conditions of stress and uncertainty.
"Dharmapolitics as an ethical and practical framework of management: core, norms, tools"
In the concept of V. Lermontov, "dharmapolitics" is interpreted as a management model based on a three-layer architecture:
1. Nuclear philosophy (worldview layer) sets the basic axioms: unity as a fundamental state of reality; illusory dualisms "friend/foe", "internal/external"; the primacy of the ethical core in relation to instrumental solutions. The key postulate "The truth is that You are the Truth" here works as a principle of subjectivity: the stability of the system is determined by the quality of consciousness of the participants, and not only by formal institutions.
2. Nuclear ethics (the normative behavioral layer) operationalizes philosophy through the triad " Telling the Truth — Doing the Truth — Pray for the Truth", understood as: transparency of communication, responsibility for consequences, discipline of intent. In a management context, this meets the criteria of trust, accountability, and ethical validation of decisions.
3. Nuclear yoga / Great Unity Practice Aham (instrumental-practical layer) provides training of consciousness: mindfulness (satipatthana), removal of cognitive distortions, development of empathy and system vision. Breathing, movement, and service practices (dana) act as" softskills" for responsible decisions — they reduce reactivity, increase resilience to stress, and improve collective coordination.
Thus, dharmapolitics is an ideology, an ethical and practical framework for decision-making, where each level supports the next: philosophy gives the scale, ethics-the norm, yoga — the ability to act out of unity.
VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "PRAVDARIA-THE FUTURE PLUS"
Part 2
GREETING OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants: Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, Antonio Guterres, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, leading Russian experts: Alexander Prokhanov, Vardan Baghdasaryan, Sergey Pereslegin, Alexander Dugin, representatives of the Indian and Chinese intellectual elite.
Pravdaria-The Future Plus is not an established academic format, but a project initiative that grew out of the philosophical and journalistic concept of Pravdaria. Its author is Vladimir Lermontov, a representative of the public movement "Council of Sages of Russia "Russian Lotus". In this logic, "Pravdaria "is the idea of building a" dawn civilization": a planetary workshop where a new world order based on spiritual values, unity and the idea of the common good is formed in the union of creators from different countries. The key slogan is "One truth — one way": consolidation around a common system of values. Within the framework of this idea, similar platforms are being launched — virtual international conferences where they discuss how to move towards such a future.
Moderator. Today we gathered at the conference " Pravdaria — Future Plus" to answer the main question: what should the future look like — and for whom? We live in an era when technology can create a new world, but it can also erase people from it. That is why we ask leaders whose decisions determine the fate of billions to become honorary chairmen of the Council of Truth.
Let me introduce the honorary Presidents of the Council of Bavaria:
• Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, whose policy is based on the idea of sovereignty and the preservation of traditional values as the basis for the stability of civilization.
• Xi Jinping, under whose leadership China demonstrates a unique synthesis of strategic planning, high technology and social stability.
• Donald Trump, a politician who has consistently championed national interests and accelerated technological breakthroughs, changing the rules of the game in the global economy.
• Narendra Modi is a person who in practice combines large-scale state thinking with support for civilizational values, long-term planning with concern for everyone.
We ask each of you to make a short address that will become a moral compass for all participants of the conference.
Moderator. Dear participants of the International Conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"! Today we are gathered here to outline the contours of a civilization that will not sacrifice man for the sake of the speed of progress. We are looking not just for technology, but for meaning, not just for breakthroughs, but for responsibility. Therefore, it is a special honor and deep symbolic significance for us that Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has agreed to become the honorary chairman of our Council of Bavaria.
His speech today is not just a greeting, but a moral guideline: a reminder that the future should be built around a person, his dignity and freedom, and not dissolve a person in algorithms and speeds.
Vladimir Vladimirovich, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, philosophers, engineers, cultural figures — we ask you to address us with a welcome speech.
________________________________________
Vladimir Putin's welcome address
Dear colleagues and friends,
Thank you for inviting me to speak at the Pravdaria conference. — Future plus".The name itself has an important meaning: the truth is not only conformity to facts, but also loyalty to the human measure, loyalty to what makes us human.
Today, the world faces a choice: either we create the future as a space of true freedom and responsibility, or we allow technology to imperceptibly replace the goal with means. Speed is not a virtue in itself. Progress without a moral core becomes destructive.
In this sense, the idea of "Pravdaria "as a workshop of meanings and technologies is deeply consonant with the understanding that any large — scale projects — be it a" city on Mars " or digital infrastructure-should serve people, and not displace them. A person created in the image and likeness should remain at the center of any agenda.
It is especially important that the conference combines different traditions: pragmatism and contemplation, Western engineering culture and Eastern depth of understanding of human nature. Such a synthesis offers a chance not just for new inventions, but for a new quality of civilization — a civilization where technology enhances the human, and does not replace it.
Let Pravdaria become a place where ethics and engineering speak the same language-the language of responsibility to future generations. Let not only formulas and prototypes be born here, but also principles that will not allow us to lose the main thing: ourselves.
I wish the conference fruitful work, bold ideas and, most importantly, solutions that will serve people and preserve human dignity in any era.
Thank you.
Moderator. Dear participants of the International Conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"! We continue to build a dialogue about what the future should be like — and most importantly, for whom it is being built. We have already heard the voice of Eurasian sustainability and the idea of long-term planning. Now it is important for us to hear another vector — the energy of a breakthrough, the pragmatism of action, the ability to turn ideas into real projects.
For this reason, we are particularly honored that the honorary chairman of the conference Council is Donald Trump — a man who is used to measuring success not in words, but in results, not in abstractions, but in concrete actions. His approach reminds us that the future does not come by itself — it is built, step by step, project by project.
Donald Trump, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, engineers, philosophers, creators — we ask you to address us with a welcome speech. Let your voice be a call to action, to courage, to not be afraid of big goals.
________________________________________
Welcome address from Donald Trump
Dear friends, colleagues, and distinguished participants of the conference!
Thank you for the invitation. And I want to say right away: I love big projects. Big, bold, the kind that others say, " It's impossible." I believe that such projects move the world forward.
But today I want to say not only about projects — I want to say about people. Because ÷òîno matter what the technology, no matter what the breakthrough, if it does not serve a person, it is worthless. This is my principle: first the person, then everything else.
I hear people here talk about Pravdaria as a workshop of meanings and technologies. I like this idea. The workshop is a place where people do not just reason, but do things. Where they are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Where the idea quickly becomes a drawing, and the drawing becomes a real object.
And if "Crash" is about building the future, and not just dreaming about it, then I'm with you. I am in favor of taking the most ambitious ideas-even about a "Martian city on Earth", even about new energy sources, even about the ethics of technology-and turning them into real, tangible projects. So that in a year, in five years, we can show: this is what we have done. That's what we built. Here's how we've improved people's lives.
However, I don't believe in "the future at any cost". I don't believe in technologies that forget about people. I don't believe in progress that erases our nature, our freedom, our dignity. If we lose a person — we lose everything.
So I support the idea that any big project should have a moral core. There should be a "nuclear philosophy", as you call it-not about destruction, but about creation. About the fact that even the most powerful technologies should serve a small person, the very "little person with a big heart" who makes the world a better place.
So let's not waste time on empty arguments. Let's build. Let's do it. Let "Pravdaria" become a place where not only concepts are born, but also real deeds — large-scale, bold, and at the same time truly human.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the International Conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
We speak of the future not as a distant abstraction, but as a space that needs to be built here and now. And to do this, we need a special view — one that can see both the infrastructure and the meaning, the numbers, the soul, and the next five years, and the century ahead.
It is this approach that distinguishes India — a country where ancient wisdom does not cancel out technological breakthroughs, but directs them. Therefore, it is a special honor for us that the honorary Chairman of the Conference Council is Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi— a leader who consistently combines strategic planning with cultural identity, and large-scale projects with caring for everyone.
Today we ask you to speak in a special format, which we call "Rendrome ". This is not just a report, but a synthesis: pragmatics and vision, real projects and high meanings. In this mode, the word is already an action, and the idea is a drawing of the future. Let your speech become both a road map and a moral guide for us: how to build big projects without losing a person.
Mr. Prime Minister, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, engineers, philosophers, creators-we ask you to contact us in "Rendro mode".

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech
Dear friends, colleagues, and participants of the Pravdaria Conference — Future plus"!
Thank you for the invitation and for the very idea of this platform. The name "Pravdaria" sounds deep: the truth is not only the truth of facts, but also loyalty to the cause, loyalty to people, loyalty to the future that we are building together.
Today, the world faces a choice: either technology will run ahead of meaning, or meaning will set the direction of technology. India is firmly in the second position. We believe that the most powerful technological breakthrough is worthless if it does not improve the lives of ordinary people. That is why our mantra is "Artificial intelligence for everyone", not "for the elite". That is why we focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and making every citizen feel part of progress.
In your"Rendrome" format , I see a very precise understanding: the future is a fusion of reality and breakthrough. Reality is roads, electricity, communications, schools, hospitals. Breakthroughs include space, quantum computing, new materials, and biotechnologies. But without a moral core, even the most brilliant breakthrough can become a threat.
I support the idea of the "nuclear philosophy of a small man with a big heart". Because such a person is the foundation of any great civilization. Not the abstract "speed of progress", but the quality of life, dignity, freedom and the opportunity to reach your potential-these are the real metrics of success.
The project of "Martian city on Earth" is close to me in spirit. Not because it's about Mars, but because it's about ambition: to create spaces where the best traditions and the most advanced technologies combine, where East and West do not argue, but strengthen each other. India is ready to be such a bridge — both in technology and in meaning.
Pravdaria as a workshop of meanings and technologies is a great metaphor. The workshop is a place where people are not afraid to get their hands dirty, where ideas become prototypes, and prototypes become real solutions. Let's make sure that not only concepts are born here, but also projects that can be touched: new energy systems, educational platforms, ethical codes for AI, models of sustainable development.
And let "Rendrome " be our common language: a language in which pragmatism does not cancel out dreams, and dreams do not cancel out responsibility.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
We are here to map out a future where a technological breakthrough does not break the link with the human dimension, and the ethical core becomes the framework of any large system — be it a city, a civilization, or an interplanetary project.
It is a special honor for us that the honorary Chairman of the Conference Council is President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China, General Secretary of the CPC ÖçèíüïèíCentral Committee, a leader under whose leadership the country consistently combines long — term planning, technological ambition and social sustainability.
Today, we ask you, dear Mr. President, to make a welcome address in the format of our conference — as a conversation about the future, which is being built not for the sake of speed, but for the sake of human dignity, for the sake of the common future of humanity. Let your word become a strategic guideline for us: how to combine scale and humanity, how to make big projects without losing the moral horizon.
Dear Mr. President Xi Jinping, on behalf of all the participants — scientists, engineers, philosophers, cultural figures — we ask you to address us with a welcoming speech.

Xi Jinping's welcome address
Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future Plus", dear friends!
Thank you for the invitation to speak at this platform, whose name has a deep meaning: Pravdaria sounds like a search for truth — not only scientific, but also moral, not only technological, but also human.
In the modern world, we are increasingly faced with a paradox: technology is becoming more powerful, and the sense of reliability of the future is becoming weaker. The reason is that progress without a value foundation can easily become a threat. That is why sites where engineers and philosophers gather together are so important, where ethics is not considered a "side issue", but becomes the main criterion of any project.
Chinese tradition teaches that great power requires great responsibility. We are developing artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and space programs, but we always put people and their welfare at the center. Our goal is not just to be the first in technology, but to make sure that technology serves everyone, strengthens social justice and the sustainability of society.
The idea of "Pravdaria" as a "workshop of meanings and technologies" is close to me. This is the correct word — "workshop". They don't just dream in the workshop, they do it in it. And they make sure that the result is useful to people, so that it does not destroy, but creates. In this sense, the "Martian city on Earth" project can be understood not as an escape from the planet, but as a laboratory of the future: a space where East and West, contemplation and action, strategy and ethics learn to speak the same language.
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today we are talking about the future as a space of shared responsibility. About a future where no technology has the right to erase human dignity, and no breakthrough should be made at the cost of alienating people from each other. It is a great honor for us to have United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres join our discussion Ãóòåððèø— a man for whom the futureis first and foremost solidarity, justice and the right of everyone to live with dignity.
Within the framework of our "Pravdaria" concept, we are looking for an ethical core that will become a support for any technological and social projects. And the UN's voice here is not just a high status, but a reminder that the future should be the common cause of all mankind, and not the privilege of individual groups or States.
Dear Mr. Secretary General, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, engineers, philosophers, cultural figures — we ask you to address us with a welcoming speech. Let your voice become a moral compass: how to preserve the unity of humanity in an era of rapid change and how to make progress serve everyone, not just a few.

Welcome address by Antonio Guterres
Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future Plus", dear friends!
Thank you for the invitation to speak at this unique platform, the very name of which carries a deep meaning: "Pravdaria" sounds like a call to truth — not only scientific, but also moral, not only technological, but also human.
We live in an era of unprecedented opportunities. Artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and space programs can transform the lives of billions of people. But at the same time, these same technologies can increase inequality, exclusion, and risks to peace and security. The paradox of our time is that the most advanced tools can be used for both creation and destruction.
That is why sites like yours are so important, where engineers and philosophers gather together, where ethics is not considered a "side issue", but becomes the main criterion of any project. At the UN, we talk about multilateralism, solidarity, and that no country or group of people should be left behind. This is the moral core of progress: development that leaves no one behind.
The idea of "Pravdaria" as a "workshop of meanings and technologies" is very close to me. A workshop is a place where people don't just dream, but do things. And they make sure that the result is useful to people, so that it builds trust, and does not destroy it. In this sense, the "Martian city on Earth" project can be understood as a laboratory of the future: a space where East and West, contemplation and action, strategy and ethics learn to speak the same language.
But let's remember: before we build cities on other planets, we must make our common home — Earth-fairer and more sustainable. We must ensure that everyone has access to education, medicine, clean energy, and opportunities to reach their full potential. This is the true scale of the future-not in kilometers and gigabytes, but in human dignity, in the right of everyone to be heard.
The "nuclear philosophy" that you speak of, in the universal sense of the UN, sounds like a commitment to common values: respect for life, for diversity, for the right to the future. Let these values become the very ethical framework that will keep technological progress from sliding into the abyss of alienation and violence.
Let Pravdaria become a place where not only concepts and prototypes are born, but also new forms of cooperation — between countries, cultures, and generations. Let it be understood that the future is not a competition for speed, but a joint construction of a world in which technology serves humanity, and does not replace it.
I wish the conference fruitful work, bold ideas and, most importantly, solutions that will serve all of humanity and strengthen our common future.
Thank you.
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today we are talking about a future that is not just imagined, but built: brick by brick, algorithm by algorithm, breakthrough by breakthrough. We are looking for a point where the boldness of engineering meets the depth of human meaning — and that is why we are particularly honored to have Elon Musk join our discussion: a man who is used to setting himself challenges that others call impossible and solving them.
In our concept of Pravdaria, we strive to combine "nuclear philosophy" — the ethical core that preserves a person as a bearer of truth and spiritual life — with the most daring technological projects. Elon Musk thinks in terms of interplanetary dimensions, but it is precisely in this contrast that the dialogue we need is born: how not to lose a person when we build cities on other planets? How do we ensure that technology serves the eternity of the spirit, rather than dissolving it into speed?
We ask you, Mr. Musk, to give a welcome speech — not as about distant stars, but as about the Earth that we must protect, and about the person for whom all these rockets and algorithms exist. Let your voice be the bridge between bold breakthroughs and deep responsibility.
Elon Musk, on behalf of all participants of the conference-scientists, philosophers, engineers, creators-we ask you to contact us.

Elon Musk's welcome address
Friends, colleagues, and participants of the Pravdaria conference — Future plus"! Thank you for inviting me.
I love projects where the bar is not "make a little better", but "change the rules of the game". Colonization of Mars, cheaper space, neuralinterfaces, robots that do routine and dangerous work — all this is about expanding human capabilities. It's about making sure that life doesn't just stay on one fragile planet, because this candle is too precious to burn in just one place.
But today I want to say not only about technology. I want to talk about the meaning. Because any rocket, any chip, any algorithm is just a tool. And the question is always the same: why do we do this? Why do we want to become an interplanetary species? The answer is simple: for the sake of the person. So that everyone has more space for creativity, more freedom from heavy routine, more chances to reach their potential.
I like the idea of Pravdaria as a "workshop of meanings and technologies". Because it is in the workshop that the present is born: not abstractions, but prototypes; not arguments, but solutions. And if "Martian city on Earth — is about creating a space where the best minds together think not only "how to do it", but also "why", I'm in.
At the same time, I do not believe in progress that sacrifices a person. I don't believe in technologies that make people unnecessary. On the contrary, the goal of all these breakthroughs is to free up the human for the human itself: for creativity, love, knowledge, so that we can look at the stars not as a task for an algorithm, but as a dream that unites us.
Your "nuclear philosophy" in my engineering language sounds like the principle of "man in the center". Even if we launch thousands of satellites and build factories in orbit, the main measure of success should be: has any person on Earth become a little easier, a little freer, a little happier? If so — we're on the right track.
So let's combine bold projects and deep meanings. Let Pravdaria become a place where not only new technologies are born, but also new principles: how to build the future without losing a person. Where East and West, contemplation and action, philosophy and engineering do not argue, but work together as a team.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
We are here not just to dream about the future, but to design it — with the cold logic of a strategist and with the warm heart of a creator. We need a vision that can see not individual technologies, but entire epochs, not individual trends, but systemic changes. That is why it is a special honor for us that Sergey Pereslegin, a futurologist, researcher of large historical cycles, a person who teaches us to think in terms of decades and centuries, has joined our discussion.
In our concept of "Pravdaria", we are looking for an ethical core that will keep civilization from disintegrating in an era of technological leaps. And here Sergey Pereslegin's voice is especially important: it reminds us that any breakthrough is not only opportunities, but also risks, not only speed, but also responsibility to future generations.
Sergey Borisovich, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, philosophers, engineers, cultural figures — we ask you to address us with a welcome speech. Let your view of the great cycles of history become a compass for us: how not to lose a person in the whirlwind of change, how to turn technological challenges into civilizational opportunities, and how to build a "Martian city on Earth" not as an escape, but as a new stage in the evolution of humanity.

Welcome address by Sergey Pereslegin
Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future Plus", colleagues, friends!
Thank you for the invitation. The very name of the site sounds like a challenge: "Pravdaria" is about finding the truth not in convenient illusions, but in rigid system patterns. And the future is not something that "happens by itself", but something that we construct, often without even realizing the mechanisms of this construction.
I used to look at history as a series of big transitions: agricultural civilization, industrial, informational. Now we are on the threshold of the next transition-and it will be no less radical than the advent of the steam engine or electricity. But the main danger is not in technology, but in the fact that we are trying to solve problems of a new level with the tools of old thinking.
In this sense, your "nuclear philosophy" gets to the heart of it: we need a new ethical framework that will become the core of any large system — be it a city, a corporation, or an interplanetary project. Without such a core, any technology becomes a risk factor: AI, biotechnologies, and space programs can either expand human capabilities or become tools for alienating and controlling them.
The "Martian city on Earth" project is interesting to me precisely as a laboratory of a new type of civilization. Not as a copy of the Martian base, but as a space where we work out new social models, new forms of cooperation, new ethics of work and creativity. After all, if we don't learn to live a new life here on Earth, we won't be able to survive on other planets either. The cosmos does not forgive mistakes in social engineering.
However, it is important to remember that the future is not monolithic. This is always a range of scenarios —from catastrophic to creative. And the task of a futurologist is not to guess, but to build "corridors of opportunity": to show which solutions today open up the best trajectories tomorrow, and which lead to a cliff.
Your idea of a "workshop of meanings and technologies" is very accurate. The workshop is a place where thought is immediately tested by action, and ethics-by practice. Where the engineer and the philosopher speak the same language: the language of responsibility.
And one more important point: "a small man with a big heart" is not a metaphor for weakness, but a formula for stability. It is on the shoulders of such people that any great civilization rests. Because technology scales, but conscience doesn't: it's always personal. And it is the personal responsibility of each individual that becomes the very "ethical framework" that keeps the system from disintegrating.
Let Pravdaria become a place where not only bold projects are born, but also new rules of the game: rules that allow humanity to grow without losing its essence. Where East and West, contemplation and action, strategy and ethics do not argue, but reinforce each other.
I wish the conference productive work and the courage to think systematically. Because only in this way can we build a future in which a person remains a person — and at the same time becomes stronger, wiser, freer.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today we are at the point of maximum tension of meanings: on the one hand — the thirst for a breakthrough, the belief that technology can radically change the fate of humanity; on the other — the anxiety that, chasing speed, we risk losing the very essence of man: his freedom, dignity, spiritual depth.
That is why we are particularly honored to have Peter Thiel join our discussion — a man who thinks in terms of radical shifts, who is used to questioning the obvious and looking for ways where others see dead ends. His vision for the future is that of an engineer and strategist who measures progress not by abstract ideals, but by real opportunities to change the trajectory of civilization.
As part of our "Pravdaria" concept, we are looking for a balance: a "nuclear philosophy" that holds the human dimension even in the most audacious technological projects. And dialogue with you, Peter, is critically important: it allows you to hear the voice of the force that is not afraid to break patterns — and at the same time set it moral boundaries.
We ask you, Mr. Thiel, to make a welcoming speech. Let your voice be a challenge: do not let the future get stuck in the routine, but also do not let it trample the person. Let it be a conversation about how to build breakthrough projects while maintaining an ethical core.
Peter Thiel, on behalf of all participants of the conference-scientists, philosophers, engineers, creators-we ask you to contact us.

