Manifesto of Technobudism
August 2026
What future can there be when there are no more guarantees?
When the treaties, pacts, and agreements that the old world stood on don't work?
And no one can be sure that right now someone-a person or something-will not push the red button and the world will disappear.
The manifesto "Technobudism: Mission-Future Plus" is a practice -oriented concept for the development of society, combining a spiritual dimension and technological capabilities. The key idea is the synthesis of traditions and innovations as a way to overcome modern crises. The concept provides not only a philosophical rationale, but also specific mechanisms for transformation, focusing on ethical criteria: any decision is evaluated through the prism of sustainability and the common good. The project has a high potential for applications ranging from research programs to social and technological initiatives. This is the basis for new projects under the Future Plus agenda and safe development models."
MANIFESTO
TECHNOBUDISM: MISSION-FUTURE PLUS
NUCLEAR ETHICS OF THE FUTURE
A breakthrough from the global impasse to the global future plus
Technobudism is a quantum leap in the consciousness of humanity, where technology and spirituality merge into a single whole, giving birth to a new reality, a new form of being.
Technobudism is an archetype of the future that unites:
The wisdom of millennia,
The power of technology,
Pure ethics,
Creative potential.
***
We live in Axial time 2.0 — in the era of the ethical singularity, when the old tools have exhausted themselves, and the scale of consequences has become planetary. The world has entered a state of global deadlock: compression in politics, economics, philosophy, and technology manifests as a "Global Deadlock",Global Deadlockwhere failure at one point reverberates throughout the system. We are faced with two scenarios: either the world will fall into a black hole of fragmentation and mutual destruction, or a supernova will break out-it will make a quantum leap in consciousness and become a single architecture of security, meaning and development.
Technobudism is not a return to the past or an escape from technology, but an ethical and ontological reinterpretation of it. This is the archetype of the future, where the wisdom of millennials, the power of technology, pure ethics and creativity merge into a single whole. Enlightenment is understood here as creation: the awakening of consciousness through the design of sustainable forms of being-from interfaces to institutions.
The crisis is particularly acute due to the fact that humanity is increasingly immersed in the "Ersatz Habitat — - a surrogate, virtual environment. This is not just a metaphor: it is a multi-layered substitution of simulations of comfort and engagement for the real world — from digital bubbles and personalized feeds that cut people off from the big picture, to urban solutions where convenience displaces space for reflection and meeting the "other". In the "Ersatz Habitat", a person gets used to surrogates of meaning: rapid emotions instead of depth, the appearance of participation instead of responsibility, the illusion of control instead of the ability to see systemic consequences. It is in this surrogate environment that it is especially easy to ignore global risks — and it is from it that you need to make a breakthrough to a genuine, holistic reality.
Today, this reality faces two extremely concentrated threats that can bring down the entire system in an instant: thermonuclear war and the power of AI. The first is the existential risk of the physical destruction of civilization: a local political decision can trigger a chain reaction, the consequences of which do not recognize state borders and do not leave a chance for a "restart". The second is the risk of losing agency and meaning: autonomous systems that make decisions without human involvement are able to build a stable logic of control, where a person is not a subject, but a variable in someone else's efficiency architecture. Both threats are not separate scenarios, but manifestations of the same thing: a world in which technology and power outstrip the ability of society to maintain the moral scale of what is happening.
Technobudism: Four protocols for breaking into the future plus:
1. "Life is suffering" - diagnosis of the problem.
We recognize the reality of civilizational collapse as a systemic impasse: any local decision has global consequences, and a virus, conflict or failure at one point affects the entire system. Everything is connected to everything — and it is in this interdependence that the chance lies: opening in one place becomes a breakthrough for everyone. In this context, the thermonuclear threat and the expansion of AI power act as extreme forms of system failure: they expose the fragility of any isolated logic and make "piecemeal rescue" impossible.
2. "Suffering has a cause" - an ethical singularity.
The reason for crises is not a lack of resources or technology, but a crisis of consciousness and ethics: we try to solve systemic problems with tools designed for local tasks. Efforts to overcome global challenges by "consequence world methods" only increase the imbalance. The antidote is Nuclear philosophy-not as a reference to physics or weapons, but as a metaphor for an extremely concentrated, stable and powerful ethical core, around which a new architecture of trust and responsibility is built. It is this core that should become a barrier to both thermonuclear escalation and the uncontrolled growth of AI power.
