Welcome to the world of immense power!

(from "Conversations of two shepherds on mountainside")

— Kozubai-baike, here’s what I think: these physicists are just wasting their time racking their brains over the mysteries of the quantum world. It’s all perfectly clear at first glance! Why is it that these particles—protons, electrons, positrons, and all those other little bits and pieces—can never be caught? They don’t obey any of our laws, yet they possess enormous energy and capabilities. They exist everywhere, doing exactly as they please—and no collider can ever pin them down.

Well, even a fool could see it! These are just our former presidents—the ones who grabbed all the gold and riches and bolted for a "new world" of endless opportunity. They live wherever they like, jetting off to Paris, Istanbul, or Los Angeles. Many have even settled in outer space—eating whatever they fancy, climbing pyramids, diving to the ocean floor, and traveling throughout the solar system and beyond. Meanwhile, here we are, stuck forever in Kyrgyzstan, on these godforsaken hills of Besh Moinok.
Why? Because they have an abundance of money and energy, while we have next to none.
That’s why they can roam the globe—and the entire universe—without a care for any laws, whether Kyrgyz or international. No one will ever catch them or put them behind bars, because they possess far too much energy, gold, and cold, hard cash. That is precisely why our own justice system—and even Interpol—are completely powerless against them.

Particles in the quantum world behave in exactly the same way: no one can catch them, simply because they, too, possess immense energy. So, I’ve come to the conclusion that the people who’ve fled our world for that other place are embezzlers, crooks, and ex-presidents—in short, individuals with vast fortunes and tons of gold who’ve escaped from us—and from the rest of the world—to go there. They’ve established their own universe, traveling wherever they please, completely bypassing all laws—and that’s how this "quantum reality" came into being. They have so much money that they’ve bent space, time—our past, present, and future—to their own will. All that’s left for the rest of us is our own planet and its  frosen present time.
And it’s no coincidence that our first president—the one who started all this—was a physicist. He promised to turn Kyrgyzstan into a "second Switzerland," but in the end, he just bolted for the Quantum World—what a sly operator! And there’s nothing to be done about it. It’s the same story everywhere else: the world is run by a handful of super-rich earthlings.

What do you think—if I send all these findings of mine to Stockholm, will they award me a Nobel Prize for being the most honest and profound thinker on Earth? They really ought to, don’t you think? Or have those super-rich escapees from our world managed to bribe them, too?
It would be nice to win, though—the medal itself is just a trinket, but it comes with a prize of about a million dollars. Of course, that wouldn’t be enough to escape to the Quantum World, but still—even here in this world, we could have a hell of a time with that kind of cash.