Welcome address by Peter Thiel
Friends, colleagues, and participants of the Pravdaria conference — Future plus". Thanks for the invitation.
I'm used to saying it bluntly: in recent decades, the world has forgotten how to dream big. We're stuck in the "10% improvement" mode: a little faster, a little more convenient, a little cheaper. But the real progress is not the optimization of the old, but the creation of a fundamentally new one. This is when you look at a problem and say, " What if you abandon the usual rules altogether?"
At the same time, I understand why the alarm sounds here. When you change the rules, you change the people: some win, some lose. And if there is no ethical framework, any breakthrough becomes a threat. In this sense, your "nuclear philosophy" is a good metaphor: you need an inner core that does not break even under the strongest loads.
The idea of a "Martian city on Earth" is clear to me as a laboratory for a radical future. Not as a stage set, but as a testing ground: a place where you can check which social and technological models really work, and which ones crumble at the first serious test. If this is a platform where people are not afraid to question basic assumptions — I respect this approach.
But I also want to talk about the risks. When ethics become a barrier to action, it becomes a brake. And when an action completely ignores ethics, it becomes destructive. The challenge is not to choose between "doing" and "thinking," but to connect them: to act quickly, but with a clear understanding of the consequences; to experiment, but not at the cost of human freedom.
Your concept of "a small person with a big heart" in my language sounds like "protection of individual freedom". Because freedom is the main resource of any breakthrough. If we deprive people of their freedom of choice, we deprive them of their ability to create new things. And then no AI, no space programs will save us from stagnation.
So let's try this format: let Pravdaria become a place where bold ideas are double-checked. On the one hand —engineering: "Can this be implemented?" On the other hand, it is ethical: "Is it worth implementing it, and at what cost?" And let each project here answer both questions.
Let it not be a platform for beautiful words, but a laboratory of the future, where not only concepts are born, but also prototypes, not only principles, but also working solutions. Where East and West, contemplation and action, philosophy and engineering do not argue, but create a common language — a language on which you can build a world that can withstand the greatest loads.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today, we especially need a view that can combine historical depth and acute relevance, and see in technologies not just tools, but new forms of civilizational challenge. That is why it is a great honor for us that Vardan Baghdasaryan, a historian, political scientist, researcher of civilizational trajectories, a person who knows how to show how big meanings become levers of big changes, joined our discussion.
In our concept of "Pravdaria", we are looking for the ethical core of the future — something that keeps society from disintegrating even in an era of radical technological shifts. And Vardan Baghdasaryan's voice is especially important here: it reminds us that the future is not only about speed and power, but also about identity, about value sovereignty, about the ability of civilization to respond to challenges without losing its essence.
We ask you, Vardan Konstantinovich, to make a welcoming speech. Let your view of civilizational rifts and meanings become a compass for us: how to preserve the human and cultural core in the face of technological turbulence, how to combine breakthrough with responsibility, and ambition with historical memory.
Vardan Konstantinovich, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, philosophers, engineers, cultural figures-we ask you to contact us.

Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future Plus, dear colleagues and friends!
Thank you for the invitation. The very name of the site sounds like a moral challenge: "Pravdaria" is about the truth as the basis of action, and not as a convenient rhetoric. In an era when meanings are being devalued and technologies are becoming weapons in the struggle for mind control, it is the truth — in its historical, moral and practical dimensions — that becomes the main resource of civilization.
We live at a civilizational turning point. Technological opportunities today are such that they can either unlock the potential of a person, or finally dissolve it in algorithms. And here the key question is not "how to make it faster", but "for what" and "in the name of what picture of the world". Without a core of values, any technological singularity becomes a threat.
Your "nuclear philosophy of a small man with a big heart" gets to the heart of it: it is the person, his dignity, his freedom and his responsibility that is the foundation on which any big projects can be built. Not an abstract "user", not a "unit of data", but a living person with a conscience, memory and ability to choose.
I see the "Martian city on Earth" project as a laboratory of civilizational sovereignty. This is not about fleeing the planet, but about creating a space where new models are being worked out: how to combine high technologies with high meanings, how to preserve cultural identity in a global world, how to make sure that progress does not break the link between generations.
It's important to remember that no technology is neutral. It always carries a certain ideology, a certain picture of a person. Therefore, an ethical framework should precede any technical breakthrough. In this sense, "Pravdaria" as a "workshop of meanings and technologies" is a very accurate metaphor: first we agree on values, then we build prototypes, then we scale.
And one more fundamental point: the future does not come by itself. It needs to be designed systematically, strategically, based on historical memory and with a clear understanding of threats. We cannot afford the luxury of a "pure experiment" at the cost of losing the human measure.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today, we need a voice that can hear the pulse of history, see in every technological breakthrough not just a change of tools, but a clash of worlds, a battle of meanings. We need a vision for which the future is not smooth progress, but a fiery transformation that requires courage, will and a high idea.
It is a great honor for us that Alexander Andreevich Prokhanov, a writer, publicist, thinker, a person who always looked for and called a spade a spade, did not hide behind convenient wording, joined our discussion. His word is a word about the fate of civilization, about the price of greatness, that without a high dream, even the most advanced technologies become cold and empty.
We ask you, Alexander Andreevich, to address us with a welcoming speech. Let your voice become the very fire that will remind you: the future is not only algorithms and blueprints, it is above all the meaning for which we are ready to build and sacrifice.
Alexander Andreevich, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, philosophers, engineers, creators-we ask you to speak.

Friends, colleagues, and participants of the Pravdaria conference — Future plus"! Thank you for the invitation.
The name of the site itself sounds like a battle cry: "Crash". Not the "convenient version of the truth", not the "politically correct truth", but the one that burns, that requires courage, that is not afraid to call a spade a spade. In an era when the world is becoming more accustomed to simulacra, when even the future is being replaced by a beautiful picture, such a truth is the rarest and most precious resource.
We talk about technology, about space, about cities on other planets — and rightly so. A person must strive to rise, push the horizons, challenge the limits. But I want to say the main thing: without a high idea, without a sacred fire in the chest, any technical breakthrough becomes cold, dead, and sometimes even destructive.
Your "nuclear philosophy of a little man with a big heart" is a very accurate hit. Not a faceless "user", not a "data unit", but a person-with his conscience, memory, pain and inspiration. The same "little man" who, being filled with a great idea, is able to move mountains and break through the cosmic abyss.
I understand the project of a "Martian city on Earth" not as an architectural plan, but as an image of a new creative impulse. It should be not just a city, but a temple of action, a workshop where will, work and a high dream come together. Where the engineer does not renounce the poet, and the poet does not despise the engineer, because both serve the same idea.
Today, the world faces a choice: either we will create the future as a space of achievement, as a space of great purpose, or it will become a space of comfort, which will imperceptibly turn into a prison. Comfort without meaning is the death of the spirit. A feat without comfort is a path that requires strength, but it is this path that gives birth to true greatness.
Let "Pravdaria" become a place where not just a new technology is born, but a new measure of a person. Where each project is tested for "cordiality": does it not destroy the soul, does it not make man a slave to his own inventions, does it not erase his image and likeness?
I believe that the future should be hot. It should burn, inspire, demand. Let such a truth about the future be born here, on this platform, which will be worthy of a person created in the image and likeness, and worthy of the great history that we continue.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the virtual international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Today we need a voice that can see behind technologies — civilizational meanings; behind figures — historical fate; behind projects - the metaphysics of the era. We need a vision for which the future is not just a new infrastructure, but a new way of being, a new human ontology.
It is a special honor for us that Alexander Gelyevich Dugin, a philosopher, political scientist, researcher of civilizational codes, a person who consistently shows that any technology is rooted in the picture of the world, and if this picture is false, then even the most advanced tools lead to disaster, joined our discussion.
In our concept of "Pravdaria", we are looking for a" nuclear philosophy " — the very ethical and semantic core that keeps a person from dissolving into the digital stream, and a civilization from disintegrating in the pursuit of speed. And it is precisely Alexander Dugin who knows how to speak of this core as solid ground: not as a pleasant dream, but as a necessary condition for survival.
We ask you, Alexander Gelyevich, to address us with a welcoming speech. Let your voice become a compass: how to preserve civilizational identity in an era of technological upheaval, how to combine bold projects with deep meanings, how to build the future without betraying the past.
Alexander Gelievich, on behalf of all participants of the conference — scientists, philosophers, engineers, creators-we ask you to speak.

Welcome address by Alexander Dugin
Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future Plus", dear friends and colleagues in the search for truth!
Thank you for the invitation. The very name of the site sounds like a moral and ontological challenge: "Pravdaria". Not a convenient interpretation, not a politically correct version of reality, but the Truth-as the correspondence of being and words, design and execution, technology and meaning.
We live in an era where technology is outpacing the worldview. We have learned to do a lot of things, but we have forgotten how to answer the question " why?". And without this "why", any " how " becomes deadly. Artificial intelligence, space programs, biotechnologies — all this is neutral in relation to good and evil. They only reinforce the picture of the world that society already has. If this picture is distorted, then the future built on these technologies will also be distorted.
Your "nuclear philosophy" is a very precise formula. The core here is not an abstraction, but an ontological support: values, traditions, identity, without which any civilization crumbles. The" little man with a big heart " in this optics is not a weakness, but a bearer of tradition. It is through him that the cultural code is transmitted, it is his conscience that becomes a filter for technology: "Can this be done? Should it be?"
I see the "Martian city on Earth" project âîñïðèíèìàþas an attempt to create a sovereign space of meanings. Not as an escape from the Earth, but as a laboratory for a new civilizational project: where East and West, contemplation and action, tradition and innovation do not destroy each other, but enter into a creative synthesis. Such a city should be not only technically advanced, but also ideologically sovereign: it should have its own answer to the main questions — about the person, about the time, about the purpose.
The important thing to remember is that the future is never neutral. It always carries a certain ideology, a certain anthropology. Therefore, before building cities and launching satellites, we need to agree on how we see people. If we consider a person only as a data carrier, then the city will also be a prison of algorithms. If we see it as an image and likeness, a carrier of freedom and responsibility, then technology will also become a tool for unlocking its potential.
Let "Pravdaria" become a place where such a sovereign image of the future is born: not borrowed, not copied, but suffered and meaningful. Where each project is tested not only for effectiveness, but also for loyalty to the Truth — in its deepest, ontological sense.
I wish the conference not to be afraid of difficult questions, not to substitute convenience for meaning, and to remember that the future is built not only by engineers, but also by philosophers, not only by algorithms, but also by conscience.
Thanks!
Moderator. Dear participants of the international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
Now we will hear a special voice — the voice of the Indian philosophical tradition: the voice of those who for thousands of years have learned to see the essence behind form, eternity behind time, and the measure of man behind technology. On behalf of a group of Indian philosophers, scientists, spiritual mentors and consciousness researchers who gathered at the preliminary sites and prepared a common text, I will read out their collective address to our conference.
Let these words become a bridge between ancient knowledge and a bold future, between yoga practice and space engineering, between tradition and breakthrough.

Collective address of intellectuals and sages of India to the conference " Pravdaria — Future Plus"
Dear friends, colleagues, seekers of truth!
We, philosophers, scientists and mentors from India, welcome the conference " Pravdaria — Future plus".The name itself carries a deep meaning: "Truth" as Sathya, as something that does not change in the whirlwind of change, as a foundation on which to build both a temple and a spaceship.
Our tradition teaches that before you can act, you need to establish yourself in the truth; before you can change the world, you need to understand the nature of man. In the Vedas, in the Upanishads, in yoga and tantra, in the writings of the great thinkers of India, it has always been emphasized: knowledge without morality is dangerous, power without measure is destructive, technology without internal control is blind.
Today, the world has enormous opportunities: artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and space flight. But if these tools are not based on an ethical core, they can become not liberation, but a new form of slavery — the slavery of algorithms, speed, and illusions. We see how the virtual environment is increasingly replacing authentic existence, how human attention becomes a commodity, and consciousness becomes an object of manipulation. This is the very "surrogate environment" that your concept rightly refers to.
Your idea of the "nuclear philosophy of a small man with a big heart" is deeply in tune with the Indian understanding of the atma— the inner light that is in everyone. It is this light that should be the measure of any project. Not the scale, not the speed, not the profit, but whether it enhances human dignity, awakens compassion, responsibility, and the ability to see the whole.
We perceive the project of "Martian city on Earth" as a laboratory of new consciousness. If it is a space where an engineer learns from a yogi, where a scientist remembers karma and duty, where technology serves the dharma (higher order and purpose), then such a city will become not just a technical achievement, but a step towards true civilization.
In our tradition, there is a concept of loka-sangraha — concern for the welfare of the world. This is not abstract kindness, but active service: to make sure that your actions do not destroy, but maintain the harmony of life. Let Pravdaria become a place where this concern becomes the principle of designing the future: from algorithms to cities, from education to interstate relations.
We propose to combine the wisdom of the East and the power of the West: contemplation and action, inner knowledge and external engineering. Let this conference generate not only concepts and prototypes, but also new ethical standards: how to measure progress not in gigabytes and kilometers, but in the level of awareness, compassion and justice.
Let "Aham" — that unity you speak of-become not just a word, but a practice: a practice where every participant, regardless of country or tradition, feels part of the common cause. Let a new type of collaboration be formed here: when different cultures do not compete for primacy, but strengthen each other, like different instruments in a single orchestra.
We wish the conference the courage to think deeply, not be afraid of difficult questions and remember: the future begins with the inner state of a person. Let every project born here pass the "heart test": does it make the world a kinder, fairer, more humane place?
With respect and hope for a fruitful dialogue,
philosophers, sages and researchers of India.
Moderator. Dear participants of the international conference " Pravdaria — Future plus"!
We strive to hear the voice of every great tradition-a voice that reminds us that the future cannot be built without knowing who we are and where we come from. I will now read a collective appeal from a group of Chinese philosophers, scholars, mentors, and researchers who draw on the wisdom of Confucius, Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, and subsequent generations of Chinese thinkers.
Let these words become the foundation for our common cause: to combine technological breakthrough with moral measure, speed with harmony, ambition with duty.