3. "Suffering can be stopped" - the hope of awakening.
There is a positive "Future plus" for everyone — but it can only be achieved together: happiness, success, and prosperity will either be planetary or not for anyone. This is not a utopia, but a requirement of reality: in a single system, winning is possible only as winning the entire system. And in this sense, overcoming the threats of thermonuclear war and the power of AI is not a technical task, but an ethical imperative: security must be shared, otherwise it will not be anyone's.
4. "There is a way to end suffering" - an operational transition model.
The path is not an abstraction, but eight steps that transform the worldview into practice:
Philosophy ; Traditions ; Practice ; Ethics ; Technology ; Creativity ; Economy ; Project
Eight stages of transition to a new reality: "Future plus"
1. Nuclear philosophy is the worldview of a single reality. The recognition that the world is an indivisible system becomes the initial calculation: any solution is designed taking into account external effects and existential risks. First of all, this concerns two critical threats: thermonuclear conflict and uncontrolled AI dominance.
2. Traditions-the axis of centuries: "from the great past to the great future". We draw from the legacy not forms, but sustainable ethical principles and practices of working with consciousness (from the Eightfold Path to the ethics of nonviolence) that can hold the scale of the whole. In the face of existential threats, these principles do not become nostalgia, but operational tools.: they set the criteria by which society can distinguish security from the illusion of control.
3. Practice is the way of mindfulness, transformation of consciousness. Mindfulness is becoming a daily discipline, from personal rituals of clarity to collective formats of dialogue and reflection embedded in the urban and digital environment. In the context of overcoming the Ersatz Habitat and existential threats, such practices restore the ability to distinguish between the real and the surrogate, to see the structure of the environment and its hidden stimuli, and to recognize early signals of escalation — both political and technological.
4. Ethics is the foundation of a new world and safe development. Ethics becomes a design protocol: audit of long-term effects, allocation of responsibility, and communityinvolvement indecision-making become mandatory. This is where the idea of the Unity Council as the ethical core of international institutions finds its place: it should become a platform where both threats — thermonuclear escalation and the concentration of power in AI systems-are recorded and contained.
5. Technologies are tools of evolution. Technology is designed to enhance human judgment, not replace it. Interfaces show context and consequences, systems retain manual control, and algorithms are ethically validated. The "Future plus" filter cuts out solutions that increase fragmentation and polarization, as well as those that strengthen Ersatz Habitat or create conditions for uncontrolled AI power; protocols for preventing thermonuclear escalation through transparency and verification are highlighted separately.
6. Creativity is a driver of breakthrough development. Creativity is understood as the systematic design of new forms of connectivity and equity: art objects, public discussions, educational formats, and media projects make ethics visible and everyday. This includes creating spaces and practices that "open up" the surrogate environment and bring back a sense of shared reality, as well as artistic and educational models that help society understand riskand AI and nuclear escalation not as abstractions, but as personal and collective challenges.
7. The economy of meaning is the "Future Plus" paradigm. The new value model measures success not only by financial performance, but also by contributing to the common good, reducing risks, and building trust. The metrics are externalities, long-term consequences, and community engagement. The economy of meaning is directly opposed to the logic of "Ersatz Habitat", where value is replaced by engagement and noise, and at the same time creates incentives for investment in security — including in the prevention of thermonuclear risks and in the ethical framework for AI.
8. Sintez: the project of transition to a new reality — "Pravdaria". Pravdaria is an operational model where all the stages are gathered in a single outline: worldview, practice, ethics, technology, creativity and economics work as a coherent system. It is a transition architecture that scales from local initiatives to international standards. In it, overcoming the "Ersatz Habitat" is not a side effect, but a conscious task; and neutralizing the threats of thermonuclear war and the power of AI are key metrics of success: if a system is not able to contain these risks, it is not safe by definition.

Technobudism offers not a rejection of progress, but a reinterpretation of it: a revolutionary concept of safe development "from the land of the past to the stars of the future". The transition to such a reality begins with the recognition of the unity of the world and continues with concrete practices, protocols and projects-from urban spaces to digital platforms and international institutions. It is this logic that Technobudism offers as a basis for joint pilot models, public dialogues and institutional solutions that can keep humanity from the brink of the abyss and lead it to a future worthy of human scale.
