Vladimir Vladimirovich, given the extremely complex and tense international situation, I appeal to you as the current President of the Russian Federation. Why don't you formally, including on stamped paper, appeal to the heads of state of Europe (who accuse Russia, and you in particular, of wanting to attack their countries), proposing that they sign a comprehensive peace treaty of unconditional non-aggression with each of them individually, with our friends and partners—the United States, China, India, Belarus, and North Korea—as iron guarantors of this peace treaty?

Perhaps after this, those on the other side will cease their unfounded attacks on you and Russia, alleging that we are harboring plans to conquer Europe militarily!

Could this treaty also detail the restoration of economic relations with them, in order to save Europe from economic collapse and from a decline in the standard of living of ordinary Europeans!

We are always ready and happy to help the peoples of Europe; Russia has the resources and natural resources to do so!

 We want peace, friendship, mutually beneficial trade, not war!