Collective address of Chinese philosophers and sages to the Pravdaria Conference — Future Plus"
Dear friends, colleagues, seekers of truth and creators of the future!
We, thinkers and researchers from China, welcome the conference " Pravdaria — Future plus".The name itself carries an important meaning: "Truth" as the basis of action, as what makes any undertaking sustainable and worthy. In our tradition, this is close to the concept of and (;) — righteousness, duty, justice, without which no great cause can be truly lasting.
Ancient sages taught :" The path of a noble husband begins with correcting names": if words do not correspond to the essence, actions lose their support. Today, as new technologies create new realities, it is especially important that we clearly call a spade a spade: not substitute convenience for progress, control for power, or a surrogate for the future.
Your idea of a "nuclear philosophy" is deeply in tunewith our understanding (of de—virtue, the inner force that keeps action in line with harmony. This is not weakness or a rejection of strength, but the ability to use force in a way that strengthens, not destroys. A "little person with a big heart"in our optics is someone who, while remaining modest and attentive to details, carries a moral core and is able to lead.
We see the "Martian city on Earth" project âîñïðèíèìàåìas an opportunity to create a space where technologies are tested for he (e) — harmony. In this city, let the engineer think not only about power, but also about balance; not only about speed, but also about consequences; not only about efficiency, but also about human dignity. Then such a city will become not just a technical achievement, but a model of civilizational development.
The Taoist tradition says, " The best ruler is the one that the people know only that he exists." This is not about inaction, but about a measure: the action must be proportionate, not violating the natural course of things. When applied to technologies, this means: not to break nature and not to suppress people, but to strengthen what is already inherent in them — the ability to grow, to create, to help each other.
The Confucian tradition recalls the importance of li (;), aritual, norm, and form that keeps society from disintegrating. In the modern world, the role of "ritual" can be played by ethical codes, design standards, and principles of responsibility to future generations. Let Pravdaria become a place where such norms are created together: where East and West, contemplation and action, tradition and innovation do not argue, but form a single, harmonious pattern.
We propose to rely on the principle òÿíü æýíü of Tian Ren He yi —the) — unity of Heaven and Man, the harmony of man and the world. Any technology that violates this harmony sooner or later turns against the creator himself. And vice versa: projects that strengthen a person's connection with the world and with each other become truly great.
Let "Aham" — the unity you speak of-manifest itself in respect for different traditions and in the ability to unite them for the common good. Let not just a new technique be born here, but a new type of responsibility: when each project participant remembers that his work is a contribution to the harmony of the world and to the fate of future generations.
We wish the conference the wisdom to distinguish the most important things, the courage to act and the patience to keep the balance. Let every project born here be tested not only for its effectiveness, but also for compliance with the highest principles: justice, harmony and respect for people.
With respect and hope for fruitful cooperation,
philosophers, sages and researchers of China.
VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "PRAVDARIA-THE FUTURE PLUS"
Part 3
Discussion on "Man of the Future plus"
Participants: Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, Antonio Guterres, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, leading Russian experts: Alexander Prokhanov, Vardan Baghdasaryan, Sergey Pereslegin, Alexander Dugin, representatives of the Indian and Chinese intellectual elite.
Moderator. Dear participants of the conference "Pravdaria — Future plus"!
After the welcome addresses, we open a discussion on the topic "Man of the Future plus". The floor is given to Vladimir Lermontov, author of the Pravdaria project, the nuclear Philosophy of the Great Unity "Aham"
Vladimir Lermontov. Dear friends, I thank you all for your speeches, for your participation, for your inner, spiritual, political and ideological work that you are doing in the world. And I see that we all want the same thing-that there should be peace, tranquility, harmony, prosperity, cooperation and development on earth. If this is not the case, then there will be no future at all, there will be no future for anyone. The future plus can be built by the person of the future, the person plus. This is a person of creativity and creation, who relies on a sense of truth – the truth in his heart.
And here is whether it is true as a bulwark, as an ark, as a planetary Ashram, in which a new elite will be formed – the Dharmaelites, who are able to create a bright future for all mankind.
And we will know for sure that if a person is a Pravdarian, then he has two guaranteed qualities: that he does not lie and prays.
Here in Pravdaria, the new Dharmaelita is shaped by the field itself, the power of creativity and creation. Our task is to create such a field, such as a planetary workshop.
Here, in Bavaria, a space of cooperation, security and development will be created for all countries, for the whole world.
Pravdarians are like the highest caste in India, the Brahmin caste. Here, creators receive initiation through collective co-creation, and then return home, enter politics, economy, culture, social, social and creative life, and create a new model of peace in their country.
Creators from all over the world come to Switzerland with their projects, best practices, ideas and implement them here on a turnkey basis. An accident is a reactor, it is a collider-an accelerator of human creativity. There are continuous lectures, conferences, presentations, forums, master classes, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, clubs, sections, circles. ÈNew films are being shot, new music is being recorded, new performances are being staged, poetry evenings, concerts, and dance shows are being held.
A bavaria is a living, growing organism, like a thousand-petaled lotus, where each person is a petal that opens up in its uniqueness, beauty, and power to the whole world. The atmosphere of the future is created here, this is the future here and now.
And of course, there are workshops and laboratories of breakthrough technologies that are being implemented here and now.
And this whole new world is the Future plus, this Civilization of Dawn is formed around the spiritual axis, the ethical core-the main thing, the law, the code of Truth: The first is not to lie and the second is to pray on the days of world spiritual unity, on the days of prayer on the 15th of each month in accordance with their spiritual, religious tradition. He prays for the salvation of the world, for the spiritual transformation of humanity.
On the 15th day of each month – the Calamity subsides, a day of silence comes, a time of rest, prayer, contemplation, reflection on the meaning of life, on the purpose of man, on the future of the world.
Technically speaking, Bulgaria should look like a truly Martian city, it should be built on the basis of the most advanced, breakthrough technologies. A person comes to Switzerland and gets into the future plus, in which you can live, create, be inspired and then transform the world.
There are three main challenges and threats to the world and humanity: the first is degradation, dehumanization, and dehumanization. The second is a global nuclear war. Third – the power of artificial intelligence.
And now about the price of the question: how much does it cost to create a Calendar? And I will answer the question with a question: How much is peace, cooperation, harmony, and human development worth? How much is humanity willing to pay to have a future? Here's the answer.
Finally, I turn to Mr. Elon Musk. I am convinced that the main problem, the task of a city on Mars – is not technological, but social, it is people who will buy a one-way ticket. So it seems to me that the society on Mars will be created in the image and likeness of the society of Bulgaria. The Martian city will be inhabited by Pravdarians-messengers of the Martian city on earth. And the city on Mars will be a continuation, branch, outpost of Pravdaria and not only on Mars, but also on other planets.
And here I want to finish the performance with lines from a Russian song:
Living and believing is wonderful!
We have unprecedented paths ahead of us.
Astronauts and dreamers claim
that apple trees will bloom on Mars.
Thanks for your attention! Please proceed to the discussion.
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir, for this powerful and extremely frank speech. You didn't just present a project — you set a moral standard and an image of the future that is both utopian and extremely concrete.
We move on to the discussion. The topic of "Future Man Plus" is not about technology, but about the type of personality, the new social role, and what kind of person can keep the world from the three threats that you have outlined: dehumanization, nuclear war, and the power of AI.
I ask my colleagues to speak out-not from the position of "for" or "against", but from the position of: how can I make this a realizable model instead of a dream?
________________________________________
Alexander Dugin. Vladimir, thank you for the courage to call a spade a spade. It is especially valuable that you do not hide behind neutral terminology, but talk about the spiritual axis, the ethical core.
But I have a practical question: how to combine the idea of "Dharmaelita" with the modern political and social structure? In our societies, the elite is not about service and not about" don't lie", but about efficiency, competition, and results at any cost. How can Bayern not become an "island in a vacuum" that doesn't affect the big world because its language isn't understood outside the site?
And one more thing: the idea of "praying on days of spiritual unity" sounds like an internal code of the community. But how can this not be turned into an ideological monopoly? How can we preserve the diversity of religions and worldviews so that the "Dharmaelita" does not become a new form of division, but remains a space of common service?
________________________________________
Peter Thiel. I respect the scale of the project. And I agree that the problem of Mars is not in rockets, but in people. But I look at it in terms of scalability and incentives.
If an accident is a "reactor" and "collider" of creative potential, then how does the system of selection and recognition work? Who decides who is the "creator" worthy of entering this circle? If the entrance is at the invitation of the "wise ones", it will quickly become a closed club. If it is based on open applicationsòî, how can I avoid blurring the core?
Another question: "don't lie" is fine as a moral principle, but in business, in science, in politics there is a concept of "strategic uncertainty", "confidentiality", "positioning". How do you distinguish between "false" and "incomplete information"? And how will this principle work in international projects where different countries have different interests?
________________________________________
Sergey Pereslegin. From the point of view of designing the future, I see a very strong scenario framework here. The three threats you mentioned really form a "risk corridor": degradation, war, AI. And Accident as an "ark" and "workshop" is a working metaphor.
But to make it a project, not a manifesto, you need quantitative and organizational parameters. For example: how many people can simultaneously be in this space? What is the throughput capacity of the "reactor"? How does rotation work: a person comes for a month, a year, or forever? How the result is recorded: what is considered an "initiation", after which a person returns to his country and changes the model of the world?
Also important: how will the Depository interact with existing institutions — universities, corporations, and governments? Without this, it risks remaining a "parallel reality" that does not affect the main processes.
________________________________________
Vardan Baghdasaryan. Vladimir, you speak of the "Dharmaelite" as a new elite. In political science, the elite is those who make decisions and bear responsibility. So the key question is: how will this elite be legitimate? If it is formed within Bulgaria, òîhow will it be recognized outside of it?
I think there is a risk of substituting "spiritual status"for social responsibility. It is important that "initiation" is not a ritual, but a proven ability to change reality: implemented projects, measurable effect, feedback from society.
Another point: the "day of silence" on the 15th is a strong symbol. But in the modern world , the 15th day is often the day of reports, payments, and deadlines. How will this day work in different time zones and economic systems? How can I avoid this becoming a formality?
________________________________________
Narendra Modi. Thank you, Vladimir, for your vision. I am particularly close to the idea of a "planetary workshop "and"collective co-creation". In India, we believe that service to society (seva) - this is the path to self-realization.
I would like to support the idea of a "Dharmaelite", but with one important clarification: it should not be an elite in the sense of "chosen ones", but should be a model of behavior for all. Let everyone who participates in the project feel part of this ministry, regardless of their status.
As for funding and cost: you asked the question "how much is the world worth?". This is a valid question. But we also need a practical solution. Perhaps the accident can be implemented as an international public project with the participation of states, business and civil society. For example, according to the consortium model, where each country or organization makes its own contribution: technologies, expertise, resources.
________________________________________
Alexander Prokhanov. Vladimir, your speech is not just a project, it is a poem about the future. And in this poem there is the main nerve: man as the bearer of eternity.
But I want to talk about the tension that will inevitably arise. The idea of "don't lie" is a challenge to the entire modern communication system, where lying has become the norm. And if Pravdaria really lives by this principle, it will become not just a "workshop", but a frontier, a border between two worlds: the world of simulacra and the world of authentic being.
Don't let this tension scare us. Let Pravdaria be a place where truth is not a weakness, but a strength. Where honesty is a technology that allows you to see reality without distortion and act accurately.
________________________________________
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you all for your honest, challenging questions. These are the questions that keep the project alive.
I'll answer you point by point.
As for the "Dharmaelita" and legitimacy: it is legitimate not by status, but by deed. Each "initiate" is a person who has implemented a project that has changed the life of at least one community, one city, or one school. This is not a title, but a confirmed result.
"Don't lie" is not a ban on privacy, but a refusal to substitute reality. If we can't say it openly, we don't say it, and we don't come up with a convenient version. It is a discipline of the mind and conscience.
The "Day of Silence" is not a formality, but a practice. In different time zones, it may start at different times, but the essence is the same: pause to hear yourself and the world. It's like a minute of silence, only longer and deeper.
And about funding: The accident can't be a private project. It should be a public domain, an international project, where everyone's contribution is a contribution to the common future. Let it be an " ark " that everyone builds together.
________________________________________
Moderator. Colleagues, we see how a project model is born out of a poetic image. Let's capture the key nodes that we already have agreement on:
• Ethical framework: the principle of "do not lie" as a discipline of mind and responsibility, and not as a ban on confidential information.
• Legitimacy through outcome: "dedication — is a confirmed social effect, not a status.
• Day of Silence: as a practice of reflection and collective contemplation, adapted to different time zones and cultures.
• International Consortium: a model of financing and governance that involves governments, business, and civil society.
• Three threats as a focus: degradation, nuclear war, and the power of AI-these are the main risks around which the Sanitation agenda is built.
________________________________________
Vladimir Putin. Thank you for the opportunity to speak out. The idea of" Pravdaria " is strong because it does not oppose civilizational codes, but seeks what unites them: responsibility to future generations, respect for tradition, understanding that progress without a moral core is dangerous.
As for"Dharmaelita — - I prefer the word "service". In the Russian tradition, the elite is not a privilege, but a duty. If Switzerland becomes a space where people learn to serve a common cause without losing their cultural identity, it will be a truly valuable contribution to the future.
And one more practical point: any big idea requires an infrastructure of trust. Let there be a "Trust Council" of representatives of different countries and traditions within Switzerland, which will ensure that ethical principles do not remain a declaration, but are implemented in concrete projects.
________________________________________
Donald Trump. I respect the scale of the project. But let's speak in the language of results. If an accident is a "reactor" and a "collider" of creative potential, then it should have a clear KPI: how many breakthrough technologies, how many new jobs, how many cities and countries will really change thanks to this project.
I like the idea of a "Martian city on Earth" as a testing ground for the future. But it must be not only ethical, but also cost-effective. Let it be a project that pays off not with money, but with influence: when each implemented idea brings measurable benefits to people. And then it will become an example that people will want to repeat.
________________________________________
Xi Jinping. In the Chinese tradition, a big business starts small and grows gradually. "Thousand-petaled lotus" is a beautiful image, but each petal must be strong.
I support the idea of a "day of silence" as a practice of collective reflection. In today's world, where decisions are made in the mode of instant reactions, pause is also a technology. It allows you to see long-term consequences.
Let Switzerland become a platform where East and West do not argue about priorities, but create common standards: how to measure the impact of technology on society, how to preserve harmony between man and nature, and how to pass on the wisdom of traditions to new generations.
________________________________________
Narendra Modi. For India, the idea of "Dharmaelita" is very close: service, duty, justice are the basic values of our civilization. But it is important that this elite is inclusive: that it can include people from different walks of life, different cultures, different religions.
Vladimir Lermontov's suggestion that a" Pravdarian "is a person who" does not lie and prays", I understand as a call for internal discipline. But in practical politics, we need not only internal qualities, but also external results: projects that improve the lives of ordinary people.
I propose to launch the pilot program "City of the Future for Ordinary People" within the framework of the City Council: a small city block where new technologies, new social models and new ethical standards will be tested. Let it become a living proof that the "future plus" is possible today.
________________________________________
Antonio Guterres. On behalf of the United Nations, I would like to say that the world needs such platforms where we can discuss the future not only from the point of view of economics or technology, but also from the point of view of humanity. The three threats mentioned by Vladimir Lermontov — dehumanization, nuclear war, and the power of AI-are real risks that require collective solutions.
The UN is ready to support initiatives of Switzerland aimed at strengthening international trust, developing ethical standards for AI and creating models for sustainable development. Let the "day of silence" become not only an internal practice of Sanitation, but also an element of the global agenda: a day when the world pauses to think about its future.
________________________________________
Alexander Prokhanov. Pravdaria is not just a project, it is a metaphysical outpost. Here two worlds collide: the world of simulacra and the world of authentic being. And it is here that it is decided whether the person of the future will be a function or a creator.
The idea of "don't lie" is a challenge to the entire modern communication system. Let Pravdaria become a place where truth is not a weakness, but a strength. Where honesty is a technology that allows you to see reality without distortion and act accurately.
________________________________________
Sergey Pereslegin. From a foresight point of view, an Accident can become a "scenario lab". Here you can test not only technologies, but also social models: what will a city look like if ethics is part of engineering practice? How will an economy work where the "human footprint index" is as important as GDP?
I propose to create a "Bank of Future Scenarios" within the framework of the Safari: a collection of models that can be adapted to different countries and cultures. Let each conference participant contribute their own scenario to this bank: from "city on Mars" to "school of the future".
________________________________________
Alexander Dugin. I see Pravdaria as an attempt to restore philosophy to its historical place — to be the foundation of politics and technology. Without philosophy, any technical achievement becomes dangerous.
But there is a risk: if the Accident closes in on itself, it will become an " island in a vacuum." To prevent this from happening, its ideas must reach universities, schools, and government institutions. Let every" dedicated " Pravdarian become a conduit for these ideas in their own country.
________________________________________
Elon Musk. I like the idea that the society on Mars will be created in the image and likeness of the society of Bavaria. This solves the main problem of the Martian colony: not technology, but people.
If the Accident really becomes a "planetary workshop" where new social models are formed, I am ready to support it with technological solutions: from life support systems to energy technologies. Let the Martian city become not just an extension of Samaria, but its testing ground.
________________________________________
Peter Thiel. I appreciate the courage to put ethical issues at the center of technological development. But I want to remind you that progress often occurs at the limit of what is acceptable. Therefore, it is important that ethical filters do not become a brake on innovation.
I propose to create an "ethical experiment sandbox" within the framework of Pravdaria: a space where you can test new models of governance, economics, and social relations with clear security boundaries. Let it be a place where you can make mistakes, but not destroy.
________________________________________
Representative of the Indian intellectual elite. In the Indian tradition, knowledge without action is incomplete knowledge. Therefore, we support the idea of "Pravdaria" as a space where philosophy and practice come together.
We are particularly close to the idea of "collective co-creation". Let "workshops of wisdom" be created in Pravdaria, where ancient texts and modern technologies will be used together to solve current problems.
________________________________________
Representative of the Chinese intellectual elite. We see Switzerland as an opportunity for a dialogue of traditions. Chinese wisdom says, " The journey of a thousand li begins with the first step." Let the first step be to create an Atlas of Civilizational Values: a collection of principles that unite different cultures in the pursuit of a just and harmonious future.
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you to all the participants for this deep, honest and very different conversation. We heard the voices of different worlds-and they have something in common: the need for a space where the future is built not only from technologies, but also from meanings, where ethics is not a hindrance, but the basis of action.
Let's record a few practical solutions that we have formulated today:
• The Trust Councilis an international body that will monitor compliance with the ethical principles of Sanitation.
• Pilot project "City of the Future for ordinary people"— a small city block for testing new models.
• The Future Scenario Bankis a collection of development models for different countries and cultures.
• The Ethical Experiment Sandboxis a space for safe testing of new social and economic models.
• Atlas of Civilizational Valuesis a collection of principles that unite different traditions.
________________________________________
Vladimir Lermontov. I propose to discuss the thesis of Elon Musk in the framework of forming a new person who is able to create the Future plus.
"AI can surpass the total intelligence of humanity in five years, says Elon Musk. According to his estimates, if the world does not experience a third world war or a "global thermonuclear" war, the development of artificial intelligence will lead to an "era of incredible prosperity". At the same time, he considered it unlikely that in 10 years humanity will retain control over AI."
Moderator. Colleagues, we have heard Elon Musk's large-scale forecast-and it hits the very heart of our theme "Man of the Future plus". If in five years AI surpasses the total intelligence of humanity, and in ten years we will probably lose control over it, then the question is no longer in technology, but in man: what should he be like in order not to disappear as a subject of history?
Vladimir, you suggested discussing this thesis in the logic of forming a new person. Please have your say.
________________________________________
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, moderator. Yes, it is here, at this turn, that the true meaning of "nuclear philosophy" and "Aham" is revealed: the unity of the spiritual and the material, the eternal and the technological.
Elon Musk sees AI as a superpower— and he's right: this is really a force that can either give an "era of incredible prosperity", or become the point of disappearance of a person as a carrier of meaning. But he looks at it as an external factor: "what will the AI do?" I suggest that you look at it as an internal challenge: "What must a person do to remain a person?"
If AI surpasses our collective intelligence, then the only thing that remains truly human is conscience, measure, the ability to say "no" to destructive things, the ability to see meaning behind data, responsibility behind benefits. It is these qualities that should become the basis of the "person of the future plus".
In the logic of "Pravdaria", a new person is not someone who counts faster or optimizes better. This is someone who knows how to keep an ethical framework even when algorithms offer a "more efficient" solution. This is someone who is capable of "five minutes of silence" before pressing a button — because he knows that the fate of the world is behind the button.
Therefore, I propose to formulate the three competencies of the "person of the future plus" precisely as moral and practical skills:
1. "Filter of conscience". The ability to recognize where technology is starting to replace a person, and stop this process. Not out of fear, but out of responsibility.
2. "Measure of scale". The ability to see the consequences over a 100-year horizon, not just on the horizon of a quarterly report.
3. "Co-creation with tradition". The ability to draw on the wisdom of the ages to avoid repeating old mistakes in new technologies.
Such people will become the"Dharmaelita" of Samaria: not because they are the smartest, but because they are the most responsible.
As for the "era of prosperity": I don't mind prosperity. But let it be not" the prosperity of algorithms", but human prosperity: when not only GDP grows, but also dignity, freedom, and the opportunity for everyone to reveal their unique gift.
And if humanity loses control of AI — it will not be a victory for technology, but dehumanization. And then the "Martian city" will become not a space of freedom, but a high-tech prison. Therefore, Pravdaria should become the laboratory of just such a person — a person who knows how to control the force without losing himself.
________________________________________
Elon Musk. Vladimir, thank you for your honest opinion. You are not asking "how to launch faster", but "for whom and for what". And this is important.
I really believe that AI can surpass human intelligence. But I also believe that we have a window of opportunity: as long as AI is a tool, we can set a framework for it. And this framework should not be bureaucratic, but value-based.
I like your idea of a "conscience filter" as a practical competence. In engineering, we are used to "fail safes" - emergency shutdown systems. Let's make "conscience" such a fail safe for technology: a protocol that stops a project if it leads to dehumanization.
At the same time, I want to warn against excessive pessimism. AI can also be a liberating force: it can take on routine, free up time for creativity, and help solve global problems-from hunger to climate change. But only if we keep the person's right to set goals.
Therefore, I support the idea of a "person of the future plus" as a person who does not compete with AI in speed and data volume, but surpasses it in sense and responsibility. And "Pravdaria" can become a platform where such people will learn how to manage this new force.
________________________________________
Peter Thiel. I see a tension here between two approaches: "stop to avoid harm" and "take a risk to break through". Both are important.
If we ban everything that is potentially dangerous in advance, we won't get a breakthrough. But if we don't create accountability mechanisms, a breakthrough can be devastating.
I suggest adding a fourth one to Vladimir's three competencies: "strategic courage". A new person is not only someone who says "no", but also someone who is willing to take responsibility for bold decisions. Because sometimes "safe" is just delayed destruction.
Within the framework of the "ethical experiment sandbox", we can test different models of human — AI interaction: where a person is a controller, where a partner is a goal architect. And let the "conscience filter" be one of the mandatory protocols in each such model.
________________________________________
Alexander Dugin. For me, the key question here is an anthropological one: who do we consider a person to be? If we consider it a bearer of an image and likeness, a subject of freedom and responsibility, then AI is only a tool, and a person should remain the main one. If we consider man to be the" bottleneck " of evolution that needs to be overcome, then we are preparing our own disappearance.
Vladimir Lermontov's "Nuclear Philosophy" just defends this anthropological core: a person is not a function, not a resource, not a "user", but a carrier of eternity. Therefore, I support the idea of a "person of the future plus" as a person who retains this measure even in the era of super-technologies.
________________________________________
Sergey Pereslegin. From the point of view of foresight, Musk's forecast is not a verdict, but one of the scenarios. And we have the tools to influence its implementation.
I propose to introduce the "stress test for anthropological stability" into the practice of Pravdaria: each project with AI should be tested on three issues:
1. Does this project strengthen ñóáúåêòíîñòüa person's subjectivity or make it a function?
2. Does it retain the person's right to make a final decision?
3. Does it create new opportunities for unlocking human potential?
If the project fails at least one of these tests, it is not launched. This is the practical implementation of the"conscience filter".
________________________________________
Narendra Modi. For me, it is important that these competencies are not abstract, but accessible to everyone. "Man of the Future Plus" doesn't have to be an elitist image. Let the "filter of conscience", "measure of scale" and "ñî òâîð÷åñòâîconnect creativity with tradition" become part of school and university education. Then we will train not just specialists, but responsible citizens.
________________________________________
Antonio Guterres. On behalf of the UN, I want to support the idea of international standards of responsibility in the field of AI. Let Pravdaria become a platform where these standards will not only be discussed, but also tested in practice. And let the "person of the future plus" become a global model: a person who combines technological literacy with ethical maturity.
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you all for this extremely honest discussion. We see how Elon Musk's forecast does not grow out of fear, but into a project: the project of the "man of the future plus" as a responsible, meaningful, tradition-rooted and courageous creator.
Let's record a few practical steps that we have outlined today:
• "Conscience filter" as a protocol. Introduce a mandatory "stress test for anthropological sustainability" for all AI projects.
• Competencies of the "person of the future plus". Identify and start implementing four competencies: a conscience filter, a measure of scale, co -creativity with tradition, and strategic courage.
• Education as a basis. Include these competencies in educational programs so that they become the norm, not the exception.
• An ethical experiment sandbox. Create a space for testing different models of human-AI interaction with a strict ethical framework.
Moderator. Colleagues, we heard a philosophical interpretation of the problem from Vladimir Lermontov, Elon Musk's engineering view, and strategic proposals from experts. Now it is especially important to hear the position of those who make daily decisions that affect the fate of millions.
Word — To Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. Your views on what a "person of the future plus" should look like in the face of rapid AI development and global risks.
________________________________________
Vladimir Putin. Thank you, moderator. When we talk about the person of the future in the context of AI, we need to remember: technologies are a tool, and their value is determined by what they are used for.
For Russia, the key principle remains: technological progress should not destroy the identity and moral foundations of society. A "Person of the future plus"is primarily a responsible person who understands that his decisions affect the fate of other people.
In the logic of Pravdaria, I am particularly close to the idea of a " Trust Council "and a"stress test for anthropological resilience". In government practice, we can implement this through public councils for technological projects-so that the voice of society is heard at every stage.