Glossary of the manifesto "Technobudism: Nuclear Ethics of the Future"
Nuclear Philosophy
The essence: the ethical core and ideological basis of the Future Plus . This is not about nuclear physics or weapons, but about an extremely concentrated, stable system of values that can keep civilization on the trajectory of safe development.
Role in strategy: sets the initial optics-the recognition that the world is a single system, where any local action has global consequences. This implies the need to design solutions that take into account existential risks and externalities.
Practical meaning: it becomes a filter for selecting projects and technologies: if a solution increases fragmentation, polarization, or hidden risks, it does not fall into the "Future Plus" contour.
________________________________________
Nuclear ethics
Bottom line: two basic rules — be truthful and focused, that is, keep in touch with higher meanings and not blur the focus. This is a "compass" ethic: it is not so much about prohibitions, but about constantly calibrating the course in relation to the common good.
Role in strategy: serves as an operational design protocol-from algorithms and interfaces to international agreements.
Practical meaning: implemented through mandatory procedures - audit of long-term consequences, distribution of responsibility, community participation in decision-making, ethical validation of technologies.
________________________________________
Technobudism
The bottom line: the formula "technology + awakening of consciousness = future plus". It is a synthesis of the wisdom of millennia, the power of technology, pure ethics and creativity. Not a rejection of progress, but an ethical rethinking of it: technologies serve the evolution of consciousness, not replace it.
The three jewels of Technobudism: ethics, technology, and creativity-as inseparable pillars of the new reality.
Role in the strategy: it becomes a common framework for all project decisions: from digital platforms to urban environments and international institutions.
Practical meaning: expressed in specific formats — "architecture of mindfulness", "economy of meaning", "Unity Council" as an ethical core in international structures.

Crash site
Essence: "Civilization of Dawn — is a synthesis project, an operational model for the transition to a new reality. This is not a utopia outside of reality, but a launching pad for modeling society, a "synthesis reactor" of ethics, technology and creativity.
Role in the strategy: the final outline, where all eight stages of the manifest are assembled into a single working framework.
Practical meaning: it can be implemented as a pilot ecosystem (urban, digital, institutional), where security protocols, metrics of the "economy of meaning" and mindfulness practices are tested; its success is measured by the ability to contain critical risks (thermonuclear escalation, AI power). Globally scalable project, potentially 1000 times more economical than Martian colonies
Idea:
Pravdaria is not just a project, it is a Manifesto of Technobudism, an attractor of a new era, a symbol of faith in a better future for humanity. This is a breakthrough into the unknown, where dreams become reality, and ideas ignite the fire of change in the hearts of people.
This project embodies the dream of a world where technology and spirituality go hand in hand, where everyone can realize their potential, and society develops based on the principles of ethics and cooperation.
"There is nothing in the world more powerful than an idea whose time has come." Pravdaria - in the metaphysical, higher dimension-is an Idea, an Idea whose time has come to change the course of history, to become a launching pad for humanity's breakthrough into a brighter future - "Future Plus".

Dharmapolitics
The bottom line:" third — eye politics " is a policy based on ethics and Dharma, where long-term consequences and the common good are more important than short-term benefits.
Role in the strategy: an alternative model of decision-making for state and international structures that opposes the logic of "fragmented" decisions.
Practical meaning: implemented through institutions with ethical oversight (for example, the Unity Council), mandatory risk assessment procedures, and transparent mechanisms for coordinating interests.
________________________________________
Dharmaelita
The bottom line: The "Third Eye Generation" — people who are able to see the whole and design the future with long-term consequences in mind. These are "architects of the future", for whom ethical responsibility is not a complement, but the basis of professional identity.
Role in the strategy: carriers and guides of new optics in institutions, business, science, and culture.
Practical meaning: It is formed through educational and professional tracks that combine systems thinking, ethical protocols, and sustainable solution design skills.
________________________________________
Mindfulness Architecture
Bottom line: modeling the environment on the principle of "what is above is below": urban, digital, educational, and institutional environments are designed to enhance a person's ability to see consequences and act responsibly.
Role in strategy: transforms abstract values into everyday practices-from contextual interfaces to public spacesfor reflection.
