Я уже встречался в своей международной практике с подобным явлением.

Есть разные формы игры ума. Одни играются в философские концепции устройства и происхождения мира, другие играются в различные формы власти, оформленные в систему современных государственно-правовых концепций, а иные пытаются выстроить свою альтернативную систему власти. Но есть и просто сумасшедшие, которых нынешняя власть с удовольствием оставляет в витрине для отвлечения от реальности, создавая самые абсурдные концепции.

Могу предположить, что вот это как раз тот случай:

Как юрист-международник я её сразу считал.
Вы спросите, а что бы сказал по этому поводу я с позиции метамонаха Ангелблазера, находясь на острове художников и бездельников Солт Спринг сегодня?

Кто такая Romana Didulo? Филиппинка 1974 года, в 1990-м переехала в Ванкувер, потом жила у нас под боком в Виктории, BC, работала в ESL-школе. В 2020-м основала незарегистрированную партию Canada 1st, а дальше - классическая эволюция жанра: от лидера партии к главе республики, потом к Королеве Канады и, наконец, к Королеве Мира... Ха-ха-ха.

С точки зрения моей классификации это не первая и не вторая категория. Это третья и четвертая в одном флаконе.

С юридической точки зрения это называется псевдоправо - sovereign citizen / freeman on the land.

Её инструмент - "декреты" (Royal Decrees), которыми она "отменяет" счета за электричество, налоги, ипотеку, ковидные ограничения. Суды в Канаде, включая Court of King's Bench of Alberta в 2024, уже прямо пишут: попытки ссылаться на декреты Didulo неизменно отклоняются, некоторые последователи теряют дома.

У меня как раз были в 2004 году такие клиенты, которые писали подобные исковые заявления, пытаясь защититься от системы в системных судах Канады. Все они потерпели фиаско и банкротство. Я их предупреждал, но они хотели получить от меня как от публичного нотариуса штата Вашингтон (2004-2008) печать на своих противоречивых аффидавитах против власти.

То есть это не просто игра ума. Это попытка выстроить альтернативную легитимность: тайная фракция американской армии, назначение от самопровозглашенного "Короля США" David J. Carlson, контакты с инопланетянами!

Является ли она "тем самым сумасшедшим вариантом, который используется властью"?

Исследователи QAnon называют её одним из самых опасных инфлюенсеров именно потому, что она может побуждать к реальным действиям. В 2021 её задерживала RCMP после призывов стрелять в медиков, в 2022 её сторонники пытались "арестовать" полицию в Питерборо. Но и внутри QAnon её считают агентом правительства для дискредитации.

Так что это не инструмент власти в прямом смысле. Это симптом, который власть с удовольствием оставляет в витрине. Удобная страшилка: смотрите, вот альтернатива, вы этого хотите вместо нас?

А что скажет метамонах Ангелблазер с Солт Спринг?

Сижу сейчас на острове художников и бездельников. Сегодня рынок в Ганге, кто-то продает лаванду, кто-то - картины с козами, пахнет кофе и морем. И отсюда история выглядит иначе.

На Солт Спринг все немножко короли и королевы. Ха-ха! Каждый второй - тоже Living Soul Crown под Natural Law, только без армии.

Ангелблазер бы сказал так:

"Брат, ты прав - есть три игры ума. Но есть четвертая, которую ты пропустил: игра в Корону, когда человеку больше негде жить.

И моя практика созерцания систем знает: легитимность - это не бумага. Легитимность - это когда хотя бы 15 человек готовы ехать с тобой в ржавом RV по прериям Саскачевана и жить два года в заброшенной школе в Richmound, пока её не признают непригодной и не выселит RCMP.

Так что это не сумасшедший вариант. Это очень человеческий вариант. Печальный. Опасный для тех, кто поверил, что декретом можно не платить за дом. Но не абсурдный. Абсурдны мы, когда думаем, что титул "Head of Government, Head of State, President, 1st Prime Minister" делает кого-то более легитимным, чем титул "Мой дорогой Сосед", который принес тебе кабачки с огорода, виноград с балкона, свой ржаной квас и чебуреки с картошкой и грибами". Как было вчера на наших посиделках возле Beaver lake.

С Salt Spring island видится так: не суди королеву. Спроси, почему столько людей хотят быть её подданными...

Их задача - отнять у миллионов внимание от их собственной жизни. Система власти использует человечество в этой кортизольной перегревке. Люди сидят в пустоте и одиночестве и плачут над фикцией актёров и спортсменов, льющейся на них из концертных залов, со стадионов, экранов телевизоров и компьютеров.

Попинал мяч на траве - получи миллион. Спел чужую песню - получи стадион. А внимание миллионов - это и есть главная валюта. Самая дорогая. Люди не понимают, что они на самом деле - строители своей реальности. Каждый день они строят её тем, куда отдают внимание.

Отдал внимание "королеве мира" Romana Didulo в Telegram - построил ей корону из своего одиночества.

Отдал внимание матчу, где 22 миллионера пинают мяч - построил им ещё один дом на берегу океана, а себе - ещё один вечер пустоты с консервами и пивом.