And one more point: the development of AI should not be allowed to increase the gap between countries and social groups. Access to technology and education must be fair. Let FC Bayern become a platform where we will work out common rules: how to make AI serve human development, rather than deepen inequality.
________________________________________
Donald Trump. I look at it from the point of view of results and opportunities. AI is a chance to make the world richer, stronger, and more efficient. But for this chance to work, you need a special type of person: determined, pragmatic, able to take responsibility and achieve results.
A "person of the future plus" in American is an entrepreneur, an engineer, a leader who is not afraid to act. Yes, we need an ethical framework, but it should not paralyze the initiative. We cannot allow bureaucracy and fear to stop progress.
I support the idea of an "ethical experiment sandbox": let's create spaces where the best minds can test new models without running into excessive barriers. And let the results of these experiments become an example for the whole world.
As for "don't lie" as a principle: in business and politics, it means being transparent and keeping your word. This is the foundation of trust, without which no projects can work.
________________________________________
Xi Jinping. In the Chinese tradition, a big deal starts with internal order and harmony. Therefore, a "person of the future plus" is a person who is able to combine personal initiative with responsibility to society and the state.
We see AI not as a threat, but as an opportunity: a chance to solve large-scale problems-from ecology to education. But only if the development of technologies will be in line with common values and under the control of society.
I like the idea of a "measure of scale" and long-term planning. In China, we are used to thinking in terms of tens and hundreds of years. Let Pravdaria become a place where we will learn how to measure not only the economic impact, but also the impact on society, on nature, and on future generations.
I also support the idea of an Atlas of Civilizational Values: let us bring together the best principles of East and West to create a common foundation for a secure and just future.
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you, dear leaders, for these extremely clear positions. We can see that despite all the differences in approaches, there is also a common feature:
• Responsibility as the core of the individual. In the Russian, American, and Chinese sense, a "person of the future" is primarily someone who is ready to take responsibility for their decisions.
• Balance between freedom and control. Freedom of initiative is important, but it must be balanced by an ethical and societal framework.
• Long-termism and equity. The future must be built with the interests of all people and future generations in mind.
Now let's think about how to combine these approaches in one pilot project. For example, the International Center for Ethical AI could combine:
• from Russia-public councils and a focus on preserving identity;
• from the USA— the practice of "sandboxes" and an entrepreneurial initiative;
• from China— long-term planning and social impact measurement.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, moderator. And thank you to all my colleagues for these honest, different, but surprisingly consonant thoughts... I want to get back to the most important thing — the young ones. To those who do not bear the burden of old contradictions, who are not yet used to dividing the world into "friends" and "strangers", who are not looking for benefits, but for meaning.
I am convinced that the creative youth of Russia, India, China, America and other countries, gathered in Switzerland, will find a common language, common projects, and a common future. And not because we will make them forget their traditions, but because it is in the combination of traditions that a new meaning is born.
Take a look: an Indian student with the idea of a spiritual code for ethical AI, a Russian engineer who can build reliable, sustainable systems, a Chinese researcher who knows long — term planning methods, an American entrepreneur who can quickly scale ideas-together they create not a sum of skills, but a new type of thinking.
In Aham, this is the essence: "I am" not as the ego, but as "I am part of the whole." And when a young person from any country understands that his talent is needed not only by his people, but by the whole of humanity — at this moment the "person of the future plus"is born.
Therefore, I suggest that young people become the core of the project rather than the audience. Let "Pravdaria" become a space where young voices set the agenda, and experienced mentors help them not to lose their measure and not burn out from speed.
Here are three concrete steps to make this a reality:
1. Youth Circuit of Bavaria. A separate program, where 70 % of participants are people under 35 years of age, and 30 % are mentors from different traditions. Let them design pilot projects together, not just listen to lectures.
2. "Bridge of Traditions". We create a "cultural map"for each youth project: what values and meanings from different cultures are combined in it. This is not about political correctness, but about depth: so that a young engineer understands that his technology should respect both Russian unity, and Indian dharma, and Chinese harmony, and the American initiative.
3. "Passport of the future project". Each youth project receives a simple document: goal, measurable social impact, ethical risks, cultural background, implementation plan. And only if all these blocks are worked out — the project gets into the "Bank of Future scenarios" and receives support.
And then the "Martian city on Earth" will become not an abstraction, but a real school: a place where young people from different countries learn to build the future together, without losing themselves or betraying their roots.
Let Bavaria become the place where thethousand-petaled lotus is revealed through thousands of young talents-each in its own unique way, but in a single breath.
Thanks!
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir, for this call to action and for focusing on young people. We see how a concrete model is born out of the philosophical image: youth as the core, traditions as the support, measurability and ethics as the frame.
Let's see how other participants support this idea.
Narendra Modi. I fully support the idea of the youth circuit. In India, we say, " The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." But the dream must be based on action. Let young people in Bavaria not just dream, but immediately do it: they implement small but real projects that change the life of their communities. Then the dream will become a force.
Xi Jinping. Youth is energy, but without direction, energy can dissipate. Therefore, the idea of a "cultural map" and a "project passport" is very close to me. In China, we value a systematic approach: let each young project be not only creative, but also thoughtful — with clear goals and measurable results.
Elon Musk. I like the idea of the youth circuit as a space where speed and courage are combined with responsibility. If we give young people the opportunity to experiment in a safe but demanding environment, they can come up with solutions that we "adults" simply can't think of. I am ready to provide Sanitation youth projects with access to engineering resources and expertise in life support technologies and energy.
Peter Thiel. Young people are strong because they are not afraid to break old models. But that's why it especially needs ethical filters. Let the "project passport" be not a bureaucracy, but a tool for growing up: through it, a young leader learns to see the consequences of his ideas.
Alexander Dugin. It is important that young people do not turn into a "generation without roots". The "bridge of Traditions" is exactly what will keep them from nihilism. Let young creators know that their strength lies not in denying the past, but in the ability to connect it with the future.
Sergey Pereslegin. From the foresight point of view, youth projects are quick scenarios. They allow you to test the future in miniature. Let each such project become a "window into the future": we will see how new models will work, and we will be able to scale them.
Moderator. Great. We have put together a clear model for working with young people:
• Youth circuit (70 % young, 30 % mentors) - for a balance of courage and measure.
• Bridge of Traditions— so that projects are based on cultural depth.
• Project passport— to make your ideas real and measurable.
Now let's choose the first youth pilot project, which we will launch this year. For example:
• "School of ethical AI for young people"— training through the creation of real mini -projects.
• "Urban Quarter of the Future"— young architects, engineers and sociologists design a small neighborhood together.
• The Festival of Meanings and Technologiesis a platform where young people from different countries present their ideas and immediately find partners.
Vladimir Lermontov. The cost of the start-up project of Sanitation, which is planned to be implemented in the east of Russia, is $ 1 billion. The combined economic, intellectual, technological, and spiritual power of Russia, India, China, and America will be able to implement the Sanitation project quickly and efficiently. And it is important to understand that these are investments, first of all, in their country, in their future, in their youth, who, returning home, will enrich their state. Colleagues, I understand that the $ 1 billion figure sounds big. But let's take a look at what we actually invest in — and what we get in return.
It's not a waste, it's an investment. And not just in concrete, steel and servers. This is an investment in the type of person who will define the face of the 21st century: the "person of the future plus".
1 billion is not the cost of a city, but of a model. A model that can then be replicated all over the world: in universities, in technology parks, in urban neighborhoods, and in educational programs. We are not just building a platform — we are creating a reproducible standard: how to combine ethics and engineering, tradition and breakthrough, contemplation and action.
And most importantly: this is an investment in young people. I believe in the very young artists from Russia, India, China, America and other countries who will come to Switzerland, learn how to work together, create their first projects — and return home. They will return not with suitcases, but with a new type of thinking, with new competencies, with experience in cross-cultural co-creation.
Imagine: a young engineer from Novosibirsk, who has completed a sanitation school, designs a "smart quarter" in his native city — and does it not only according to technical standards, but also according to ethical standards. A young researcher from Mumbai is back launching a course on the Ethics of Technology at her university at the intersection of Indian philosophy and modern engineering. A student from Beijing creates a startupwhere long-term planning is combined with social responsibility. A graduate from the United States, inspired by the idea of "Dharmaelita", gathers a team to solve local problems of his community through the prism of global responsibility.
Here is a real return on investment: not in the form of dividends, but in the form of thousands of leaders who will change their countries from within.
In addition, 1 billion is the combined power of four civilizations: Russia, India, China, and the United States. Not competition, but synergy: Russian reliability and consistency, Indian depth of meaning, Chinese discipline of long-term planning, American speed of implementation. Together, we can do this quickly and efficiently.
And one more important point: The accident in eastern Russia is not about "remoteness", but about a strategic choice. The East is the gateway to Asia, a space of great opportunities and at the same time a zone of special responsibility. Here we will show that the future can be built not in isolation from the earth, but in harmony with it.
Therefore, I propose to consider this billion not as an expense, but as a contribution to the common future. As insurance against the three threats we discussed: dehumanization, nuclear war, and the power of AI. Because only a person brought up in the spirit of "Aham" - the unity of the spiritual and material, is able to maintain this balance.
Thank you.
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir, for the extremely clear economic and philosophical optics. You have transferred a large amount of money from the "expensive" category to the "strategic necessity"category.
Let's hear how leaders and experts see this investment in their national and global contexts.
Vladimir Putin. From Russia's point of view, the deployment of the project in the east of the country is not only symbolic, but also a practical step. These include the development of territories, new jobs, an influx of young talents, and strengthening the technological and humanitarian potential of the Far East. 1 billion is a significant amount, but the effect will be multiplicative: infrastructure, education, science, and culture. And most importantly, we will get not just an object, but a new development model that can be scaled.
Narendra Modi. For India, participation in this project is a contribution to our common civilizational future. We are ready to support not only financially, but also intellectually: through student exchange, through joint research programs, through the integration of Indian philosophical approaches into the educational modules of the University. For us, this is an investment in human capital — the most valuable resource.
Xi Jinping. China considers long-term projects as part of its strategic planning. 1 billion is a serious resource, and it should be used as efficiently as possible. We suggest creating a joint project management working group with clear KPIs, implementation stages, and quality control mechanisms. Let every ruble, yuan, rupee, or dollar bring measurable results-not only in technology, but also in the development of society.
Elon Musk. From an engineering point of view, 1 billion is quite a realistic budget for creating a full — fledged prototype of the city of the future. Especially if we use modular technologies, energy-efficient solutions, and digital twins. I am ready to offer expertise and technologies that will help reduce construction time and increase efficiency. For me, it is important that the project is not only ethical, but also technically perfect.
Peter Thiel. From the point of view of venture thinking, this is not a" waste", but a bet on a new type of civilization. Yes, there are risks, but there is also the potential for global impact. I propose to create a separate investment consortium for Bulgaria: with the participation of states, corporations, and private investors. Let the project have a transparent financial model and clear mechanisms of return not in money, but in effects — in new technologies, new leaders, new development models.
Antonio Guterres. On behalf of the United Nations, I would like to emphasize that such projects help bridge the gap between North and South, between different levels of development. If Bulgaria becomes a model for an inclusive, ethical, sustainable future, it can become an example for other regions of the world. The UN is ready to help promote this model on international platforms.
Moderator. Great. We can see how the overall picture develops:
• Strategic meaning: Bulgaria is not just a city, but a reproducible model of the future.
• Multiplier effect: investment in infrastructure gives an impetus to the development of territories and human capital.
• Joint management: a working group with clear KPIs and transparent control mechanisms.
• Investment Consortium: combining public and private resources for project implementation.
• Return in effects: new leaders, new technologies, new development models.
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir, for the very clear rationale: 1 billion is not a waste, but an investment in a new type of person and a reproducible model of the future. To make this idea more manageable and meaningful, let's listen to those who look at the project from different angles — from pragmatics to metaphysics.
Word — To Donald Trump.
________________________________________
Donald Trump. I hear about "return in effects", not in money. I'm loving it. But let's speak in terms of numbers and results. If we invest $ 1 billion, we should see clear KPIs in the first 18 months: how many projects have been launched, how many jobs have been created, how many technologies have been patented, and how many young leaders have been trained.
I propose creating an "Efficiency Council" within the consortium: it will make sure that the money goes not to endless discussions, but to real construction projects, laboratories and pilots. And let every dollar have a "double label": both economic and social. For example, a project is considered successful if it not only pays off, but also has a measurable effect on society — reducing inequality, improving the quality of education, and improving the urban environment.
Also, let's use modular solutions and public -private partnerships. This will speed up the launch process and reduce risks. Pravdaria should be an example of how big projects are done quickly, transparently and with benefits for people.
________________________________________
Vardan Baghdasaryan. From the point of view of political science, the key issue is legitimacy and responsibility. When it comes to a billion, society must understand: who makes decisions, how spending is controlled, and how results are evaluated.
Therefore, I support the idea of a working group with clear KPIs, but I suggest adding a "public verification mechanism" to it: regular public reports, independent audits, and feedback platforms for young people and local communities. Let each stage of building and launching Sanitation modules pass through a "trust filter".
In addition, it is important that the project does not become an "island" for the elite, but actually works for the development of territories. Let one of the success criteria be the "âîâëå÷¸ííîñòèregional engagement index": how many local residents, students, and entrepreneurs participate in the project, and how many new opportunities are created in the Far East thanks to Sanitation.
________________________________________
Sergey Pereslegin. From the perspective of foresight, 1 billion is the budget of the prototype, not the final product. Therefore, our task is not to "build a city", but to "create and test a model", which can then be scaled in different conditions.
I propose to introduce a "reproducibility index": how easily this model can be transferred to other regions and countries. To do this, each Sanitation module must have a "scaling passport": description of architecture, technologies, management decisions, and cultural adaptations.
It is also important to include in the project "stress tests of the future": scenarios of crises (technological, social, climatic), which we play out in advance on the Sanitation model. This will allow you to see weaknesses and make the system stable.
________________________________________
Alexander Prokhanov. For me, the Accident is not just about economics and technology, it's a metaphysical project. This is an attempt to restore man to his true dimension — not a consumer, not a function, but a creator and carrier of eternity.
1 billion is not the price of concrete, but of sense. The price of trying to keep the world from falling into the abyss of simulacra, where a person becomes an application to an algorithm. That is why I insist: the project structure must have an "Ethical Contour" — a space where meaning does not give way to efficiency.
Let Pravdaria have a" Temple of Meanings " — not a religious one, but a civilizational one: a place where young leaders learn to see people's destinies behind numbers, history behind technology, and responsibility behind profit. Without this, any most technologically advanced city will become just an expensive machine that grinds souls.
________________________________________
Alexander Dugin. I see Pravdaria as an attempt to restore philosophy to its historical place — to be the foundation of politics and technology. Therefore, I propose to create a "Philosophical Council" of the project: it will be responsible for ensuring that each module, each technology, each management scheme corresponds to the basic civilizational principles.
It is important that the "Dharmaelita" does not become an elite of privilege, but remains an elite of service. Let one of the criteria for selecting young leaders be not only talent, but also readiness for service: volunteer experience, participation in social projects, and the ability to work for the common good.
And one more thing: let Switzerland become a space for dialogue between traditions. Not mixing, but dialogue: Russian catholicity, Indian dharma, Chinese harmony, American initiative — each tradition gives its own view of responsibility and the future. And it is from this dialogue that a new, common meaning is born.
________________________________________
Representative of the Indian intellectual elite. In the Indian tradition, knowledge without action is incomplete knowledge. Therefore, we support the idea of the Aquarium as a space where philosophy and practice come together.
We propose to create "Workshops of Wisdom" within the framework of Pravdaria: platforms where ancient texts and modern technologies are used together to solve current problems. For example, the principles of dharma and ahimsa can become an ethical foundation forthe development of AI and urban systems.
In addition, we are ready to offer an exchange program for young leaders: students and researchers from India will come to Switzerland, and Russian, Chinese and American participants — to India. Let it be not just an exchange of knowledge, but an exchange of meanings: through joint projects, young people will learn to see the world more broadly and act more responsibly.
________________________________________
Representative of the Chinese intellectual elite. Chinese tradition teaches: "The journey of a thousand li begins with the first step." Therefore, we suggest focusing on the gradual, systematic development of the project.
The first step can be the Atlas of Civilizational Values: a collection of principles that unite different cultures in the pursuit of a just and harmonious future. Let this atlas become the basis for all modules of Sanitation: from architecture to educational programs.
We also suggest creating a "Long-term Planning Center" within the project: it will assess the impact of each decision over a 50-100-year horizon. This will help you avoid making short-term decisions that may harm the future.
________________________________________
Moderator. Thank you all for these different but surprisingly consonant views. We can see how a single digit — 1 billion-makes up a whole system:
• Efficiency and control (Trump, Bagdasaryan): KPI, public audit, âîâëå÷¸ííîñòèregional engagement index.
• Scalability and sustainability (Pereslegin): a scaling passport, stress tests of the future.
• Meanings and Service (Prokhanov, Dugin): ethical outline, philosophical advice, criteria for service.
• Dialogue of traditions (Indian and Chinese elites): workshops of wisdom, atlas of values, long-term planning center.
Now let's move on to the next step: create a project management structure that combines all these approaches. For example:
• Board of Trustees— strategic leadership and resource engagement.
• Technical advice— engineering and technological solutions.
• Ethical advice— compliance with basic values and principles.
• Youth Council— participation of young leaders in decision-making.
• Center for Long-term Planning- assessment of effects over the horizon of decades.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you to all participants! The road will be mastered by walking, we go through the thorns to the stars of the future plus! I see that this conference has become the foundation of a new world in which man returns to his true self, where inspiration, joy, dream and work come to the world for the sake of life on earth, for the sake of a bright future for all mankind. And this is the most expensive value of being!
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir. Your words are not just the end of the discussion, but a real manifesto of the movement. "The road will be mastered by walking..." - and today we took the first, but most important step: we did not just discuss the project, we began to build its meaning.
Let's give the floor to those who have heard in these words not only poetry, but also a call to action.
________________________________________
Narendra Modi. Vladimir, your words resonate in my heart. "Through thorns to the stars" - in the Indian tradition, this is the path of a sadhak: a person who, through work, discipline and service, reveals the highest in himself. Let Samaria become such a sadhana for the world's youth: a place where the dream is not lifted off the ground, but is realized through daily work. And let this work be for the sake of life — for people, for the planet, for the future.
Xi Jinping. In Chinese wisdom, there is a thought: "The path of a thousand li begins with the first step." Today we have taken this step. Let it be the beginning of a great journey where man remains the measure of all things. Let the Accident be not just a project, but an example of how different civilizations, preserving their uniqueness, together build a future in which technology serves harmony, not destruction.
Vladimir Putin. You are right: the most precious value of being is a person, his dignity, his work, his dream. And when the dream is combined with labor, real creation is born. Let the Aquarium become a space where this connection is not abstract, but concrete: where young people will not only dream, but also build, design, create. And let the fruits of this work return to their native cities, villages — countries-making them stronger and more human.
Elon Musk. I like that there is no "either technology or meaning" juxtaposition in this philosophy. There is a synthesis here: technology as a tool for making a dream come true. Let the Accident show that the most powerful engine of progress is not just speed or efficiency, but the meaning behind which a person stands. I am ready to help ensure that this meaning is translated into engineering: from power systems to digital platforms.
Peter Thiel. There is a rule of thumb in venture thinking: the biggest opportunities lie where others see only risks. An accident is just such a project: it takes the risk of restoring a person to his central place in the future. Let this risk become a source of breakthrough — not only technological, but also anthropological.
Alexander Dugin. "Returning to the true self" is the main challenge of the era. We live in a world where they try to reduce a person to a function, to a consumer, to a unit of data. Pravdaria opposes this reductionism. Let it become a space where a person reveals himself in all his fullness: as a creator, as a thinker, as a bearer of tradition and at the same time a discoverer of new things.
Alexander Prokhanov. "Inspiration, joy, dream and work" - these are the four elements from which a true story is born. Let Switzerland become a place where these elements are not extinguished by pragmatism, but feed it. Where work does not turn into a routine, but remains an act of creativity. Where the dream does not become an illusion, but becomes a force that changes reality.
Sergey Pereslegin. From the point of view of designing the future, today we have laid down not just a project, but a scenario: the scenario of "human return". Let Pravdaria become the first node of a network of such spaces around the world: where young people learn not only to design technologies, but also to design a future in which a person is not a means, but an end.
Vardan Baghdasaryan. Let this goal not be abstract, but measurable: how many young leaders have been trained, how many projects have been implemented, and how many communities have received new opportunities. Let "coming back to yourself" be expressed not only in meaning, but also in results — in new schools, new neighborhoods, new management models that change lives for the better.
Representative of the Indian intellectual elite. Let Pravdaria become a bridge between the eternal and the modern: between the wisdom of ancient texts and advanced technologies, between inner search and external creation. Let young people learn that true progress is when the heart, mind, and hands work together.
Representative of the Chinese intellectual elite. Let this project be an example of how long-term thinking and practical action go hand in hand. Let every step in Switzerland be thought out for decades to come, and let every result be felt today.
________________________________________
Moderator. Dear friends, colleagues, and like-minded people. Today we didn't just discuss the project — we created its spirit. We saw how different views, different traditions, and different languages give rise to a common meaning: the future is not an escape from reality, but its transformation through work, dreams, and responsibility.
Let Switzerland become just such a space: where people come back to themselves, where inspiration and work come together, where young people from different countries create a common future without losing their uniqueness.
I announce the conference " Pravdaria — Future+ " completed. But the project itself is just beginning. The road will be mastered by the one who is walking— and we are already going.
Thank you all!
VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "PRAVDARIA-THE FUTURE PLUS"
Part 4
Vladimir Lermontov and Peter Thiel's dialogue about the future
"The future: technology or meaning?"
Moderator. Dear guests, today we have a rare dialogue: on the one hand — Vladimir Lermontov, author of the teaching "yoga-the practice of the Great Unity of Aham" and the concept of "nuclear philosophy" as the ethical core of civilization; on the other hand — Peter Thiel, entrepreneur, investor, thinker on technology and institutions. Topic: "The future of humanity: technology or meaning?"
I will introduce the participants of the dialog.
________________________________________
Vladimir Lermontov aka Mahadev Vedaham Dorjal. Writer, traveler, researcher of ancient civilizations. Author of the concept of "nuclear philosophy" and the teaching "yoga-the practice of the Great Unity "Aham"". In the center of his ideas is overcoming the disunity of humanity. He talks about "nuclear ethics": extremely simple and unshakable principles (unity, overcoming the dualism of "I/the world", ethics as a daily practice — "Tell the Truth, Do the Truth, Pray for the Truth"), around which society can gather. Personal responsibility is important: if "You are the Truth," then every action either enhances the light or feeds the darkness. "Aham"yoga combines inner work (meditation, sacred dances) with external responsibility — ethics, "dharma-science", "dharma-politics" (politics based on universal ethical principles, not on the interests of groups). In his rhetoric, the idea of "axial time 2.0" is often heard: in the face of global challenges, we need an answer that covers all of humanity and simultaneously begins with each person.
Peter Thiel —is a truly controversial figure: a successful tech entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and thinker with a very specific, Contrarian view of the world. I picked out the key facets of his biography, business approach, and philosophy.
Biography and career
• Origin and education. Born in Frankfurt am Main, he moved to the United States as a child. At Stanford, he received a bachelor's degree in twentieth-century philosophy, and later a doctorate in law. As a student, he founded The Stanford Review, a conservative political newspaper.
• Key projects. Together with Max Levchin, he created the PayPal payment system. Later invested in Facebook at an early stage. In 2003, he founded Palantir — a big data analytics company with clients including intelligence agencies and the US Army. In 2005ñîó÷ðåäèë, he co-founded the Founders Fundventure capital fund. He also launched the Mithril Fund for later-stage investments.
• Informal influence. In Silicon Valley, Thiel is known as the" don of the PayPal mafia": he became the center of an informal community of entrepreneurs who left the company.
Business approach
• Contrarianism. Thiel searches for "truths that others disagree with" - this is what often leads to breakthrough investments. He is looking not just for good ideas, but for radically new ones that break the established rules of the game.
• Observations. For example, he noticed that the success of a startup often correlates with the low salary of the founder.
• Criticism of the system. Thiel is skeptical of a number of institutions. In particular, he believes that higher education is highly overvalued: according to his calculations, a significant part of universities do not give a positive return on investment. In 2010, he launched the Thiel Fellowship program Fellowship: young people under the age of 22 with a clear product idea are offered $100,000 for two years, provided that they leave college and fully devote themselves to creating a new one.
Philosophical and political views
There are especially many reasons for discussion here.
• ÀãåíòíîñòüAgency and the future. Thiel is convinced that the future is not predetermined, people are able to consciously shape it through purposeful actions. At the same time, he believes that the greatest risk is not in mistakes, but in inaction.
• Artificial intelligence. Thiel sees advancedAI as the main engine of progress and fears stagnation. At the same time, he sharply criticizes calls for strict state regulation: in his opinion, this will lead not to security, but to the creation of a totalitarian system that will control technology and suppress freedom. He is concerned about the idea of a one — world government that will try to regulate AI-he calls this a "blind atheistic option." In his lectures, he drew parallels between such regulators and the figure of the Antichrist, who uses the fear of existential risks (AI, climate) to seize power.
• Criticism of trends. He is skeptical of certain areas of contemporary discourse, such as climate activism (sometimes referring to individual activists as "legionnaires of the Antichrist") or what he sees as an overemphasis on multiculturalism and race issues.
• Political activity. Thiel openly supported Donald Trump and participated in his transition team. His political views are often described as libertarian, but with nuances: he does not just want a smaller state, but is looking for a specific model where technology and the state work in synergy.
• Other interests. He is also interested in life extension technologies and achieving technological immortality.
Moderator. Participants will now submit their manifestos.
Peter Thiel's manifesto for the symposium " The Future of Humanity: Technology or Meaning?"
Introduction
The question before us is false in its dichotomy. We don't choose between technology and meaning — we choose what meaning we put in the technology and what technology, in turn, generates our meaning. I do not write this as a denier, but as someone who sees in this tension the source of the sharpest challenge and the most daring opportunity.