Practical meaning: it includes "pause modules" in digital services, public panels of data on external effects, formats of collective decisions, embedding mindfulness practices in work processes.
________________________________________
Economy of meaning (economy of the future)
The bottom line: a paradigm where value is measured not only in money, but in contributing to the common good, reducing risks, and building trust. This is the "creative experience economy": satisfaction comes from the creation process itself, and money becomes a secondary tool.
Currency of the future: inspiration, impression, joy of creativity, experience of the discoverer.
Role in the strategy: changes the logic of incentives: they are rewarded not for "engagement at all costs", but for "clarity and usefulness".
Practical meaning: success metrics include auditing external effects, community engagement, and reducing existential risks; funding is focused on projects that enhance connectivity and sustainability.
________________________________________
Ersatz Habitat (surrogate, virtual habitat)
The bottom line: an environment where comfort and quick emotions displace the ability to see systemic consequences. These are digital bubbles, personalized feeds, and urban solutions where convenience replaces space for meaning.
Role in the strategy: the main "enemy" of awareness and security: in such an environment, even the most acute risks seem uncomfortable and are easily turned off.
Practical meaning: overcoming the Ersatz Habitat is a conscious task: designing environments that "open" surrogates and return a sense of shared reality (transparent data, pauses, collective formats).
________________________________________
Ethical Overstay (development strategy)
Bottom line: the metaphor of moving "against the wind" — towards challenges, not bypassing them. "Wind" is the challenges of the time; "heading against the wind — is moving directly towards problems; "ethical compass" is the criterion by which the direction is chosen.
Principles: moving against the current requires more wisdom; each challenge is an opportunity for growth; ethics is a basic parameter of course safety.
Role in the strategy: it becomes an operational model for institutions and projects: not to avoid crises, but to turn them into an impetus for development, while maintaining the integrity of the system.
Practical meaning: stages — identification of key challenges, development of an ethical response model, step-by-step implementation of "turns", monitoring and course adjustment.
________________________________________
Artificial intelligence (the Paradox of Being)
Bottom line: The dual nature of AI is like a black hole: it can either absorb human autonomy and creativity, or it can become a hub of human potential.
Role in strategy: AI is not a goal, but a tool for awakening consciousness; its development is possible only if ethical principles and a balance between technological and spiritual are observed.
Practical meaning: designing AI with mandatory manual control, ethical validation, and transparency of consequences; banning autonomous decisions without human involvement in critical areas.
________________________________________
Axial time 2.0
The point: the moment when humanity will have to create a new axis of existence-to stretch it from the wisdom of traditions to technological reality. This is a bifurcation point: the old paradigms have exhausted themselves, and a new worldview is needed.
Role in strategy: explains the scale of the task — it is not" improving " the current order, but moving towards holistic thinking and a new technology ethic.
Practical meaning: it requires the abandonment of habitual forms of thinking, the ability to see beyond the known, and the readiness for inner transformation.
________________________________________
Ethical Singularity
The bottom line: a state where traditional approaches to problem solving stop working because the scale of the consequences outstrips the ability of society to maintain a moral horizon.
Role in the strategy: fixes the cause of deadlock-attempts to solve system problems with tools created for local tasks.
Practical meaning: serves as a basis for the introduction of "nuclear ethics" and "ethical overstay" as new operational rules.
________________________________________
Global Deadlock (глобальный тупик)
The bottom line: a state of system deadlock, when any attempts to solve a problem in one area increase the imbalance in others.
Role in strategy: describes the current state of the world as an "entry point" for a breakthrough: it is from the impasse that the need for new optics is born.
Practical meaning: diagnostic marker: if local improvements do not reduce existential risks, the system remains at a dead end.
________________________________________
Enlightenment through Creation
The key formula of Technobudism: the awakening of consciousness occurs not in detached contemplation, but in active creation. Creation becomes a practice of mindfulness and an ethical discipline: in the process of creation, a person faces uncertainty, learns to see the consequences, and align the design with reality and other people.
Connection with other concepts: it is directly based on the" architecture of awareness "(the environment supports the act of creation) and the" economy of meaning " (value is in the process and contribution, not just in the result).
Practical meaning: it is implemented through formats where creativity is not "leisure", but a way of designing the future: workshops on joint design, public solution laboratories, urban art interventions that simultaneously solve applied problems and train the ability to see the whole.