А отдал внимание соседу, который принёс кабачки, виноград, квас и чебуреки с картошкой к Beaver Lake - построил реальность. Свою. Настоящую. На Буяне.

Система платит им огромные деньги не за талант. Она платит им за твоё внимание. За то, что ты не строишь своё.

С любого острова это видно особенно ясно. Здесь никто не станет миллионером за пинок мяча. Но каждый может стать королём, если принесёт что-то к общему столу.

I have already encountered a similar phenomenon in my international legal practice.

There are different forms of mind games. Some play with philosophical concepts of how the world is structured and where it comes from, others play with various forms of power, formalized into the system of modern state-legal concepts of humanity, and others try to build their own alternative system of power. But there are also simply the crazy ones, whom the current political power gladly keeps in the shop window to distract from reality, creating the most absurd forms of concepts.

I can assume that this is exactly that case:

Who is Romana Didulo? A Filipina, born in 1974, moved to Vancouver in 1990, then lived right next to us in Victoria, BC, worked in an ESL school. In 2020 she founded an unregistered party, Canada 1st, and then came the classic evolution of the genre: from party leader to head of a republic, then to Queen of Canada, and finally to Queen of the World... Ha-ha-ha.

From the point of view of my classification, this is not the first or second category. This is the third and fourth in one bottle.

From a legal point of view, this is called pseudolaw - sovereign citizen / freeman on the land.

Her instrument is "decrees" (Royal Decrees) by which she "cancels" electricity bills, taxes, mortgages, Covid restrictions. Courts in Canada, including the Court of King's Bench of Alberta in 2024, already write directly: attempts to invoke Didulo's decrees as a legal defence are invariably rejected, some followers are losing their homes.

I had exactly such clients back in 2004, who wrote similar claims, trying to defend themselves from the system inside the system's own courts in Canada. All of them ended in fiasco and bankruptcy. I warned them, but they wanted me, as a Washington State Notary Public from 2004 to 2008, to put my seal on their contradictory Affidavits against the authorities in Canada or the USA.

So this is not just a mind game in philosophy. It is an attempt to build an alternative legitimacy: a secret faction of the American military that allegedly supports her, an appointment from the self-proclaimed "King of the USA" David J. Carlson, contacts with extraterrestrials!

Is she "that crazy variant that is used by the authorities"?

QAnon researchers call her one of the most dangerous influencers precisely because she can incite people to real actions. In 2021 she was detained by the RCMP after calls to shoot medical workers, in 2022 her supporters tried to "arrest" the police in Peterborough. But inside QAnon itself, she is also considered a government agent planted to discredit the movement.

So it is not an instrument of power in the direct sense. It is rather a symptom that power is happy to leave in the window. A convenient scarecrow: look, this is the alternative, is this what you want instead of us?

And what would the methamonk Angelblazer from Salt Spring say today?

I am sitting now on the island of artists and idlers. Today there is a market in Ganges, someone sells lavender, someone sells paintings with goats, it smells of coffee and the sea. And from here this story looks different.

On Salt Spring island, we are all a little bit kings and queens. Ha-ha! Every second person is also a Living Soul Crown under Natural Law, just without an army.

Angelblazer would say it like this:

"Brother, you are right - there are three mind games. But there is a fourth one you missed: the Crown Game, when a person has nowhere else to live.

So this is not a crazy variant. This is a very human variant. Sad. Dangerous for those who believed that a decree can make you not pay for your house. But not absurd. What is absurd is us, when we think that a title 'Head of Government, Head of State, President, 1st Prime Minister' makes someone more legitimate than the title 'My Dear Neighbor', who brought you zucchini from his garden, grapes from his balcony, his own rye kvass and and chebureki, those hot fried hand-pies with potato and mushrooms." As it was yesterday at our beautiful gathering by the Beaver lake.

From Salt Spring island it looks like this: don't judge the Queen. Ask why so many people want to be her subjects...

Their job is to take away the attention of millions from their own lives. The power system uses humanity in this cortisol overheating. People sit in emptiness and loneliness and cry over the fiction of actors and athletes pouring on them from concert halls, stadiums, TV screens and computers.

Kicked a ball on the grass - get a million. Sang someone else's song - get a stadium. And the attention of millions - that is the main currency. The most expensive one. People don't understand that they are actually the builders of their own reality. Every day they build it with what they give their attention to.

Gave your attention to the "Queen of the World" Romana Didulo on Telegram - you built her a crown out of your own loneliness.

Gave your attention to a match where 22 millionaires kick a ball - you built them another house on the ocean shore, and for yourself - another evening of emptiness with canned food and beer.

But gave your attention to the neighbor who brought zucchini, grapes, kvass and pirozhki with potatoes and mushrooms to Beaver Lake - you built reality. Your own. Real. On Buyan.

The system pays them huge money not for talent. It pays them for your attention. For the fact that you are not building your own.

From any island this is seen especially clearly. Here no one will become a millionaire for kicking a ball. But anyone can become a king if they bring something to the common table.