1. Technology is not a tool, but an extension of the human will. It reflects our values, fears, and ambitions. Therefore, the main question is not " what can we do?", but "what kind of person and what kind of society do we want as a result?".
2. Stagnation is the main threat. I call" anti-growth " trends that stifle innovation: excessive regulation, the cult of security, and the rejection of risk as the norm. Overcoming stagnation requires the courage to go against the flow.
3. A breakthrough is born out of a"secret". A true technological leap begins with an intuition that contradicts conventional wisdom. Look not just for a need, but for a hidden truth about the future — something that others are missing out on.
4. AI is a key milestone. The development of artificial intelligence sets the tone for the next era. It is not only about efficiency, but also about the nature of the mind, about where the boundary between the tool and the subject lies.vk.ru +1
5. Meaning without technology is doomed to passivity. Technology provides the means to implement great ideas-from overcoming diseases to exploring new spaces. But without a clear moral compass, these tools can be used to their detriment. We need a synthesis: bold goals and responsible tools.
6. Don't avoid taking risks. Many great shifts have been accompanied by uncertainty and even disasters. Risk aversion often paralyzes progress more than the technological challenges themselves.
7. Discuss the existential stakes. If we bet on overcoming mortality, expanding cognitive capabilities, or colonizing other worlds, this changes the very question of human destiny.
8. Local and global are not mutually exclusive. Large-scale projects require coordination, but they are based in local communities where trust and a common goal are formed.
Conclusion
I urge you not to choose between technology and meaning, but to engage in a dialogue. Let the symposium become a platform where engineers, philosophers, artists and politicians will draw a map together: what technologies we really want to generate and what image of man and humanity is behind it. The future is not prescribed — it is invented.
Sincerely, Peter Thiel
Vladimir Lermontov's manifesto for the international Symposium "The Future of Humanity: Technology or Meaning?"
Introduction
We are on the threshold of a great choice. On the one hand, there is a technological vortex that promises to reshape the very nature of man. On the other — the call of eternal meaning, a reminder that man is created in the image and likeness of the Supreme, and this is his main truth. I'm not calling for rejecting technology. On the contrary, I urge you to fill them with meaning, so that they serve not to destroy the image of a person, but to reveal it.
Let the "nuclear philosophy" become the ethical core around which we will build the future of the world of truth and justice. Let "Pravdaria" be not an escape from reality, but an affirmation of a higher order of things — Dharmapolitics, where justice is not only a right, but also compliance with cosmic and moral laws.