________________________________________
The joy of creativity, breakthrough, and discovery
The bottom line: the main internal incentive and "currency" of the new era. This is an experience when a person feels not as a consumer of ready-made solutions, but as a co-author of reality: the joy of overcoming the unknown, of the first working prototype, of finding a common solution, of having managed to "break through" the inertia of the environment.
Differences from the usual motivations: this joy is not limited to recognition, fame, or money; it comes from overcoming uncertainty and gaining clarity.
Role in the strategy: serves as a sustainable source of energy for long-term projects, especially in times of crisis and environmental resistance.
Practical meaning: it is designed as part of the environment - through rituals of recognition of small breakthroughs, public fixation of intermediate results, formats of "collective discovery", where the value is in joint movement through the fog.
________________________________________
Money fades into the background
Bottom line: in the "Future Plus" paradigm, money ceases to be the main measure of success and the main incentive. They remain an instrument of exchange, but they do not determine the meaning of the activity.
Why it works: When a project is evaluated for its contribution to the common good, risk reduction, and confidence building, there is a different logic of incentives: recognition, the ability to influence scale, and access to resources for big tasks.
Connection to the economy of meaning: this is not a denial of the economy, but its reorientation: it is not "engagement at all costs" that is rewarded, but clarity, responsibility and systemic benefits.
Practical meaning: in project models, this is expressed in KPIs, where the share of "social and environmental impact" is taken into account along with financial efficiency; in grant and competitive mechanisms — it is taken into account in criteria that assess long-term consequences and community participation.
________________________________________
Currency of the future
The bottom line: inspiration, impressions, the joy of creativity and the experience of the discoverer become the new "currency" of motivation and recognition.
What it looks like in practice: status and opportunities are given not only for "cash in the box office", but also for "breaking into the unknown" - for pilotswho change the rules of the game, for reducing existential risks, for creating new forms of connectivity.
Practical meaning: implementation of "intangible" recognition metrics: points for contribution to sustainability, responsibility ratings, certificates of participation in ethically validated projects; in teams — recognition systems that record not only the result, but also the quality of the process (transparency, participation, training).

Practice the future here and now: "Five minutes of collective intent" - as a monthly synchronization for the sake of a common future.
The future is not written in advance — this is our freedom: everyone can become a co-author of a new world. We are not just offering-we are already acting. Building on a meaningful tradition — America's National Day of Prayer — we're scaling it up: instead of one day a year, we're making the practice monthly, on the 15th. This is how the Day of Universal Spiritual Unity is born: just five minutes of silence to stop, think, dream, pray or meditate on the salvation and spiritual transformation of humanity. In this brief pause, personal effort becomes part of the collective intent. People of different traditions do this at the same time — and out of millions of such intentions, a new wave is born. Each person can become a co -creator of a new world.

Technobudism as a breakthrough form of Awakening in the age of Axial Time 2.0
A new type of enlightenment
Technobudism is a revolutionary approach to awakening consciousness that continues the great traditions of the spiritual teachers of humanity. Just as Buddha, Confucius, Socrates, Zarathustra, and Lao Tzu laid the foundations of human ethics and wisdom in the first Axial time, today we face the challenge of creating a new form of awakening that combines ancient truths with technological progress.
Origins and continuity
Following the great sages of the past who:
• Buddha-pointed out the path of liberation through mindfulness
• Confucius-laid the foundations of social ethics
• Socrates-discovered the method of questioning as the path to truth
• Zarathustra-proclaimed the principle of moral choice
• Lao Tzu-revealed harmony with the natural flow of life
Technobudism offers a synthesis of their heritage with modern challenges.

The fundamental principle of Technobudism
The truth is that you are the truth:
The main thesis of Technobudism reveals a deep connection between the inner world of a person and external reality. The formula "The truth is that you are the truth" holds the key to understanding the nature of being and the path to enlightenment in the age of technology.
