The Mudra of Transmutation 47 Gate of Realization

How to practise:

Interlace your fingers, curling them inward toward your palms.
Raise your joined hands and gently cradle your head.
Allow your fingers to find the points on your scalp that naturally invite pressure.
Close your eyes and breathe into your belly.
Do not search for a solution. Remain in this position until the anxiety settles and a sense of peace arises within.

When to use it:

When the mind feels overloaded
When thoughts keep circling and you cannot arrange what is happening into a clear picture
When past experience presses upon your head, but its meaning has not yet revealed itself

How it helps:

Relieves inner pressure and allows the mind to stop forcing an answer
Draws attention out of anxious thinking and back into the body, where accumulated experience can transform into understanding

Signs of calibration:

The breath drops into the belly.
The pressure in the head begins to ease.
Thoughts stop crowding one another and gradually become quiet.
You feel as though space has opened within you — and the most fitting solution reveals itself naturally.

What happens to the energy:

Energy trapped in the effort to understand stops circling along its old trajectory.

The Riemannian space of experience changes its inner geometry: scattered events move closer together, former connections curve — and from them, a new and coherent picture emerges.

The Mudra’s Formula:

I allow what I have lived through to change its geometry.
In stillness, the best solution finds me by itself.