1. Meaning is primary, technology is a tool.
Technology without meaning is blind and dangerous. It can lift us up to the stars — and at the same time wipe us off the face of the earth. Meaning sets the direction: for what we go into space, for what we create AI, for what we build cities. In the practice of Aham, we say, " You are the Truth." So, any creation must begin with an internal question: does it correspond to the higher nature of man?
2. The "Great Nothing" as the basis of existence.
We call the "Great Nothingness" dark energy and dark matter — the very physical reality on which all manifestation rests. This is not an abstraction, but a reminder: behind the visible world lies a deep foundation from which everything is born. When we know it scientifically, we simultaneously touch the eternal. Let science and spirituality not argue, but conduct a dialogue.
3. Pravdaria Project: civilization of the dawn.
"Pravdaria" is a planetary rush in which breakthrough technologies serve a higher purpose. This is a prototype city, where architecture, energy, and cognitive practices are designed to support the divine nature of a person. Let it become a model not only for Earth, but also for future settlements on Mars: if we learn to live ethically here,we can survive there.
4. Dharmapolitics as a new management principle.
The politics of the future should be Dharmapolitics: not a struggle of interests, but a service to a higher order. This means that any decision-from the law to the AI algorithm-passes an ethical test: does it strengthen justice, protect human dignity, and serve the common good?
5. "A little man with a big heart" is a pillar of civilization.
It's not just geniuses and leaders who make history. It is created by millions of ordinary people, in whose hearts lives conscience, compassion and the desire for truth. In Pravdaria, the voice of the "little man" is not drowned out by the noise of technology — it is built into the system as the most important signal. Let everyone have the right to question, to offer, to pause to hear themselves.
6. A moment of silence as an engineering requirement.
Before every important decision — whether it's launching an algorithm or passing a law-there should be a pause. Five minutes of silence to hear not only the data, but also the voice of conscience. This is not a ritual, but a protocol of sustainability: a civilization that does not know how to stop to listen is doomed to self-destruction.
7. Yoga of Great Unity "Aham": the practice of the inner cosmos.
Outer space exploration begins with inner space exploration. The practice of" Aham " teaches: before changing the world, you need to establish yourself in your true nature. Let self-discovery technologies become a priority along with energy and communication technologies. After all, true happiness is not in endless consumption, but in reconnecting with the eternal.
8. Ethical filter for AI and algorithms.
Artificial intelligence should not be a "black box", but a transparent assistant that enhances humanity, and does not replace it. It is based on an "ethical filter": the algorithm cannot recommend an action that contradicts the principles of Dharmapolitics. Let the AI search for optimal solutions — but only in the space outlined by conscience.
9. Opposition tofuturocide: preserving the human image.
The main catastrophic damage to technological projects is not economic or environmental, but anthropological: the disappearance of man as the bearer of truth and spiritual life. We must put up a barrier tofuturocide-practices that erase human nature under the guise of progress. The future must be human — or it doesn't need to be at all.
10. Collective intention as a transformative force.
When millions of people simultaneously strive for the same goal — peace, justice, truth-it changes not only society, but also the very fabric of reality. Let the World Day of Spiritual Unity become a regular practice that forms the" turning points " of history.

Conclusion
I encourage all participants to move beyond the false "technology or meaning"dichotomy. Let's create a future where technology serves meaning, where science hears wisdom, and where progress is measured not only by speed, but also by depth. Let "Pravdaria" become a symbol of this synthesis: a city where every stone, every algorithm, every law reminds a person of his higher destiny.
Let even the quietest voice be heard. Even if the smallest heart with a big truth can influence the course of history. After all, it is precisely from such quiet, honest steps that a real civilization is born — not from loud slogans, but from daily loyalty to the truth.
Sincerely,
Vladimir Lermontov