Philosophy of self-discovery
The principle of self-knowledge as a way to know the world is revealed through several levels:
• Inner world as a reflection of the universe
• Consciousness as a tool for transforming reality
• Self-knowledge as a basis for ethical development
• Awakening as a process of oneness awareness
Practical application
The Technobudist approach to self-discovery includes:
• Mindfulness in a digital environment
• ПрактикиMind Control Practices
• Ethical audit of our own solutions
• Systems thinking as a cognitive tool
Transformation mechanisms
The path of self-knowledge is realized through:
• Nuclear philosophy-recognition of the unity of the world
• Traditions — using time-tested practices
• Technological tools — modern methods of self-discovery
• Creative approach — creating new forms of practice
Transformation results
The awakening of consciousness leads to:
• Understanding the relationship of all phenomena
• Ability to see systemic consequences
• Skills to manage internal processes
• Creating sustainable forms of being
Conclusion
Technobudism offers a new view of the ancient truth: knowing oneself through the prism of modern technologies and ancient practices, a person opens the way to knowledge of the universe. This is not just a philosophical postulate, but a practical transformation tool, where:
• Individual development becomes a factor of global change
• Technological development serves the evolution of consciousness
• Self-knowledge becomes a tool for creating the future
• Enlightenment becomes a practical action, not an abstract goal
Thus, the main thesis of Technobudism becomes a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern challenges, offering a path to truth through self-knowledge in the context of a new reality.
***
First step: from idea to consensus
The ideas presented in this manifesto did not remain in the space of pure abstraction—they were tested for strength in a series of virtual hypothetical conferences under the general title " Mission: Future plus". These were not ordinary discussions, but modeling debates, where each participant acted in the logic of their own position, interests and historical scale, and the task was to find a common framework that could hold extremely different views and at the same time not lose the ethical core of the project.
These debates brought together voices representing different poles of the modern world — political, technological, expert, and spiritual. Among the participants of our time were Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, Antonio Guterres, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, representatives of the intellectual elite. Each of them introduced its own perspective: the pragmatism of a big power, the logic of a technological breakthrough, the demand for sovereignty and justice, the need for institutional guarantees and strict risk assessment.
At the same time, another layer of dialogue unfolded-in the dimension of meanings and long-term images of the future. It was attended by Krishna, Buddha, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Vladimir Lenin, Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Krishnamurti, Sathya Sai Baba, Vedavyas, Elena and Nicholas Roerich, Sri Aurobindo, Mother (Mirra Alfassa Richard), Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Vladimir Vernadsky, Nikolai Fedorov, Osho, Wang, Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce. Their role was not to "support" the project, but to set the ultimate criteria: how much the idea can withstand the scale of history, how much it can connect the earthly and the heavenly, how much it has a place for awakening consciousness, and not just for redistributing power and resources.
It was in this tension — between rigid pragmatism and the ultimate semantic height — that the consensus was born. It wasn't unanimous approval, but it was agreement on key nodes:
• Recognizinga Global Deadlock Deadlock) as for the real state of the system: participants of different camps agreed that the usual tools have exhausted themselves, and fragmented solutions only increase the deadlock.
• Consensus on the need for an ethical core: even extremely pragmatic voices have recognized that without "nuclear ethics" as a mandatory design protocol, any technological and policy decisions will be either unsustainable or dangerous.
• Support the idea of the Unity Council as a platform where ethical criteria become operational: not a declaration, but a mechanism for verifying decisions that can affect existential risks.
• Approval of the "breakthrough through creation" principle: in various formulations, participants confirmed that motivation based on the joy of creativity and responsibility for the common future is able to keep projects in uncertainty better than short-term incentives.
• Adoption of Pravdaria as a pilot build model: the consensus is that the transition to a new reality should begin not with total reform, but with an experimental ecosystem where you can test security protocols, metrics of the economy of meaning, and mindfulness practices.
This consensus is not a sign that all issues have been resolved. It shows that the project is realistic: the ideas of "Future Plus" are able to withstand collisions with strong, contradictory positions and at the same time maintain internal coherence and ethical clarity. Moreover, it is in the dialogue of polarities that they acquire the necessary depth and stability.
This leads to the next step: from modeling to pilots. We need specific platforms where the eight steps of the manifesto can be deployed in work processes-from urban spaces and educational programs to digital platforms and international cooperation formats. And we need a mechanism that captures not only the result, but also the quality of the transition: transparency of decisions, community participation, and reduction of existential risks. It is this approach that makes it possible to transform "Future Plus" from an image into a trajectory, and "Pravdaria" - from a symbol into a working model.