Moderator: Now let's start the dialog.
Peter Thiel. I'll start with a simpleone: the future is about acceleration. We live in an era where the speed of change determines survival. If you don't accelerate, you disappear. Technologies are not just tools, they are a new human nature. Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, space-all this expands the boundaries of what is possible. And if we slow down progress because of abstract fears, we will lose out to those who are not afraid to move forward.
Vladimir Lermontov. You talk about acceleration, Peter, but you forget to ask: where are we accelerating to? If the car rushes into the abyss, speed is not an achievement, but a disaster. My "nuclear philosophy" is just about the core: about what should remain unchanged, even when everything around you changes. This is the ethical core-truth, justice, unity. Without it, any technological miracle becomes dangerous.
Peter Thiel. But is ethics something that can be fixed? Ethics change with society. What was considered right a hundred years ago may look archaic today. Technology isn't just changing the world — it's also changing how we think about good and evil. For example, life extension: previously it was a miracle, now it is an engineering task. And this changes the very moral: if we can defeat death, should we do it?
Vladimir Lermontov. That is why I am talking about the "civilization of dawn — - a synthesis of ethics, philosophy, art, culture, creativity and technology. Not about stopping progress, but about directing it. Technology without a spiritual dimension loses its soul. Imagine: you have built a perfect city on Mars, but there is no place for silence, for contemplation, for inner search. It will not be a city, but a prison made of glass and metal.
Peter Thiel. But I see another danger: if we think too much about the "soul", we risk losing reality. Technology solves real problems: hunger, disease, and poverty. Yes, they can be used for evil, but this is a matter of managing them, not rejecting them. I believe in the power of innovation to make the world a better place, even if it seems cold or soulless.
Vladimir Lermontov. But would the world be a better place if man, created in the image and likeness of God, disappeared from it? It's not a metaphor, Peter, it's a truth that we have no right to lose. Technological projects that obliterate the humancause major catastrophic damage. My practice of "Aham" is just about returning a person to his true dimension — unity with the world, with himself, with the higher principle.
Peter Thiel. You talk about the higher beginning, and I talk about concrete solutions. Yes, technology can be dangerous, but abandoning it is also a risk. We don't have the luxury of standing still. The future is not a choice between technology and meaning, it is a search for balance. And this balance is achieved through action, through experimentation, through mistakes and corrections.
Vladimir Lermontov. The balance you are talking about is possible only when there is a core — unchangeable, ethical, spiritual. Without it, any experiments lead to emptiness. The Pravdaria Nuclear Project is an attempt to create such a core: a place where technology serves not destruction, but creation, where every step is checked for compliance with truth and justice.
Peter Thiel. Still, I don't believe in fixed truths. The world is too complex to find one universal formula. The future is a lot of parallel paths, competition of ideas, selection of the best solutions. And technology is the main tool for this selection.
Vladimir Lermontov. Then let's imagine two scenarios. In one thing, technologies develop without a spiritual guide, and we get a world where a person is only a function of the system. In another — we are creating a "civilization of the dawn", where technology is an extension of the human spirit, and not its replacement. I choose the second way. And I believe that even the weakest, but sincere voice can be at the forefront — as it is said in Lao Tzu: "The weakest wins the strongest."
Peter Thiel. Perhaps this has its own beauty. But I still bet on the action. Let there be different paths, let ideas compete. The main thing is not to stop. The future is not waiting for those who are afraid to make a move.
Vladimir Lermontov. And let this step be meaningful. Let the question stand behind every technological breakthrough: "Does it make the world a fairer, more humane place?"
Moderator. Thank you, dear interlocutors. We heard two different but equally strong positions: one about the power of technology and the need to move forward, and the other about the importance of the ethical core and spiritual dimension. Perhaps the future is a dialogue between them.
Vladimir Lermontov. It is necessary to develop the technology of self-knowledge, to master the inner, boundless universe, this gives a person true, absolute happiness, technology will never give a person happiness.
Moderator. Thank you, Vladimir, for this thought. It sounds like a challenge to the usual logic of progress. Peter, how do you respond to the thesis that true happiness is born not from technology, but from mastering the inner universe?
Peter Thiel. I hear romanticism in this, and it has its own value-it reminds us that a person is not only an engineer, but also a poet. But let's look at the reality: millions of people suffer from disease, poverty, and violence. Technology provides the tools to remove these basic sources of unhappiness. Yes, they do not guarantee absolute happiness, but they create a space where a person can think about the "inner universe" at all. Without a roof over your head and without food, self-discovery is a luxury available to a few.
Vladimir Lermontov. And I don't deny the need for a roof and bread. But I'm talking about priority. We can build the safest and most comfortable bunker, but if a person in it forgets how to hear himself, he will cease to be a person. Self-discovery technology is not a luxury, it is the foundation. In my practice of Aham, we say, " You are the Truth." This is not an abstraction: this is an invitation to inner exploration, to see the boundless universe within you. This is where true, absolute happiness is born-not as a reaction to external circumstances, but as an internal state of unity.
Peter Thiel. But how to scale this "internal state"? Do you suggest that everyone go into meditation while the world solves its problems? We have limited resources, and we need to choose where to invest them: in vaccines, in energy, in artificial intelligence, which can save millions of lives. And "technology of self-discovery" sounds like an individual project. How will it help society as a whole?
Vladimir Lermontov. It helps precisely as a technology — as a reproducible practice. Yoga, meditation, contemplation, working with images — all these are techniques that can be transmitted, taught, and integrated into the culture. In nuclear philosophy, I call this the "ethical core": if a society relies on people who can hear themselves and others, it will become more resilient. Not because we will abandon vaccines, but because we will ask the question: for whom and for what do we create them? Technology without an internal reference point can also serve destruction.
Imagine: we have created a super-powerful AI. Who will decide how to use it? The one who sees only resources and markets in the world-or the one who feels responsible for life, for the future, for the truth? This is where "self-discovery technology"comes in: it forms a person capable of making ethically mature decisions.
Peter Thiel. In other words, you propose to educate the "new person" as the basis for progress?
Vladimir Lermontov. Exactly. But not through coercion, but through disclosure. In the teaching of the Great Unity "Aham" there is no place for suppressing the personality — on the contrary, it opens it up to a cosmic scale. Each person is a microcosm, the whole universe is contained in it. When we master this inner infinity, we are no longer cogs in the system. We become sources of light that can change the world. And then even the most "cold" technology becomes a tool for good.
Let us recall the words of Lao Tzu: "The weakest overcomes the strongest." This is not about physical strength, but about inner resilience, the ability to stay true to the truth. "The stone rejected by the builders will become the centerpiece tomorrow." Such a" stone " can be a quiet voice of conscience, an internal search, the practice of self-knowledge.
Peter Thiel. This has its own logic. If we want technology to serve humanity, and not vice versa, we need people with a strong ethical position. But I still insist: you can't wait for everyone to become wise. We need to act now. Let two processes run in parallel: the development of technology and the education of the inner dimension. Let them compete, complement each other, test each other for strength.
Vladimir Lermontov. I agree with parallelism. But I insist on hierarchy: the ethical core must be primary. Otherwise, we run the risk of getting a world where everything works perfectly, and the person in it is empty. The Pravdaria Nuclear Project offers just such a hierarchy: first — the core of truth and justice, then-the technologies that serve this core. Then the "singularity" you are talking about will not be the end of man, but his new flourishing.
Peter Thiel. The "singularity" is a challenge, not a sentence. It all depends on who will be at the helm of this process. If these are people who have passed through your "self-discovery technology", perhaps we will really have a chance for a bright future. I do not promise that I will practice yoga, but I am willing to admit that without an ethical dimension, progress is dangerous.
Vladimir Lermontov. I'm not asking you to become a yogi. I ask only one thing: that every technological project should include the question: "Does this make a person more human?" If we ask this question, we are already on the way to the"civilization of dawn". And then even the smallest person with a big heart will be able to influence the course of history.
Moderator. So the two poles converged: action and meaning, speed and depth. Perhaps the future lies precisely in the ability to keep this balance: to build rockets and at the same time learn to hear the silence inside yourself. Thank you for this dialogue — it showed that even with fundamental differences, you can find common ground.
Vladimir Lermontov. Let's talk about happiness, because to be happy is the most important purpose of a person, in what you see happiness, I see it in that a person dissolves into eternity, finds immortality in the spirit.
Moderator. Vladimir, you speak of immortality in the spirit as the essence of happiness. This is a very strong image. Peter, what do you say to this understanding of human destiny?
Peter Thiel. I hear in this the desire to overcome borders — and in this we are, perhaps, closer than it seems. I also believe that a person should not put up with the limits that are imposed on him. Only I see overcoming differently: not as a departure into the eternity of the spirit, but as an expansion of opportunities in the real world. Immortality in my understanding is not a metaphysical category, but an engineering task: to defeat aging, to defeat death with the help of science and technology. For me, happiness is when a person has a chance to live not just one short life, but dozens, hundreds of years, to have time to do more, to see how the world is changing, and to change it himself.
Vladimir Lermontov. And therein lies the main trap: you want to extend your life, but you don't ask what it will be like. You can live a thousand years blind to your own soul, and then it will not be immortality, but endless suffering. Happiness is not in the number of years lived, but in the quality of the inner state. In the practice of Aham, we say, " Everything is an illusion, but the truth is that You are the Truth." This is an invitation to awakening: when a person comes into contact with this inner "You", he finds true freedom and happiness-regardless of the length of his earthly life. Immortality here is not the infinite existence of the body, but the continuity of the spirit: when something awakens in a person that does not die. This is the "parting from eternity": not an escape from time, but an exit beyond it through an inner transformation.
Peter Thiel. But how can this inner transformation be measured? How to make sure that it is real, and not just a beautiful idea? In technologies, we have metrics: speed, efficiency, and results. And here — only personal feelings. I do not deny the value of the inner world, but without relying on objective criteria, it is easy to go into self-deception.
Vladimir Lermontov. There are criteria, Peter, but they are not external, but internal. In nuclear philosophy, we call this "ethical resonance": when your actions, thoughts, and feelings begin to resound in unison with the ultimate truth. This is not an abstraction — it is a state that changes behavior: a person stops lying, stops causing pain, begins to act out of love and responsibility. And this can be seen in the fruits: in relationships, in the family, in society. Happiness here is when you live in harmony with yourself and the world, when your every action becomes a continuation of the truth.
And another important point: immortality in the spirit is not about loneliness. This is about communication. In the Great Unity teaching of Aham, the "I" is not the ego, but the " I am Inthe se." When a person realizes this unity, he ceases to be separate, and his love, his work, his creativity begin to serve the whole. Even the smallest person with a big heart becomes part of the eternal flow of life. That's why I believe in the power of the "little man": his quiet, sincere actions can change the world more than any grandiose projects without a soul.
Peter Thiel. You talk about serving the whole, and I think about creating a new one. For me, happiness is in creating, in leaving a mark that will be visible not only in the memory of people, but also in the very structure of the world: in new cities, in new technologies, in new opportunities. Perhaps our paths lead to the same goal, but in different ways: you raise a person who does not want to destroy the world, and I build a world in which a person will have more chances to prove himself.
Vladimir Lermontov. Then let's connect these roads. Imagine: a person who has passed the path of self-knowledge takes up technology not for power or profit, but for the service of truth and justice. The "Nuclear Project Pravdaria" is precisely the point of connection: the ethical core around which all technologies revolve. And then immortality becomes not only personal, but also collective: we leave behind not just buildings and algorithms, but a culture of truth that will live in the hearts of people.
Let us recall the same wisdom of Lao Tzu: "The weakest defeats the strongest." The weak one here is the quiet voice of conscience, it is an inner knowledge that does not shout, but sounds forever. And when a society begins to hear this voice, it becomes really strong — not at the expense of the power of weapons or capital, but at the expense of the power of the spirit.
Peter Thiel. This has its own beauty. And, perhaps, such a synthesis is the most stable way. Let there be both technology and ethics. Let engineers build the future, and philosophers and practitioners help them not to lose their humanity. I do not promise that I will accept your understanding of immortality as the only correct one, but I am willing to admit that without the inner dimension, even the greatest creation can be empty.
Vladimir Lermontov. And I'm not asking you to give up technology. All I ask is that every great project has room for a quiet question: "Does this make the world a fairer, more human, happier place?" If we ask this question, we are well on our way to a future where technology and spirit go hand in hand. And then happiness will become not a rare exception, but the norm of human life.
Moderator. Thank you both. Today we have heard two views on happiness and immortality: one through the expansion of external possibilities, the other through the opening of the inner dimension. And, perhaps, the future of humanity lies precisely in the ability to keep this balance: to build new worlds and at the same time preserve what makes us human.
Vladimir Lermontov. Have you ever wondered what happened to the high-tech civilizations of the past? There are pyramids, but no builders. What happened to the builders, architects, who owned technologies that we can only dream about so far? My belief is that they have reached the cosmic level of technology, but their spiritual degradation has led them to physical extinction. This is the first, and the second - all scientific, technological discoveries people made in a special state of consciousness, it came to them from above, and therefore yoga will allow you to step beyond the current technological capabilities. Technology is an abyss, a black hole, and I believe that you need to dive into it with insurance-a rope that is tied to God, truth, dharma, otherwise we will disappear, turn into dust like ancient highly developed civilizations-we will build pyramids, and we will die out.
Moderator. Vladimir, you paint an almost apocalyptic picture: great technologies - and disappeared builders. It's a strong image that makes you think. Peter, how do you see it?
Peter Thiel. I respect the scale of your thinking, but from a historical point of view, the disappearance of civilizations is usually explained not by "spiritual degradation", but by quite material reasons: climate change, resource depletion, wars, epidemics. Pyramids stand because they are stone, but people don't, because they are fragile. Technology alone does not kill — it kills mistakes in management, in resource allocation, in survival strategies.
Yes, we don't know all the details about the ancient builders, but I'm not ready to conclude that their loss of connection with the "higher"was what killed them. Rather, they have failed to meet the challenges of the environment — and this is precisely the task of technology: to learn how to predict and mitigate such blows. If we want to avoid their fate, we need not look back on myths, but build sustainability systems: energy, food, medicine, protection from disasters.
Vladimir Lermontov. You reduce everything to management and resources, Peter, and there's a pragmatism to it. But I'm talking about the root of the problem: why does civilization make such mistakes? Why is it draining resources, starting wars, and not seeing the impending catastrophe? Because her mind narrowed to "I want", "I need", "we are stronger". This is spiritual degradation — the loss of a sense of proportion, responsibility, unity with the world.
The ancient pyramid builders may have had knowledge that we can't even understand now. But if their inner compass broke, if they stopped hearing the "voice of truth", then any, even the greatest technology became a weapon against them. Remember: there is a principle in dharmapolitics — power without righteousness destroys the one who possesses it. That's why I say technology is an abyss. It is possible to dive into it and not come up again, if there is no rope tied to the truth.
And another important point: all the major discoveries in the history of mankind were born not in a state of fuss and competition, but in a state of deep inner peace. Archimedes realized about the displacement of water when he lay in the bath and did not think about anything. Newton saw the apple when he was alone. Einstein spoke of a "cosmic religious feeling" — the very state when a person feels part of the whole. It is from this state that true creativity comes. Yoga, meditation, and the practice of "Aham" is not an escape from the world, but a training of the mind so that it can see beyond the usual horizon.
Peter Thiel. Let's say the internal state is important for insight. But insight is only a spark. It takes years of work, teams, labs, money, and infrastructure to turn it into a technology. And this is where the real work begins — not in silence, but in the clash of ideas, in competition, in testing hypotheses. Yes, inspiration can come in peace, but implementation requires effort.
I do not deny the value of practices that expand consciousness. But my fear is different: if we rely only on the "inner light", we risk losing the ability to act. History doesn't wait for everyone to become enlightened. We need to build systems that work even when people are imperfect.
Vladimir Lermontov. And I'm not suggesting that you give up the action, Peter. On the contrary, I suggest making the action meaningful. Imagine: a team of engineers who go through a short mindfulness practice before each decision. Not for "enlightenment", but to remove the noise of the ego, to hear not only your ambitions, but also the voice of reality. Then their projects will be not only effective, but also safe for humans and the planet.
In nuclear philosophy, we call this an "ethical filter": any technological solution should be tested for the question: "Does this make the world more just and humane?" If so, we move on. If not, we'll review it. This is the very rope: it does not interfere with movement, it insures against falling into the abyss.
Let us recall the words from the practice of "Aham": "You are the Truth." This is not a call to self-confidence, but a reminder: inside each of us there is a fulcrum that does not depend on external circumstances. If we rely on it, we can build pyramids without repeating the fate of their builders.
Peter Thiel. In this formulation, I can agree with you: we need a filter, a system of responsibility. In business, we call it risk management. Only I would not tie the rope to "God or dharma", but to verifiable values: human rights, ecosystem sustainability, long-term security. Let it be not metaphysics, but a code of ethics that can be embedded in development processes.
But I still stand by my point: you can't wait for the ideal state of consciousness to start acting. We must build protective systems now, even if people are imperfect. Let two processes run in parallel: technology development and awareness-raising. Let them test each other.
Vladimir Lermontov. So be it, Peter. Let "risk management" be our common language. But let this term be based not just on calculating losses, but on caring for the person. Let this code include not only numbers, but also a sense of proportion, compassion, and responsibility to future generations.
After all, in the end, the question is not who is right — a technocrat or a mystic. The question is whether we want to leave behind only pyramids of glass and metal — or a living civilization where technology serves truth, justice, and happiness. "The stone rejected by the builders will become the centerpiece tomorrow." This stone can be a simple human heart that remembers: the main thing is not to build the tallest building, but to keep the light in it.
Peter Thiel. You know how to find words that make you think. I will not argue with the fact that technology should serve people. And if the practices you're talking about help people stay human, so be it. The main thing is that we should not forget: the future is built not only in meditation, but also in the laboratory, in the factory, in the code. Let these worlds not be hostile, but cooperate.
Moderator. Today we saw two views of the same abyss: one looks into it with anxiety for the soul, the other-with the calculation of an engineer. And perhaps it is in this tension that the future is born: where technology gives strength, and ethics and inner workings give direction. Thank you for this dialogue — it showed that even with different starting points, you can search for a common language for the sake of a common future.
Vladimir Lermontov. I propose to combine our projects
Moderator. Unexpected offer… Vladimir, are you really ready to combine such different approaches?
Vladimir Lermontov. Yes, Peter. Not to erase the differences, but to strengthen both directions. Let it be your power to build, and my power to remind you why we build. In "nuclear philosophy" there is an image: fire and a vessel. Technology is fire: it warms and illuminates, but it can also burn. And ethics, the practice of self-knowledge, is a vessel: it holds the fire, gives it a form and purpose. Separately, they are dangerous: a fire without a vessel is destruction, a vessel without fire is emptiness. Together, they create light.
I propose to create a joint project: "Civilization of Dawn". It will have two wings. The first is technological: laboratories, prototypes, and engineering solutions that you can run. The second is ethical and practical: mindfulness programs, an "ethical filter" for each project, and training teams in the state of inner peace from which real discoveries come. We will not require engineers to become yogis, but we will give them simple practices to remove the ego noise and hear the voice of truth.
And let the focus be on the concept of a "little man with a big heart": not a lone hero, but an ordinary person who changes the system with his quiet, honest choice. We will create platforms where anyone can suggest an idea, and it will be tested not only for effectiveness, but also for humanity.
Peter Thiel. It sounds like an ambitious synthesis. To be honest, I prefer the language of metrics, deadlines, and results. But I see it as a practical benefit. If teams make fewer mistakes due to ego, if the number of short — sighted decisions decreases, if the long-term sustainability of projects increases-this is not a philosophy, this is an economy. This reduces the risks.
So I'm willing to give it a try. But on my terms: no abstract promises. We're doing a pilot. We take one real project — for example, the development of an urban power grid of the future — and build two circuits into it. The first one is engineering: power, efficiency, cost, timing. The second is ethical and cognitive: regular mindfulness sessions for the team, a protocol for checking decisions based on the criteria "do no harm", "does it serve people","does it preserve the human dimension". And we measure the result: speed of decision-making, number of errors, staff turnover, user satisfaction. If the pilot shows improvement in at least two key metrics — we will scale.
Vladimir Lermontov. I accept your terms, Peter. That's fair. And this is also the dharma: not to promise the impossible, but to take it step by step, testing every action. Let the pilot become the same " stone rejected today, which will become the first priority tomorrow."
We will add another element to the protocol: "a moment of silence". Before each important decision, the team will spend five minutes in silence-not as a ritual, but as a tool: to hear not only their ambitions, but also the voice of reality. This does not cancel the calculations, but adds to them.
And I also propose to name this pilot project "Pravdaria-1": in honor of the"nuclear project Pravdaria". Let it be our common core: truth as the basis of technology, justice as the criterion of efficiency, unity as the principle of work.
Peter Thiel. "Crash 1" ... sounds unusual, but memorable. So be it. And let the "moment of silence" become not a mystery, but a method of cognitive hygiene - as a warm-up before a difficult task. If it improves the quality of solutions, I'm all forit.
Then let's fix it: in two weeks, I will send you a draft technical specification for the power grid. You add a block of ethical criteria and a program of cognitive practices to it. Assign a coordinator on both sides. And we launch the pilot.
Vladimir Lermontov. All right, Peter. And let it be not just a project, but a symbol: technology and spirit, fire and vessel, action and meaning — together. Let even the smallest person with a big heart feel that their voice is important, that it can influence the future. After all, it is precisely from such quiet, honest steps that a real civilization is born.
Moderator. This is how a union is born out of a dispute. Two different worlds — technological and spiritual-found a common ground and decided to test it in practice. Let "Accident 1" be the first step towards a future where progress does not lose humanity, and humanity is not afraid of progress. Thank you for this dialogue — and for your willingness not just to argue, but to build.