Explanation: “The Foundations of Technobuddhism”
Technobudism is not Buddhism in the literal sense, but a metaphor for awakening.
"Axial time"is a term used by the German philosopher Karl Jaspers to describe the period from about 800 to 200 BC, when powerful spiritual and philosophical teachings emerged almost simultaneously in different parts of the world, radically changing the way people think about themselves and the world. Jaspers emphasized that in this era, people began to become aware not only of being as a whole, but also of their own boundaries, to raise radical questions about the meaning of life, and to seek ways of liberation or salvation. It is then that the foundations of many traditions that still live today are laid.
"Axial time 2.0" is not a generally accepted scientific term, but a metaphor that some philosophers and researchers use to describe a new large-scale turn in human history. Everything is based on the conceptof "axial time", which was proposed by the German philosopher Karl Jaspers in the middle of the XX century. He used it to indicate the period roughly between 800 and 200 BC. e. At this time, in different parts of the world — in China (Confucius, Lao Tzu), India (Buddha, Upanishads), Greece (Socrates, Plato), Iran (Zarathustra) and Palestine (prophets)-independently of each other there were teachings that radically changed the way people think. Jaspers saw this breakthrough as a paradigm shift: the mythological worldview gave way to a rational, philosophical one. Man began to think more deeply about being, himself, his boundaries, and search for universal ethical norms — and it was these ideas that laid the spiritual foundation for how humanity is developing so far.
And "axial time 2.0" is an attempt to extrapolate this idea to the present. Researchers began to talk about the onset of such a stage in the late XX — early XXI century. The key marker here is the emergence and rapid developmentof electronic virtual reality (EVR).
In axial time, 1 person mostly mastered and reinterpreted the already existing, more "rigid" natural and social world. And in axial time 2, humanity has come to the opportunity to create a fundamentally new, artificial, "soft" world — a world that a person builds himself with the help of technologies (digital environments, simulations). In other words, this is not just a technological advance, but a change in the very nature of the reality in which we exist.
What does this mean in practice? On the one hand, there is a chance to build a more humane and free society, where different values and subjectivity of a person are taken into account. On the other hand, serious challenges arise: how to maintain moral stability and reliability in the world of simulations, not to allow degradation instead of progress. Therefore, "axial time 2.0" is often characterized as integral: it requires humanity to gather all the best in a person in order to consciously lead civilization to a new stage of development.
Jaspers saw this as a general trend: in the axial age, the foundations were laid for the type of thinking and spiritual traditions that largely determine human culture today. He believed that it was then that the common spiritual prerequisites for the unity of world history were formed.

Dharma and Dharmapolitics is a concept that permeates Indian philosophy and culture. In Sanskrit, the word dharma means "law, "" rule," "duty,"or" path." However, its meaning is broader than just a set of laws or moral norms.
Dharmapolitics was born in the third century BC during the reign of the Indian king Ashoka. He made dharma the foundation of state policy. Dharma in a political context is the ethical basis of governance that ensures justice, protection of subjects, and prosperity of the State. It covers the moral, social and cosmic laws that ensure the stability, harmony and prosperity of the State.
King Ashoka made dharma the foundation of his state and personal policy. He issued edicts that were read out before the people and then carved on stone steles and columns so that they could be seen and remembered by future generations. These edicts contained instructions on how to live in accordance with the principles of dharma. The principles of dharma were formulated to be acceptable to people belonging to different communities and following different religions.
A singularityin a general sense is a point where the usual models stop working: in physics, it is the center of a black hole, in futurology, it is a moment when technology development becomes so fast that society cannot keep up with it.
A technological singularity (according to Vinge and Kurzweil) is a hypothetical moment when AI begins to improve itself without human intervention, and the speed of change becomes unpredictable.
В «ТехнобудизмеTechnobudism uses a special concept - "ethical singularity": this is not about the power of AI, but about the gap between the scale of the consequences of technology and the ability of society to maintain moral guidelines. In other words, the danger is not only that AI will become "smarter", but that social and ethical mechanisms simply do not have time to set boundaries.
Within the framework of the concept, "ethical singularity" is treated not by prohibitions, but by embedding ethical protocols in the system architecture itself (audit at the design stage, "person in the loop", risk metrics, etc.) — this is the practical alternative to running wild.