Vladimir Lermontov. I would suggest that you think about the following formula. It goes like this: You were, are, and will always be. You were before the creation of the world, and you will remain after its destruction. What is now is a temporary form, and what you really are is the eternal nature, the original, imperishable essence. Imagine that the world has not yet been created, created, or manifested. Imagine that there is absolutely nothing yet: no space, no time, no energy, no thought, no gods, nothing. And in this Great Nothingness there is you, who will one day manifest, be born, take form – the one that you are now. Meditate on this Great Nothingness – you are this Great Nothingness.
Moderator. Deep Formula… Patty is apoem about eternity. It sounds like the final chord of our conversation. Peter, how do you feel when you hear these words?
Peter Thiel. Honestly? This is baffling me. I'm used to thinking in terms of tasks, deadlines, and measurable results. And here-absolute "nothing", beyond time and space. On this scale, any of my goals — to build a system, launch a product, change the market-seem like a grain of sand.
But if you try to translate it into my language… Nust this will be the "zero state". Not emptiness, but potential. Like the vacuum before the Big Bang, in which all the laws of physics are already laid down, all the future stars. Then your formula is about potential: in every person there is this inexhaustible source from which everything is born. And the task of technology is not to replace this source, but to help it manifest: to give people the tools so that they can realize their potential in the real world.
I won't meditate on the "Great Nothing" in your sense, but I can respect it as a metaphor for limitless possibilities. And if the practices you are talking about help people feel this depth and act from it, then so be it.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you for your honesty, Peter. You have not pretended to understand this intellectually — and there is already sincerity in it, and it is closer to the truth than any beautiful words.
Yes, it's not for the mind. This is for the heart and silence. The formula "You were, are and will always be" is not a philosophy, it is a reminder. It is necessary so that in the noise of technology, in the race for results, a person does not forget: he is not an accidental spark that fades in the dark. He is the very space in which everything happens.
When we talk about "Pravdariya 1", a pilot with a power grid, it is this state that helps not to turn the project into a race for profit or glory. If an engineer stays in this silence for five minutes before clicking "start" and hears: "I am not only an engineer, I am the one who was before everything and will remain after", his decision becomes different. It is cleaner, wiser, more human.
And then even the most "cold" technology-wires, batteries, algorithms-becomes a conductor of light. Because light is not the technology itself, but what is reflected in it: the eternal in man.
Peter Thiel. Perhaps I can accept this as a practice of "going back to the center". Before making an important decision — pause to remember why you're doing this at all. Not for the sake of KPIs, not for the sake of defeating competitors, but for the sake of making the world a little better. It's not mysticism, it's a trick. And focus is a resource. And if it helps you make better decisions, it's already a business value.
So let this formula become our internal reference point for "Pravdaria 1". Let it hang on the wall in the meeting room as a reminder: behind every calculation, behind every line of code, there is a person who "was, is and will always be". And our task is not to erase this person with technology, but to reveal him.
Vladimir Lermontov. So be it, Peter. Let this formula become not a dogma, but the breath of the project. Let it remind you: we do not build the future out of other people's templates, we reveal what is already in each of us.
And let even the smallest person with a big heart, sitting in his quiet corner, feel: his thought, his concern, his quiet voice-this is also part of this Great Nothing. And it is from this silence that real light is born.
Moderator. So our dialogue has come to the point where the extremes meet: pragmatism and depth, calculation and silence, action and eternity. Let "Pravdaria 1" become a place where these opposites do not fight, but cooperate. Where technology serves not to race, but to reveal the human essence. Thank you, Vladimir and Peter, for this journey — from argument to union, from opposition to synthesis.
Vladimir Lermontov. I want to make it clear that the great nothingness is dark energy and dark matter on which everything that exists rests Ý-that is, physical reality. Second: Project Pravdaria is a technological planetary rush because this Dawn Civilization should be built on breakthrough technologies and become a prototype city on Mars only on earth.
Moderator. Vladimir, you combine metaphysics and physics-you call the" Great Nothingness " dark energy and dark matter. This is an unexpected but powerful move: you make the spiritual formula scientifically tangible. Peter, what do you think about this convergence of concepts?
Peter Thiel. This is ... an interesting translation of the language of mysticism into the language of cosmology. Dark energy and dark matter are really the basis of the structure of the universe: they determine its expansion and gravitational connections. But I'm used to treating them as unknown variables in an equation that we're trying to measure and use. If the" Great Nothing " is dark energy, then the task of technology is not to meditate on it, but to learn how to apply it. Not as a symbol, but as a resource.
I hear in your words, Vladimir, ambition: "Crash" as a planetary impulse, the prototype of a Martian city on Earth. This is close to me. At Founders Fund, we have always looked for projects that change the scale: they don't improve the existing one by 10 %, but create a new reality. If Pravdaria is such a project, I am ready to discuss it. But let's talk in the language of engineering: what kind of breakthrough technologies are you putting into this prototype? Energy industry? Materials? Life support systems? Without it, it remains a beautiful metaphor.
Vladimir Lermontov. The unsupported metaphor is empty, Peter, and I understand that. Therefore, in Pravdaria, we combine both languages. Yes, the "Great Nothingness" is both a spiritual formula and a physical reality: dark energy and matter as the foundation on which all things rest. This is a reminder that any technology must be based on the fundamental laws of existence — otherwise it will be unstable.
As for technology: in "Civilization of Dawn" we are betting on several breakthrough areas. First, for pure, almost "cosmic" energy: superconductors, thermonuclear micro-installations, storage systems that work like the natural cycles of the planet. Secondly, on biocompatible materials and architecture that does not suppress a person, but supports his internal state: acoustics, light, the shape of the space so that it helps silence, and does not create noise. Third, cognitive technologies are used not for control, but for disclosure: interfaces that enhance intuition, help you hear yourself, and do not replace thinking with algorithms.
And yes, "Pravdaria" should be a prototype of a city on Mars — but on Earth. Not because we dream of space, but because the conditions of Mars are an ideal test: you can't make mistakes there, any system there must be autonomous, sustainable, and ethical. If we can build a city that survives and thrives in such harsh conditions, then we have learned how to build sustainably on our home planet.
Peter Thiel. Now I can see the contours. Autonomy, sustainability, and ethics are engineering tasks, not abstractions. And Mars is really the best testing ground: there is no place for "beautiful words", there either the system works or people die.
But I want to clarify one point: when you say "cognitive technologies that do not replace thinking", I hear the fear that technology can destroy a person. I see another threat: if we don't use algorithms to enhance intelligence, we will lose out to those who will. The future is a symbiosis: man plus AI, man plus data, man plus tools. The question is not how to abandon technology, but how to make it safe and human.
That is why I propose to add a fourth direction in Pravdariya 1: cognitive symbiosis. Let it be not "protection from algorithms", but "strengthening a person through algorithms". For example, an AI assistantthat does not make decisions for the engineer, but highlights risks, shows hidden connections, and helps you see things that the person himself will not notice. And let this assistant be transparent: we always see how he came to a conclusion. Then technology does not replace a person, but reveals his potential.
Vladimir Lermontov. I don't mind symbiosis, Peter. I am against substitution. And if AI will be a tool that helps people hear themselves, and does not drown out the inner voice, I'm all forit. In the practice of Aham, we say, " You are the Truth." This means that the person should always have the last word. AI can be like a microscope: it shows the details, but the meaning is revealed by a human.
Therefore, at Pravdaria, I accept your offer, but with the condition that we put an "ethical filter" and a "moment of silence"in the system architecture. Before making a decision based on AI recommendations, the team pauses: five minutes of silence to hear not only the data, but also the voice of conscience. This is not a ritual, but an engineering requirement for the system: sustainability is determined not only by efficiency, but also by the ability of a person to remain a person.
And one more thing: let Pravdaria become a place where the "little man with a big heart" does not feel superfluous in the world of high technologies. Let there be a place in the system for his quiet voice: for a suggestion, for a comment, for a doubt. Because it is precisely from such quiet, honest steps that a real civilization is born — not from loud slogans, but from daily loyalty to the truth.
Peter Thiel. I accept this condition, Vladimir. And I even see it as a practical benefit: pausing before making a decision reduces the number of impulsive mistakes, and the feedback system from the "little man" is a form êðàóäñîðñèíãàof risk crowdsourcing. In startups, we often see that it is the average employee who notices the problem before the top management. If we make this voice part of the project architecture, it will increase sustainability.
Then let's fix it: in Pravdariya 1, we have four technological areas: energy, materials and architecture, cognitive practices (including the "moment of silence"), and cognitive symbiosis with AI. And one ethical principle: the last word is for the person, and every decision is tested for humanity.
Vladimir Lermontov. All right, Peter. Let "Pravdaria 1" become not just a project, but a symbol: technology and spirit, calculation and conscience, scale and silence — together. Let even the smallest person with a big heart feel that their voice is important, that it can influence the future. After all, it is precisely from such quiet, honest steps that a real civilization is born.
Moderator. This is how a common project is born out of different languages — physics and metaphysics, engineering and ethics. Crash 1 becomes not just an idea, but an engineering challenge with a human face. Thank you, Vladimir and Peter, for your willingness to listen to each other and build the future together.
Vladimir Lermontov. The most terrible thing is that all of humanity has already fallen into a Virtual Trap - a surrogate habitat-ERSATZ HABITAT. And computer games have turned into a real war, when the operator destroys the enemy really. And this is a real threat to everything, because someone will inevitably press a button on the screen and humanity will disappear.
Moderator. Vladimir, you speak of the " ERSATZ HABITAT — - a surrogate habitat - as a trap, where the line between simulation and reality is blurred to the point of catastrophe. This sounds like a warning about the most dangerous vulnerability of the digital age. Peter, as a technologist who has built companies in this environment — what do you say to this challenge?
Peter Thiel. I hear in your words, Vladimir, not just skepticism, but a diagnosis: we really created an environment where action in the interface is equivalent to action in the world. Drones, autonomous systems, and nuclear codes that can be verified at the touch of a button are all now part of a single digital circuit. And yes, the risk of " someone clicking a button on the screen" is real. But I don't think the problem is with the technology itself. The problem is the lack of a responsibility architecture around it.
We used to think that the faster the system, the better it is. But in critical areas, speed must be subordinated to reliability and control. So I'm not suggesting that we abandon digital systems — I'm suggesting that we make them "unmanageable" for errors. Multi-level confirmations, physical keys, independent audits, separation of combat and civilian, operational and reserve polygons. That is, not "less technology", but "more mature trust engineering".
Vladimir Lermontov. This is exactly what ERSATZ HABITAT is all about: the surrogate replaces reality not by being bad in itself, but by starting to live in it as if it were real life. The operator who clicks the button no longer feels the weight of his action, because for him it is just another click in the familiar interface. He doesn't see the person on the other side of the scope. It sees pixels, icons, and markers on the map.
And this loss of connection with living reality is the most terrible threat. Not the button itself, but the fact that clicking on it ceases to be a moral act. In Pravdaria, we must lay the antidote to this: technologies that do not hide, but reveal the consequences. So that everyone who interacts with the system sees not only the efficiency, but also the price. So that the interface doesn't make it too easy, but rather reminds you that every action has life behind it.
Therefore, I suggest adding "ethical visualization of consequences" to the Pravdaria 1 architecture. For example, if the system offers a solution that can lead to human losses, it doesn't just show numbers. It provides context: who will be affected, what destinies will be affected, and what values will be destroyed. Not to scare you, but to give you back a sense of responsibility.
Peter Thiel. This sounds like the opposite of the usual UX, where everything is simplified to a single button. But in critical systems, this approach is justified. We already use "confirmation chains" and "audit trails"in defense and infrastructure projects. But you add here a dimension that is usually lacking — the human scale of the consequences.
I am ready to support this idea, but with an engineering caveat: "ethical visualization" should not paralyze decision-making. In a crisis situation, too much information is dangerous. Therefore, we need to separate the modes: "planning mode" — where we see the full context, and" action mode " — where the interface is minimal, but each step requires a separate, conscious confirmation. And there should be an explicit, even physical transition between these modes: for example, entering a special code, changing the device, or pausing.
This way we will keep the speed where it is needed, and return the responsibility where it is critical.
Vladimir Lermontov. This is the balance I'm talking about: not giving up technology, but giving it back its moral weight. Let it be "silent mode" before switching to"action mode". Five minutes for the person to see not only the task, but also the meaning. So that he remembers that he is not just an operator, but a person who is responsible to eternity.
In the practice of Aham, we say, " You are the Truth." This means that at the crucial moment, you can't hide behind an algorithm, an interface, or an order. You have to stand up and say, " I make this decision." And if we put this principle in Pravdaria, then even in the most complex digital environment, a person will remain a person.
Another important point: ERSATZ HABITAT feeds not only on technology, but also on culture. Computer games where murder is points, TV shows where violence is entertainment, interfaces where human pain is statistics. We must create an alternative culture of interaction with reality: where the value of life does not decrease, but increases. Where the "little man with a big heart" does not feel powerless in front of big systems, but knows that his voice, his doubt, his "stop" is part of the security architecture.
Peter Thiel. You talk about culture as part of an engineering system — and that's probably the strongest thing I've heard today. Because technologies themselves are neutral. Their morality is determined by how we design them and how we use them.
Then let's fix one more principle for Pravdaria 1: "responsibility architecture". It includes three levels:
1. Engineering: multi-level confirmations, contour separation, independent audits.
2. Procedural: "planning mode" with full ethical visualization and "action mode" with an explicit transition between them.
3. Cultural: a feedback system where the "little man" can stop the process if he sees a moral threat, and his signal will be perceived as critical.
If we build such a system, the ERSATZ HABITAT will no longer be an unavoidable trap. We will create an environment where technology serves people, not replaces them.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter, for hearing not only arguments, but also concerns. Let "Pravdaria 1" become a place where a person does not get lost in the figure, but finds support in it. Where every click is not just an action, but a moral choice. Where even in the most perfect interface, there is still room for silence, for conscience, for the heart.
Let it be not just a city, but a civilization that remembers: the most valuable thing is a person created in the image and likeness of truth. And no technology has the right to erase this memory.
Moderator. This is how a project is born out of anxiety. Out of the fear of the ERSATZ HABITAT grows an architecture of responsibility, where technology and ethics do not argue, but work together. Thank you, Vladimir and Peter, for this conversation-it shows that the future can be built not in spite of each other, but through understanding.
Vladimir Lermontov. And for the creation of the Dawn Civilization - a Martian city on earth, which is a synthesis of breakthrough spiritual and technical technologies, I would invite Elon Musk and leading experts from India, China, and the United States. This is a collective breakthrough for the ethical and technical future. And a samaria is not a place of permanent residence, but, like an ashram, a workshop where specialists, scientists, and creative youth come to receive spiritual and technical enlightenment.
Moderator. Vladimir, you are expanding the scale: Pravdaria is like a workshop of civilization, not just a city. And the invitation of Elon Musk, specialists from India, China, and the United States is a bid for a truly global synthesis. Peter, as an investor who knows how to build strong teams — how do you see such a collaboration?
Peter Thiel. It's ambitious, but that's how breakthroughs are born: when the best minds from different cultures and schools gather not for competition, but for a common goal. Elon Musk is able to take extreme conditions (like Mars) and turn them into an engineering problem: autonomy, closed cycles, stability. Specialists from India and China are strong in scaling and systems engineering, working with large teams and complex ecosystems. And the US can provide a culture of rapid hypothesis testing and risk management.
But to prevent such a team from becoming a set of parallel projects, we need a common framework. In startups, we call this the "north star" - a single metric of success. For Pravdaria, such a metric can be not just "build a city", but "create a reproducible model of a sustainable civilization". Then each participant will understand that their task is not only their own module (energy, architecture, ethics), but also their contribution to overall sustainability.
Vladimir Lermontov. That's right, Peter. "Pravdariya" is not a place of permanent residence, but an ashram workshop: people come here to learn, create, transmit further. Just as àøðàìàõknowledge was transmitted in ancient ashrams, so synthesis will be transmitted here: spiritual and technical enlightenment. A small man with a big heart comes here not as a spectator, but as a co-author of the future.
The invitation of Elon Musk and leading experts is not about" stardom", but about responsibility. Let them become not just leaders, but mentors who show you how to keep the balance between scale and humanity. Let each flow — energy, materials, cognitive practices, ethics-have its own "master" who not only sets technical standards, but also conveys a value framework: why we do it and at what cost.
And then the "Civilization of Dawn" will not be a utopia, but a reproducible model: a workshop in one place, and its principles are distributed all over the world. Everyone who has passed through Pravdaria becomes a carrier of this synthesis and carries it to their cities, their projects, and their communities.
Peter Thiel. I like the idea of a "flow wizard" — it's a clear management mechanism. In technology projects, we use the role of "tech lead": a person who is responsible for architecture and quality. If you add the mission of "communicating the value framework" to this role, you will get exactly what you need: an engineer and a mentor all rolled into one.
To make this approach work in practice, I suggest three elements:
1. Modular internship program. Short intensive streams of 2-4 weeks: each participant receives a specific skill and immediately applies it in a mini -project. This will keep the momentum going and give you quick results.
2. The master student system. Each master has a small group of students who work directly with them. This will ensure the transfer of not only knowledge, but also ethical principles.
3. Global digital footprint. All projects, protocols, techniques, even "silence mode" and "ethical visualization" are recorded in an open knowledge base. Thus, FC Bayern will not be a closed club, but an open model that can be adapted to different cultures and regions.
Then the invitation of Elon Musk and other leaders will not be a one-time event, but the beginning of a permanent network of workshops around the world.
Vladimir Lermontov. Very well, Peter. This is the collective breakthrough I was talking about: an ethical and technical future where technology serves to reveal people, not replace them.
The idea of an open knowledge base is especially important: let everyone who wants to build a "Dawn Civilization" take proven protocols and adapt them to their own conditions. Even if the smallest community has its own "ashram workshop" — a place where people learn to see not only efficiency, but also meaning.
And let "Pravdaria" be a symbol: East and West, spirituality and engineering, ancient practices and advanced technologies meet here. Here, a small person with a big heart does not feel superfluous, because their contribution is the basis of sustainability.
Peter Thiel. Then let's fix the final formula of "Pravda 1":
• Goal: to create a reproducible model of a sustainable civilization.
• Format: ashram workshop with modular flows and "master student" system.
• Principles: responsibility architecture (engineering, procedural, cultural levels), ethical visualization, "silence mode", the voice of a "small person" as a critical signal.
• Distribution: an open knowledge base and a network of local workshops.
This is not just a project, but a movement. And if we can put together a team of leaders —from Elon Musk to masters from India, China and the United States — and put them in a single frame, then Pravdaria will truly become the"Civilization of the Dawn".: a Martian city on Earth that teaches us to build the future responsibly.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter. Let it be not just a technological laboratory, but a space where people remember who they are. Where everyone who comes here leaves not only with new knowledge, but also with a clearer sense of their responsibility to the world.
Let "Pravdaria" become a place where a future is born, in which technology does not erase a person, but helps him to shine.
Moderator. This is how different languages — engineering and spirituality, global scale and personal responsibility-form a whole picture. Pravdaria is becoming not just a project, but a model of the future that can be scaled up and passed on.
Vladimir Lermontov. I am for a breakthrough into the future, a spiritual and technological breakthrough, for the synthesis of the practicality of the West and the contemplation of the East. In my Nuclear philosophy, according to the Kashmiri spiritual tradition of yogis, this is calledI-Aham, the unity of the spiritual and material, the earthly and heavenly, the western and eastern worlds. A global common cause for all mankind - that's the scale and heights!. The future is Everest, which must be climbed in a bundle of West and East, technologists and contemplators of the Great Void. The future must lead to ecstasy. As the Himalayan yogis say: Do not make small plans, they are not magical properties-to excite the blood.
Moderator. Vladimir, your words sound like a manifesto on the scale of Mount Everest: not just to connect, but to make the unity of the West and the East, practicality and contemplation, technology and spirit give rise to ecstasy — that is, the highest concentration and inspiration. And relying on the Kashmiri tradition, on "Aham" as the principle of the unity of all things, gives this synthesis not an abstract, but a deeply rooted form.
Peter, as someone who is used to measuring ambition through feasibility — how do you hear this "ecstasy" in engineering? How to turn a "blood-stirring" scale into verifiable stages?
Peter Thiel. I hear a very strong metaphor here: "Everst inthe dump." In mountaineering, a bundle is not about the fact that everyone climbs the same way, but about the fact that everyone is responsible for the overall step. Technologists have their own role: to put up hangers, insure, and ensure the stability of the route. Contemplatives have their own task: to see the direction, notice fatigue, and prevent the group from breaking down in a hurry.
If you translate "ecstasy" into the language of the project, it will be a state when the system works at the limit of its capabilities, but does not break, but reveals new levels of efficiency. This is not euphoria, but clarity on the edge of the limit. In startups, we call this "flow at scale": when the team is both tense and focused, when every step is visible, and we control the risk.
Therefore, for Pravdaria 1, I propose to fix the "ecstasy metric" not as an emotion, but as a set of engineering criteria:
• Stability limit: the system can withstand extreme loads (climate, energy shortage, information overload) without loss of humanity.
• Learning Rate: The rate at which participants learn and apply new practices (spiritual and technical) in real-world tasks.
• Quality of communication: the proportion of decisions made in conjunction (interdisciplinary, cross-cultural), and not in isolation.
• Distribution effect: how many local workshops appeared in a year, how many people became carriers of the model.
If these indicators are growing, it means that we are on the route to Everest.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter, for this ecstasy metric. You didn't devalue the height, but gave it a foothold. Because ecstasy in the tradition of Himalayan yogis is not a loss of control, but a higher concentration, when a person simultaneously feels both infinity and each of his steps.
This is what "Aham" is: the unity of the earthly and the heavenly, the western and the eastern, the spiritual and the material. In Pravdaria, we will not build individual modules, but live nodes of this unity. For example, the energy system is not only wires and batteries, but also a space where a person learns to feel flows: how energy flows in nature and how it responds in him. Architecture is not just walls, but a form that helps you enter a state of silence and clarity.
And then the "little man with a big heart" is not lost against the background of large tasks. On the contrary: his attentiveness, his sensitivity become the most important engineering characteristic. After all, he will be the first to notice that the route has become too steep, that the pace burns people, that "ecstasy" turns into burnout. His voice is not a speed hindrance, but part of the security system.
Peter Thiel. This is the "bundle" you mentioned. In mountaineering, there is a rule: if one person says "stop", the whole group stops. We can build this into the Pravdaria architecture as a security protocol: any participant, regardless of their status, has the right to give a "stop" signal when they feel an ethical or systemic threat. Such a signal automatically triggers "silence mode" and interdisciplinary analysis: the technologist, practitioner, and flow master get together and see where the system loses stability.
Then "ecstasy" becomes not a one-time rise, but a steady practice: we go to the limit, but we see each other, hear each other and do not allow the speed to destroy the meaning.
Vladimir Lermontov. Exactly. "Aham" is when "You are the Truth" sounds not as loneliness, but as responsibility in a bundle. Each person is both a part of the whole and a bearer of truth that cannot be ignored.
Let Pravdaria become a place where the West and East do not argue, but learn to breathe in the same rhythm: where the practitioner checks the hypothesis, and the contemplator sees the horizon where this hypothesis leads. Where technology does not lead away from reality, but helps to feel it more deeply. Where every step to Mount Everest is not only overcoming, but also disclosure: self, peace, unity.
Let it be not just a project, but a school of the future, where they teach not only to build cities, but also to be people who can keep heights.
Peter Thiel. I agree. Let "Accident 1" become such a school. With a clear metric, clear protocols, and an open knowledge base. And with the main principle: scale does not negate humanity, but requires it.
We will gather a team: those who know how to build, and those who know how to see meaning. And let's go in a bundle-to the Everest of the future.
Moderator. This is how a project is born out of metaphors: "ecstasy "becomes a sustainability metric," bundle "becomes a security protocol, and "Aham" becomes a unity architecture. Bayern takes shape: It is a workshop where West and East, practice and contemplation, technology and spirit learn to work together to lead humanity not to destruction, but to disclosure.
Vladimir Lermontov. And to Elon Musk, I would say: Elon, while you're building a city on Mars, let's build a Martian city on earth. Firstly, it is a thousand times cheaper, but secondly, perhaps an accident will speed up the achievement of your dreams. And I propose to build it in the east of Russia. And I would invite the rulers of the superpowers - Russia, India, China, and America-to be honorary chairmen of the Council of Bavaria.
Moderator. Vladimir, you are making Pravdaria not just a project, but a geopolitical gesture: a Martian city on Earth, in the east of Russia-as a testing ground of the future, which simultaneously brings the dream of space closer to cheaper and faster. And inviting the leaders of superpowers to the honorary council is a bid for legitimacy and scale: so that the "Civilization of Dawn" is neither a niche utopia nor a closed club. Peter, as a strategist who thinks in terms of markets and coalitions — what do you think of this trust architecture?
Peter Thiel. This is a strong move: "cheaper by a thousand times" is the language that investors and engineers hear. If we are talking about a prototype Martian city, then Earth gives us the opportunity to test technologies in conditions close to extreme, but without the deadly risk and space budgets. Eastern Russia, with its climate, remoteness, and complex logistics, is an ideal testing ground: if the system works there, it will work on Mars as well.
As for the council of superpower leaders, this is not about symbols, but about reducing barriers. In global projects, the most expensive "technologies" are approvals, standards, access to data and infrastructure. The Honorary Council can become a "green corridor" mechanism: accelerated expertise, joint grants, exchange of specialists, and unified security protocols. This transforms Pravdaria from an idea to an institution.
But in order for this advice not to become a formality, it must have a specific function. For example, the annual "sustainability assessment": leaders receive a report on the very metrics we discussed-the sustainability limit, the speed of learning, the quality of interdisciplinary solutions, and the distribution effect. And based on this, they make decisions about support. So "honor" becomes a responsibility.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter, for this pragmatism. Yes, "cheaper by a thousand times" is not only about money, it's about time. Time is humanity's most scarce resource. If we spend decades on Mars, we may not be able to save ourselves from the "ERSATZ HABITAT", from the loss of humanity. Pravdaria in eastern Russia is a way to buy time: build a prototype, run in ethical and technological protocols, grow craftsmen, and then scale to other continents and planets.
And the honorary council is not for the brilliance, but for the scale of responsibility. Let the leaders of superpowers see that the future is built not in classrooms, but in workshops, where a small person with a big heart learns to hold heights together with great technologies. Let them become not just" chairmen", but witnesses and guarantors of the fact that" Aham " — the unity of the spiritual and material — is becoming the norm, not the exception.
And then Elon Musk will hear not a reproach, but an invitation to partnership: "While you're building a city on Mars, let's build a Martian city on Earth — and do it together." Let Pravdaria be the place where cosmic ambition meets earthly wisdom, where technology serves not to race, but to open up a person.
Peter Thiel. Then let's frame this invitation to Ilona as an engineering proposal, not a slogan. Here's how it might sound:
"Elon, we propose to build a prototype of a Martian city in eastern Russia — "Pravdariyu 1“. It will be a testing ground for closed-loop technologies, autonomous energy, sustainable architecture, and cognitive practices that prepare people for life in extreme environments. We want to combine your expertise in engineering and scaling with an ethical and philosophical framework that ensures that technology serves people, not replaces them. Our goal is not to compete with Mars, but to accelerate it by creating a reproducible model that can be adapted for both Earth and Mars. We invite you to become a technology leader of the project and co-author of the protocols of the future."
Such a letter speaks his language: scale, utility, reproducibility, acceleration of his dreams.
Vladimir Lermontov. Very well, Peter. And let this letter also contain a spiritual message that Elon can also hear: "At Pravdaria, we teach a person to be not a cog in the machine, but a center of responsibility. We build not only walls and reactors, but also the ability of a person to remain a person in the most extreme conditions. Because this is the main technology of the future-the technology of self-knowledge, the technology of the heart."
Let "Pravdaria" become a place where East and West, technologist and contemplator, Elon and master from the ashram-all go together to the Everest of the future. Where each step is not only overcoming, but also revealing: self, peace, unity.
Peter Thiel. I agree. Let it be not just a project, but a movement that combines ambition and responsibility. The East of Russia as a testing ground, Pravdaria 1 as a prototype, the honorary council as a mechanism of trust, and Aham as a principle: the unity of the spiritual and material, the earthly and the heavenly.
We will put together a team, establish protocols, launch the first streams — and show that the future can be built together, not in spite of each other.
Moderator. Thisis how a specific architecture is born out of a vivid appealtoIlon: a training ground in eastern Russia, an honorary council of superpower leaders, an invitation to Ilon as a technology leader, sustainability metrics and responsibility protocols. "Pravdaria" takes on not only meaning, but also form-and is ready for the first step.
Vladimir Lermontov. The future should ignite, not lull, lead to ecstasy and not lull to sleep. The future is like the ecstasy of the unity of spirit and matter-that's what the slogan for the planetary project was born. This project gives a huge boost to the world's economic development. Moreover, if the Rulers of superpowers are included in the project, it will reduce military tensions in the world and free up funds going to war. These resources are enough to feed all of humanity, give everyone shelter, honey. service, education, and upbringing. Switzerland will be the new soft power center for managing worlds, it will be three in one: UN 2.0 plus CERN 2.0 plus Hollywood 2.0
Moderator. Vladimir, your slogan sounds like a gong: "The future should ignite, not lull". And this formula "ecstasy of the unity of spirit and matter" is not about comfort, but about awakening. You raise the stakes even higher: "Pravdaria" is not just a laboratory, but a planetary impulse that changes the economy, politics and culture. And the metaphor " UN 2.0 + CERN 2.0 + Hollywood 2.0 " very precisely outlines the three dimensions of influence: diplomatic, scientific, and semantic. Peter, as someone who is used to evaluating projects based on their ability to change the rules of the game, what do you think about this triple role?
Peter Thiel. This is a strong scale architecture. If you expand your formula, you get not an abstract utopia, but a fully working model with three functional blocks:
• UN 2.0is about coordination and trust. In business, we know that when major players publicly declare a common goal, parallel spending disappears, and common standards appear. If the leaders of superpowers join the honorary council, this will not only reduce tensions, but also free up resources: instead of an arms race, it will be a race for technology and quality of life.
• CERN 2.0 is about science and reproducibility. CERN brings countries together for a common research goal and makes the results public. "Pravdaria" as a landfill should work according to the same principles: unified test reports, open data, reproducible modules. Then any region will be able to take and build its own "ashram workshop" according to a proven method.
• Hollywood 2.0is about meanings and images. Hollywood has been shaping global dreams and behaviors for decades. "Pravdariya" should become a factory of new images of the future: not about fear and disasters, but about creation, about a "little man with a big heart" who influences big processes. This is not propaganda, but cultural engineering: stories, films, games, educational narratives that show what the future looks like, where technology serves people.
And then the economic momentum comes naturally: new markets (autonomous cities, ethical AI protocols, sustainable materials), new professions (master of flow, curator of ethical visualization, architect of responsibility) and a new logic of investment — not in destruction, but in unlocking potential.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter, for this clarity. Yes, "Pravdaria" is not about lulling, but about awakening: it should ignite hearts so that a person remembers that he is not a cog, but a creator.
That is why "Hollywood 2.0" for me is not about entertainment, but about educating the mind. We need to show not only "how to build", but also "why to build". Through stories, through images, through Aham practices, we teach you to see the unity of spirit and matter: how energy flows in the wires and how it resonates in the heart; how architecture holds up the walls and how it helps keep the silence inside.
And when the rulers of superpowers become not just" chairmen", but witnesses of this awakening, the very logic of power changes: soft power is not manipulation, but the ability to inspire. Pravdaria becomes a place where the future is not imposed, but is assembled from thousands of small, honest steps: from the suggestion of a young engineer, from the doubt of a master, from the silence of a student.
Let this momentum be so strong that it will be enough not only for new technologies, but also to feed, clothe, heal, and train everyone. After all, if we learn to build sustainably, we can allocate resources fairly. And if we learn to see unity, we will stop wasting our energy on mutual destruction.
Peter Thiel. Then let's fix this triple mission as the project architecture:
1. UN 2.0: an annual forum of "Truthmakers" with the participation of leaders, where priorities are publicly approved and resources are allocated. Transparency and accountability are mandatory.
2. CERN 2.0: an open laboratory at a landfill in eastern Russia, where protocols are tested and documented. Any researcher can come, check it out, and adapt it.
3. Hollywood 2.0: a media lab that produces content (movies, games, VR experiences, educational series) that shows what the "ecstasy of unity" looks like in real life: at work, in the family, in the city.
And the slogan "The future should ignite, not lull" will become not just a phrase, but a filter for all decisions: if a project does not awaken, does not give an impulse, does not reveal its potential, it does not fall into the core of "Pravdaria".
Vladimir Lermontov. Very well, Peter. Let this slogan become an internal law of Pravdaria: we do not lull the world to sleep with comfort, but ignite it with meaning. Let each module, each protocol, and each movie answer the question: "Does this awaken a person?"
Let "Pravdariya" become the place where "Aham" - the unity of the earthly and heavenly, western and eastern, spiritual and material-ceases to be a beautiful formula and becomes a daily practice. Where a small person with a big heart knows that his voice is important, his work is valuable, and his dream can become the future.
Let it be not just a project, but a new assemblage point of the world: soft power based not on fear, but on inspiration; an economy based not on competition to the point of exhaustion, but on unlocking the potential of everyone.
Peter Thiel. I agree. Let "Crash 1" be the first step to this assemblage point. Polygon in eastern Russia, triple mission, open protocol, sustainability metrics and a slogan that sets the tone for all decisions.
We will put together a team, launch the first streams, create the first stories — and show that the future can be built not in spite of each other, but together, in a bundle.
Moderator. This is how a full-fledged architecture is born from a bright slogan: an awakening future, a triple role of the project, specific functions and metrics. Pravdaria gains not only a voice, but also a structure-and is ready to ignite the world.
Vladimir Lermontov. The main thing in this Nuclear Project, in this Nuclear Idea, is that humanity will be motivated to live in an interesting, creative, creative, large-scale, multidimensional way. Because now life has ceased to please and inspire. Joy, hope, faith - this is the most expensive thing in the world, you need to invest spiritual and material resources in it. This is an investment in life itself.
Moderator. Vladimir, you are now talking about the most subtle and most important things: not about technologies or even structures, but about the fuel of civilization-about joy, hope, faith. You call it " investing in life itself." And this is the essence of the "Nuclear Idea": if there is no internal fire, no protocols and landfills will work.
Peter, as an investor who is used to evaluating projects based on their ability to create value, how do you hear this "life investment"? How to turn "joy and hope" into measurable value?
Peter Thiel. I hear this as the most difficult, but also the most promising task. In the venture capital world, we are used to measuring value in terms of money, users, and market share. But more broadly, value is the ability of a system to support and enhance human potential. And then "joy, hope, faith" are not abstractions, but key metrics of sustainability.
I suggest three ways to turn this "life investment" into a working mechanism:
• Community Vital Energy Index. This is not about happiness in a vacuum, but about specific indicators: how many people participate in creative projects, how many ideas are born in workshops, how many local initiatives grow out of one stream. If the index is growing, it means that Pravdaria really lights up.
• Economy of participation. Let the contribution of the "little man" have not only moral, but also economic value. For example, a microgrant system: each participant can propose an idea, and the community votes with resources. So self-confidence is reinforced by real opportunities.
• Stories as infrastructure. Content in the "Hollywood" format 2.0" is also an investment. If people see stories where an ordinary person with a big heart changes the world, it increases the collective confidence: "if he could, I can." This is not entertainment, but a training of hope.
Then the "Nuclear Idea" becomes not just inspiring, but self-sustaining: technology provides opportunities, ethics sets the direction, and the culture and economy of participation ignites an internal fire.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you, Peter, for this accuracy. Yes, "joy, hope, faith" should not just be beautiful words, but work as mechanisms. But it is important that these mechanisms do not turn into a race for indicators, where a person becomes a unit of statistics.
In the practice of Aham, we say, " You are the Truth." This means that joy is born not from external success, but from inner truth: when you do what you feel is right, when your work resonates in the world. That is why we must establish the "right to a quiet contribution" in Pravdaria: not everyone should be a leader, not everyone should make a loud statement about themselves. Sometimes the most important contribution is attentive listening, a timely "stop", and the quiet work of a master who transmits knowledge to the student.
And let the "Nuclear Project" be a place where the value of such quiet work is seen and recognized. Where a small person with a big heart knows that his joy, his hope, his faith is not a weakness, but the basis of stability. After all, it is from these quiet, honest steps that a real civilization is born.
Let "Pravdaria" become a space where life begins to please and inspire again. Where every day is not just survival, but an opportunity to create, see, feel, and be. Where technology does not take away meaning from a person, but returns it, helping to reveal what is already in it.
Peter Thiel. I agree. Then let's combine these approaches into a single system:
1. Yandex. Metrica: Vital Energy Index — to see how engagement and creative activity is growing.
2. Mechanism: Participation economy — so that everyone can turn their idea into a project and get support.
3. Culture: The right to make a quiet contribution — so that value is measured not only by loud results, but also by depth, attention, and care.
So the "Nuclear Idea" will become not just a slogan, but a living system that returns joy and hope to people every day. And if we can build it, then Pravdaria will really become the very "Nuclear Project" that ignites the world.
Vladimir Lermontov. So be it. Let Pravdaria become a place where joy is not an accident, but a norm; where hope is not a consolation, but a direction; where faith is not blindness, but responsibility. Let everyone who comes here leave not only with new skills, but also with a stronger inner fire.
Let it be not just a project, but a space where humanity learns to live again in an interesting, creative, creative, large-scale, multidimensional way. Where "Aham" — the unity of spirit and matter-becomes a daily practice, and the "Nuclear Idea" - a reality that can be touched, seen, felt.
Moderator. This is how the most subtle matter — joy, hope, faith-is born into the most solid structure: a system that not only gives technology, but also gives meaning to a person. Pravdaria becomes not just a workshop, but a school of life, where every day is a step towards a future that ignites, not lulls.
Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you to all participants and listeners! äèàëîãIn my opinion, this dialogue has already become a breakthrough in the future of plus. Aham.
Peter Thiel. Please, Vladimir. And it is true that the future is born in such a dialogue: when different views do not argue, but add up to the overall picture. Let this conversation not be the finale, but the first building block of Bayern — the very impulse that starts everything.
Aham. Let the unity of spirit and matter that you speak of be felt not only in big ideas, but also in every small, real step.
If you later want to turn some part of this dialog into a specific document — a manifesto, a roadmap, a workshop regulation, a first-flow scenario-I will be happy to help you complete it. In the meantime, you can just exhale a little and see what a strong contour has already developed.
Moderator. This dialogue really became more than an exchange of opinions: it combined the opposites — engineering and contemplation, scale and silence, pragmatism and faith-into a single construct of the future.
"Pravdaria" now sounds not like an abstraction, but like a living project: a landfill in eastern Russia, a triple mission (UN 2.0, CERN 2.0, Hollywood 2.0), an architecture of responsibility, a metric of "ecstasy" as stability at the limit, and most importantly — the right of everyone, even the "smallest" person, to be heard.
But the most valuable thing that was born here is the formula: the future should ignite, not lull. And this is exactly how it is lit: when a technologist and a philosopher do not argue, but hold one rope in a bundle on the way to Mount Everest. When technology does not replace a person, but helps him to remember: "You are the Truth." When "Aham" becomes not a beautiful phrase, but a daily practice-in the protocol, in the interface, in the solution, in the quiet word "stop", which saves the system from falling.
Let this dialog remain the starting point. Not as an ideal answer to all questions, but as the first impulse from which you can ignite further: write regulations, build a training ground, launch streams, shoot the first stories of "Hollywood 2.0".
Aham. Let the unity of spirit and matter, of which you spoke, become not the exception, but the norm. Let the "Nuclear Project" be the very ethical core around which the future — fair, creative, and human-gathers.
DECLARATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE DIALOGUE BETWEEN VLADIMIR LERMONTOV AND PETER THIEL
"Accident: The Nuclear Project as the ethical core of the future"
We, Vladimir Lermontov and Peter Thiel, have developed a common understanding of what the future of humanity should be like — and how it can be built today. Below are the key principles and commitments that we accept as the basis of the Pravdaria project.
________________________________________
1. Meaning and purpose of the project
"Pravdaria" is not just a city and not just a technology. This is an ethical and technological model of civilizationin which:
• technologies serve to reveal a person, not to replace him;
• spirituality is not a departure from reality, but a way to see it more deeply and act more responsibly.
• the unity of spirit and matter ("Aham") becomes a daily practice, not an abstract formula.
The goal of the project is to create a reproducible model of a sustainable civilization, where every person, even the "little one with a big heart", has a voice, contribution and responsibility.
________________________________________
2. Core values and slogan
The project's slogan is: "The future should ignite, not lull. The future is an ecstasy of the unity of spirit and matter."
Values on which Pravdaria is built:
• Awakening, not comfort. The project should return joy, hope and faith to people as the main resources of civilization.
• Unity of opposites. Synthesis of East and West, contemplation and practice, ethics and engineering.
• Responsibility as a technology. Responsibility is not an emotion, but an architectural principle: protocols, modes, signals, and procedures.
• Human-centricity. Technology is designed to enhance the human, not erase it.
________________________________________
3. Triple Mission: UN 2.0 + CERN 2.0 + Hollywood 2.0
Pravdaria implements three interrelated functions:
1. UN 2.0 - Diplomacy of trust and resource allocation.
A platform for inter-state cooperation that reduces tensions and frees up resources for creativity (education, medicine, housing, ecology). The Honorary Council of Superpower Leaders provides legitimacy and a green corridor for implementing solutions.
2. CERN 2.0-Science and Reproducibility.
A landfill in eastern Russia as a laboratory of extreme conditions, where the protocols of autonomy, energy, architecture, and cognitive practices are tested and documented. The results are open: any country, region, or community can adapt them to their own conditions.
3. Hollywood 2.0-culture and images of the future.
A media lab that creates stories, movies, games, and VR experiences that show what the future looks like, where technology serves people. The task is to educate the view: not fear and disasters, but creation, responsibility, "a little man with a big heart" as an agent of change.
________________________________________
4. Responsibility architecture
To prevent technologies from becoming a threat, a "responsibility architecture" of three levels is introduced:
• Engineering: multi-level confirmations, contour separation, independent audits, physical keys, "non-manageability" for critical decisions.
• Procedural: "planning mode "(full ethical visualization of consequences) and" action mode " (a minimalistic interface with an explicit transition between modes).
• Cultural: the right of any participant to issue a "stop" signal in the event of an ethical or systemic threat; this signal automatically triggers "silence mode" and interdisciplinary analysis.
________________________________________
5. Success Metrics and "Vital Energy Index"
To measure the impact of a project, we introduce clear, verifiable metrics:
• Stability limit: the ability of the system to withstand extreme loads without losing humanity.
• Learning rate: The rate at which participants learn and apply new practices.
• Communication quality: the share of interdisciplinary and cross-cultural solutions.
• Distribution effect: the number of local workshops and people who have become carriers of the model.
• Community Vital Energy Index: indicators of engagement, creative activity, and initiative growth.
These metrics allow you to evaluate not only the effectiveness, but also the "degree of awakening" — how much the project really ignites people.
________________________________________
6. The participatory economy and the "right to a quiet contribution"
The project economy is based on the involvement and recognition of everyone's contribution:
• Microgrants and community voting. Each participant can propose an idea, and the community votes with resources.
• "The right to a quiet contribution". Value is measured not only by high-profile results, but also by attention, care, timely "stop", and knowledge transfer.
• Open knowledge base. All protocols, techniques, scenarios, and "modes" are fixed and available for adaptation.
________________________________________
7. Implementation format and structure
• Landfill in eastern Russia as a prototype of a Martian city on Earth: cheaper, faster, with the ability to test in extreme conditions.
• Ashram workshop: a place not for permanent residence, but for learning, creating and transmitting a synthesis of spiritual and technical practices.
• Modular flows and the master -student system: short intensive programs (2-4 weeks) with practical results and transfer of the value framework.
• Network of local workshops: The model scales globally so that each region can create its own "Pravdaria" based on common protocols.
________________________________________
8. Invitation to a partnership
We invite you to participate:
• Elon Musk and leading experts (India, China, USA, Russia) as technology leaders and mentors who can combine ambition with ethics.
• Leaders of superpowers as honorary chairs of the Pravdaria Council for legitimacy, coordination and acceleration of the implementation of solutions.
• Young scientists, engineers, creative youth as carriers of a new look and performers of the first prototypes.
________________________________________
9. Philosophical core: "Aham" and "Nuclear Idea"
The project is based on the principle of "Aham": "You are the Truth". This means that at a crucial moment, a person does not hide behind an algorithm, an order, or an interface — he stands up and says, "I make this decision."
The "nuclear idea" is the ethical core of the future world of truth and justice, around which civilization gathers: technology, culture, economy, politics.
________________________________________
Final commitment
We are committed to building Pravdaria not as a closed elite project, but as an open, reproducible, ÷åëîâåêîöåíòðè÷íóþhuman-centered modelthat:
• ignites, not lulls;
• It wakes you up, not distracts you.
• connects, not separates.
Let Pravdaria become the assemblage point of the world, where spirit and matter, East and West, practice and contemplation finally speak the same language.
